SUMMER MOVES AROUND ALOT MORE NOW IT SEEMS LIKE WHEN SHE HEARS HER DADDY SHE REALLY GOES CRAZY. I CANT WAIT TO SEE HER I WAS GONNA HAVE A 3D U/S BUT I THINK I'LL JUST WAIT. I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

Well, they can develop hydropcephalus lots of different ways. One common one is that there is a blockage in the acqueduct b/w the 3rd and 4th ventricle which causes the fluid to build up. In this case they have to put a shunt in the brain to continually drain the fluid and the outcomes vary greatly. So the baby could do great once the shunt is placed and the brain reconstitutes or he could have lots of issues. So we'll just have to wait and see.

There is a procedure called Endoscopic Third Ventriculostomy (ETV). From what I understand it isn't widely accepted in the US and is better for children over the age of 6. However, I have a friend who runs a hospital in Uganda that specializes in hydrocephalus cases. He says the ETV procedure is extremely successful there and his hospital does more hydrocephalus procedures than any other one in the world. My Godson has a VP shunt and is doing well, but the ETV could be a possibility if the shunt fails in the future. For now, the VP shunt seems to be the best option for babies.

I thought of you and closed my eyes
And prayed to God today
I asked "What makes a Mother?"
And I know I heard him say.

"A Mother has a baby"
This we know is true
"But God can you be a Mother,
when your baby is not with you?"

"Yes, you can," He replied
with confidence in his voice
"I give many women babies,
when they leave is not their choice.

Some I send for a lifetime,
and others for the day.
And some I send to feel your womb,
but there's no need to stay."

"I just don't understand this God
I want my baby to be here."
He took a deep breath and cleared his throat,
and then I saw the tear.

"I wish I could show you
what your child is doing today.
If you could see your child's smile,
with all the other children and sayÅ

"We go to Earth to learn our lessons,
of love and life and fear.
My Mommy loved me oh so much,
I got to come straight here.

I feel so lucky to have a Mom,
who had so much love for me.
I learned my lessons very quickly,

When she goes to sleep,
