My name is Charli Hadley, i am now 22 years old and pregnant with my 3rd baby!!! Its due date should be july 1st of 2011! We are soooo excited and thrilled!!!!! We have Hagen, who will be 3 in january...and Logen who will be 8 months old soon! We are now pregnant with our third and last baby! We deffinatly weren't trying but are so blessed and thankful for all that we have been given! Birthstory!

I got my cerclage taken out on friday the 5th. I did not got into labor so i was induced on the 7th! They gave me a pill to soften my cervix. I dialated pretty quick! I got my first pill around 3:00pm...then we went walking for a while. i am not sure what time it was when they broke my water but it was after i had my epidural. it was around 2:00 am when they checked me and she continued to stretch me out. and said i was about a 9 but could get me to a 10. We noticed a few decels with my contractions. after they walked out of the room i noticed his heart rate was about a 70 for the entire contraction. i FREAKED out and told my mom to hurry and tell the nurses. they ran into the room and from then on it was GO GO GO! the dr came in and i immediatly started pushing. i pushed every contraction for 10 minutes and he finally came out with the help of the nurses pushing down on my stomach. As soon as his head came out my dr. popped the cord off of his neck and pulled him out. I got to hold him for about 5 second and my husband has to run wtih him to the nursery. Today is the 11th and i have not got to hold him again. As soon as he was born he showed signs of labored breathing. He was Grunting, and his chest was caving in with each breath. I was DEVESTATED! they kept him there trying to get him to breath better on his own, but a few hours later they told us that the ambulance was on its way from a bigger city to take him there :(! i was still numb from the epidural but made my nurses take me to see him. i just cried he was soooo perfect, but couldn't breath well at all. I was heartbroken. They loaded him up and took him away. My husband and my dad followed the ambulance to odessa and other family members met them up there. My mom stayed with me because i was bleeding so bad. they thought maybe i had a tear somewhere because my bleeding wouldn't stop. i got a pain pill and a blood clotting pill. They gave me a pain shot and expected me to sleep for a few hours. YA RIGHT i couldn't sleep a wink i was so absolutely worried about my baby. Before i i could even fully feel my legs i was in the shower and my mom was packing up our room. it was around 2:00 pm when my mom took me to Odessa to be with my baby! i was only there at the hospital for about 11 hours after i had my son, so i was still in a lot of pain and didn't have any pain meds. My son had wet lungs. from the cord being wrapped so tightly aroud his neck, that the fluids weren't able to be squeezed out of his lungs while he was in the birth canal. Hes doing amazing now though. My thoughts are all over the place, so bare with me! He is doing GREAT he got his first feeding by tube yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow he will get his UAC cord out of his belly button, and his nasal tubes out of his nose! and i will then be able to HOLD him for the first time! and i will be able to actually breast feed him! :)!!! i can't wait..i have been pumping all day and he has a ton of milk stored up there already. i can't wait to bring him home. today they let us actually touch im and love on him. I HATE HATE HATE leaving him there. His bili ribbon count is up, so they are waiting to see if they continue to climb and teh dr. will start him on the lights. i wish they would just put the light on him now so the levels will stop going up and he wont haev to stay there longer just for that. We aer oging back up there tonight at 8 to spend a couple hours with him. my parents and my husbands parents have been helping watch our oldest son so that we can spend a lot of time with Logen. ill try to update sometime, but i am just soo worn out. i can't wait to have my baby home...i hope its soon..maybe by next wednesday!!!!! or thursday is my guess but i just miss him soo!!!!

UPDATE 3-2-10 *37 weeks 3 days*

I am sooo anxious to get my cerclage removed on FRIDAY!! i can't wait to see what happens..anything?? nothing?? will i go soon after that?? will i last another week or two?! Nobody knows! i am soooo READY!! Ive got to clean out my truck thursday and load the car seat and base in there! :) My dr. is making me stay in town at my parents house until i deliver! Since i live in a town 45 min away! Friday i am going to walk walk walk! and do whatever it takes to bring this baby down and get my labor started! :) I am sooo ready to meet my son, and to introduce Hagen to his baby brother Logen! EEKS hurry up!!! i am so ready. i hope he is here by the next friday at least..so that is almost 2 weeks away! :) ill update friday once its out!

UPDATE 2-22-10- *36 weeks 2 days*

Not been feeling to well the past few weeks...and have been having some stabbing pains in my cervix, for the past 3 or 4 days. I have a sonogram in the morning to do a cervical measurment and hopefully see how much our baby Logen weighs! :) i am excited to see him again. Then after the sonogram i have to go to my dr.s office for my 36 week appt! ! only 2 more weeks until i get my cerclage removed...but i wish it was sooner! i am very anxious to meet this little boy! He has been very active...and i have been having quiite a few contractions here lately! It makes it seem so readl that the time is getting closer! only a week away and i will be considered Full term! how excititng! I will update tomorrow after my appt! :)!

UPDATE 2-13-10 *35 Weeks*

Today i am 35 weeks..and super excited to be this far!!! i got Logens car seat in last week, and the double stroller in also! i got the put together adn am super excited to use them! :) they are sooo cute! we had a sonogram on wednesday and Logen was weighing at 5 lbs...hes getting so big and chunky i love love love it!!! We have about everything we need for him! i can't wait until he is here!..not too much longer!!! i have another dr. appt next week...ill be 36 weeks!....then at 38 weeks i will be getting my cerclage removed..WOOHOOO!

UPDATE 1-29-10* 33 weeks tomorrow!*

This morning was a tough one. We layed my Pepa to rest. He suffered from Alzeimers for many years, about 9...and finally was able to rest on January 26 at 11:59pm....He was VERY close to me...my everything ...my pepa..i miss him so much....i Lost him the first time when he couldn't remember my name....i was heartbroken. I loved him soo much and he thought the WORLD of me and his other grandchildren! I am so blessed to have had him in my life. He was a Korea Vet, and we are very proud of him for that! We are now all spending time together ....and i am so happy that he was the first one to meet my little baby Logen that is in my tummy! I feel great...im 33 weeks tomorrow...My gallbladder has been acting up and i find myself throwing up a lot..nauseas...and with bad back pains. My tummy is getting soo big now though! i love it! Logen is very active..he is always moving and i love every bit of it...even when they hurt! I have a dr. appt next week...and then we plan to take my cerclage out at 38 weeks in stead of 37 weeks! My husband is playing in his Alumni Football game tomorrow! we are soo excited! My son is 2 now!..turned 2 on january 11Th i am so proud of him and all he does! i will be ordering the car seat and stroller combo soon! i can't wait! :) i may go order it right now! i am so anxious to get it in....i got some bottles....the tomme tippie bottles i hope they work great! anyways i am just rambling on...i am going to go join my family in watching the guys play with paper air planes and paper footballs lol. they are so silly! hope everyone is having a blessed day and your pregnancies are going great! best of luck to everyone in labor and delivery also!

UPDATE 12-10-09 * 27 weeks and 1 DAY*

So far i have had such an easy pregnancy! things are soo much easier than with my first son! Logen is measuring about a week ahead and is very active! He seems to be even more active than my first as well! A few nights ago i was awaken with a severe gall bladder attack...and had 2 more back to back with about 20 min of relief in between, i went to the ER and was given IV pain killer Dimerol! it absolutely saved my life lol. I can't believe i have 3 months left till my due date...thats alllll! wow...time sure has flown by! i am so very anxious!!!! My son is also very excited...he hugs and kisses his *baby* several times throughout the day! My son is fixing to turn two in just less than a month! I am very excited for his birthday! i hope everyone is doing well!! i am so excited to meet this amazing child that has made my womb his home for the past 6 months! :)!

UPDATE! 10-26-09 *19 weeks 2 Days*

I had a dr. appt today, it went amazing...but THEN i got to get a sonogram! i was totally excited!!!!!!!!! He was perfect, couldn't see anything wrong with HIM!! Hes still a boy!!! i am so thrilled! he was precious! He has gotten sooo big and was moving around a lot! I love him so much he is amazing!! measured right at 19 weeks and 2 days! :) i was so thrilled to get to see him i will put up some pictures beneath this!! AHH i am on cloud nine right now! My mother and my husband got to be there to see this!!! His sweet profile shot!! PERFECT FOOT! Ankel on the left, Toes on the right!! :) 3d! scary, but it looks just like my son hagen..so crazy!!!!

update 9-22-09

I am 14 weeks 2 days & I had my cervical cerclage today for CI...all went very well...the procedure only takes a few mins...once the Dr. gets started...of course its scary having to have surgery (general anesthesia), had to be at the hospital by 5am, blood drawn, IV started, pre-op given which was IV push...found out I'm allergic to Morphine Sulfate...started itching all over & developed whelps on my arm...very itchy ugh!!!! went to surgery holding at 7:30am & into surgery by 8:00, in recovery room by 8:30 back to my room by 9:00...had to have benadryl & decadron to control the itching all over!! Later that afternoon prior to discharge they did a follow up sono...all was well...baby had a good strong heart beat & my cervix was closed...we were able to see the gender of our baby, which as you can see by the pic below "IT'S A BOY"!!!! We are so very excited to be having another boy...our son, Hagen, will have a best friend growing up!!

UPDATE 9-16-09

I went in for my monthly checkup today! it went good, got to hear babys heart beat, then i got to get a sonogram! I was about 13 weeks and 4 days, the baby was stretching out so cute, you could see *ITS* little arms and legs pushing up against everywhere!!!! was so cute to see it strech out. we couldn't get a good cervical measure, so i had to wait till my bladder got even fuller. we waited while another girl got her sonogram and i was miserably full. when we went in to check, turns out i was too full and had to go pee some out. PROBLEM i couldn't pee lol. i was in so much pain i almost cried. I finally got some out enough to be able to measure the cervix. looked good at 3.4. but still going to set up my cerclage for the end of this week or next week. but my bladder was still very full it was squishing the baby, so the pictures she took afterwards the baby looks soo small and squished :( sad, because the other pictures the baby looked huge and long. maybe next time! :) she looked for gender, but said even if she could tell she wouldn't tell me becasue she would hate to be wrong!! so looks like i have to wait till my 20 week.....but i think its a boy!! ,my hubby got to stop by for a second to see and he thinks boy too!

I heard my babys heartbeat for the first time today! at 156! i am so excited. i love this baby so much! i am so in love with this little one inside of me, and i can't wait for my next sonogram, hopefully i get to find out the sex! :) YAY!

*UPDATE* 9-5-09

Well today i feel so good! i haven't had much morning sickness at all. My husband, my son, and i came to my parents house to swim! we have been here since this morning about to eat a yummmy supper, then go sit in the hot tub and get in the pool for a while! im getting a gut, baby or fat..lol but its getting there! hope that everyone is feeling well i will be 12 weeks tomorrow!! so excited to make it to that point. My surgery for my cerclage is in 2 weeks. getting kind of nervous but also very excited to have made it to that point!

*UPDATE* 8-19-09

I had a dr. appt today, and everything went great! also had a sonogram, and the baby looked great. Heartbeat of 156, so im thinking another boy! since thats what my sons always was! He measured right at 9 weeks and 3 days, which is exactly what it should be!! below here is the picture that we got! The baby even wiggled one time for us! :)

*UPDATE* 7-21-09

I had my first appt today! things looked great! Was a quick appt, and i am so happy its over! I have a sonogram schedueled for 7-29-09, i will be about 7 weeks! and i am sooo excited i can hardly wait!!! not too much longer! I feel really full all the time, and food doesn't sound too good. I had a little bit of nausea this morning while filling out papers, but now i feel fine! I can't wait to get a big belly so my son will start to understand what is going on! I hope everyone is doing good, and having a great pregnancy!!
