AUG 2008.. we're expecting again! Which is pretty amazing since I was on the mini-pill! WHen i missed my period, i took 4 , yes 4 pregnancy tests and was so shocked and amazed, that my husband had to tell me that the tests were positive ! I've just been to one obgyn check-up, I'm being referred to a high-risk obgyn due to the death of my son. No, we still do not have the coroners report back yet. The amazing thing is that i am due April 9th, 2009. One year to the day of Max's death. Of course it wasn't planned, i beleive it's a gift or sign from my son that everything is gonna be alright.:) I just hope that this pregnancy goes well and that i have a bouncing baby this April !
On Wednesday, April 9, 2008, for reasons that are unknown to us and a team of 50 doctors, Max passed away. Right now the city of LA Coroners office is doing the autopsy nd investigation.
Obviously, my heart is broken, but I feel Max burning bright in my heart and giving me strength.
I don't know why he was taken, he was just an angel who flew too close to earth., He's now my shining star, I was the luckiest mommy in the world ... everyone who met him, their breath was taken away by his beauty and personality.
If anyone wants to do something , please donate blood to your local childrens hospital and have it directed to the NICU. If you are unable to do that, please, as much as you can, of course, be involved with your local downs syndrome society. Love and kiss and hug your children tight, they are our little angels.Sean and i plan on trying again as soon as we can, AND, 100000% want to adopt a DS baby.
He taught us so much, and sends us signs every day.

Hi! I had my first u/s on Wed, and then I go back for the next one on Nov 7th...that will be when I find out the sex. I'll be about 19 weeks then, so they'll be able to tell through u/s. No CVS or amnio for me. I can't wait until Nov though! I'm super excited to find out. I have an 8 year old stepson and a 1 year old daughter, so either way...

yess...i thought that is happening to me only......LOL
Some times i take shower 2/3 times a day.sometimes i even sweat a bit.
but everyone who come in my room is freezing.
are you showing now?
i am not.....though i gained a pound..
but no one commented that i look pregnant.
maybe its because i am already plus size.

My jelly bean's heart rate is 179.. They "says" that a high heart rate can mean a girl (old wifes tail) I think your baby is just fine and is doing GREAT.....

Thank you for the information regarding feeling the baby. I'm not quite sure if I felt it yet but I can't wait. How are you pregnancy symptoms? Have they gone away or did they come back? I woke up this morning and my breast weren't sore anymore. For some reason I was thinking about you and what we talked about last week. They started getting sore though by the afternoon. Is everything ok if your symptoms subsides?

hii....i know what you mean.i was so tired but now i am litle better.i just hope our pregnancy will be a healthy one.
both of us want a girl as our first born.
so we are hoping for one.
but if it is a boy that will be ok with us.
we want a healthy baby...that's more important.
i already did 2 ultrasound.
first one in 7th week.
and we saw the heart beating.
it was amazing.
2nd one in 9 th week.
i had a very bad dream got scared that something must went wrong.
so next day i went for an ultrasound.
the baby was ok ...heart rate was 170.
i am planing another one after i finish 12 week.
what about you?did you see your little one?

i dont think anyone can feel what you went through.
in 2005 i had a miscarriage at 5 week.
i didnt even know i was pregnant.
i still feel sad for that.
we were trying for last 3 years.
now i am 10 weeks pregnant.
its like a dream.
i dont feel sick.
a bit tired ..thats all.

we are almost there.
i guess after 1st trimester we can relax a bit.

We lost Carlee on April 4th...Her original due date was April 23rd. We are not seeing a high risk doctor...they say since it was due to the cord being around her neck, it wouldn't do any good really to see a high risk doctor. There was nothing else wrong with her. My doctor is going to do things a little differently with me this time though. I will be having a nonstress test once a week, and going to see my doctor once a week starting at 24 weeks. I will also be having an ultrasound every 3 weeks. So they will be watching me a lot closer this time around. What about you?

I am feeling really Great!! I have hardly been sick at all this time around. With both of my girls I was sick. Sorry to hear you are nauseous. Good thing it normally only lasts the first tri.
I have lots of tats...My husband to be is a tattoo artist. I am trying to get my sleve done for my wedding next Oct but being pregnant is gonna hold that up I'm affraid. You have tat's as well?? What do you have?
