Hey! My name is Chelsea and today I am 13 weeks pregnant with baby #1!! This is my 2nd pregnancy..we had a miscarriage June 07. It was very hard for us, but we knew God would bless us with a child someday...And look at His miracle! Im into the second trimester and my excitement grows with my belly each day. My husband and I are newlyweds, we just got married 9/22/07 at the Butterfly Pavilion in Colorado. It was beautiful! I am so excited to welcome our first child into this crazy world! So after I dragged my butt outta bed this morning, i came to work and attended my usual meeting. After the meeting was over, my co- worker asked me if i would help her run an errand and to meet her outside...i stood outside and waited by her car a couple of minutes and then she called and said she had some paper work she had to finish real quick and to come back up to the office and wait for her. Well when i got off the elevator...SUPRISE!!! They threw me a suprise baby shower!! I was more suprised that they suprised me because i am not easily fooled! I was sooo happy! I got a 200.00 gift certificate that i can use anywhere, and one of my co-workers gave me 2 hand made blankets and a hand made bib! I wanted to cry, i felt so important and special! They ordered food and everything! Wow! that was so nice of them! Now, i am just waiting for my baby shower on the 21st and whatever i dont get, i now have the money to buy it!!! So exciting, i will be holding camiyah in my arms in no time. Thank you Jesus, HE is truly remarkable and HE amazes me each day. Things are really going my way. ;-)

Well i went to the doctor today and they pushed me back to week 31 ;( Oh well i guess i will just have to be patient right? i want her so bad!!!! Everything else is just fine. Actually we are trying to move so hopefully that happens before she gets here!

Well lets see...its been 2 months!! I have been super lazy! Actually not lazy, stressed is more like it. i just finished school 2 weeks ago, and i have to admit i did not do my best. i am so preoccupied with the birth of my daughter! i ended with an A, B, and C- so i have to take that class over because i need it to get into nursing school. Camiyah and i are growing....I have gained a total of 35 pounds so far and i still have 8 weeks to go! Oh well, i wanna keep most of the weight anyway, i think it suits me. I splurged on a 3d ultrasound last week because i was so worried that it was a boy and the nursery is nearly complete. it is a girl though! yay! We are gonna start trying again in about 3 years or so. She looks just like daddy! She has my eyes but she looks just like him. Her face is so chunky! I will post pics. Um lets see, oh yeah my baby shower is on the 21st of June. This summer is packed full of showers so i have to make sure mine stands out ya know. I am thinking of having a carnival theme???? We'll see. i sent out Save the Date cards with a picture of me Cameron and Camiyah just to be different. I made them! But if one more person calls me and says that i forgot to add the time and location i am gonna scream! Invitations are coming people! Geez! Relax! I have been having BH contractions often so maybe she will come on time, or if i am lucky a week or two early! Thats all for now, i will keep you all up to date though!

Well lil' miss Camiyah gave me and daddy a nice scare last night! We were in the emergency room until 9 this morning being evaluated because i was having contractions. I went to the hopital that i will be delivering at and the night shift nurses seemed to be pretty cranky, so hopefully Miyah comes during the day shift so i wont have to cuss nobody out lol! Anyway, im still having some contractions which they say were caused by dehydration and it makes since since i had a nasty yucky virus earlier this week. We just have to get back on track eating and drinking....lots! Well thats all for now, oh yeah she HATES the fetal moniter. I have never felt her kick so hard and so many times in such a short time period. My hubby said she has her momma's attitude...DAMN Straight, lol! *Bye*

Its been a while! Well we found out last Wednesday on the 19th that we are having a baby GIRL! Im so excited! Her name will be Camiyah Elani-Allyne Jones! Everything elso has been pretty much the same, but her movements are getting stronger and more frequent. I love her!

IM 19.4 WEEKS TODAY. IT HAS BEEN A VERY STRESSFUL WEEK AT WORK, SCHOOL, AND HOME! I'VE BEEN RUNNING AROUND LIKE CRAZY! ANYWAY IM LOOKING FORWARD TO HITTING THE HALFWAY MARK IN A COUPLE DAYS AND I FEEL CJ MOVE EVERYDAY NOW, A LOT! I LOVE IT. MY HUBBY ACTUALLY FELT CJ KICK FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST NIGHT...WE WERE LAYING IN BED TALKING AROUND 1:30 AM AND I FELT CJ MOVING A LOT SO I PLACE HIS HAND ON MY TUMMY. NOT EVEN A MINUTE LATER, CJ KICKED HIS HAND TWICE! HE WAS SO AMAZED AND HE JUST THANKED GOD OVER AND OVER AND SAID HOW THANKFUL HE WAS TO BE A PART OF HIS CHILDS LIFE AND HOW HE COULDNT WAIT FOR THE BABY TO GET HERE...HE WOKE UP TALKING ABOUT IT THIS MORNING! LOL! ANYWAY, GUESS I BETTER GET BACK TO WORK...

I just got back from the doctor, and i was absolutely stunned to see that i have gained EIGHT pound since my last visit! Its a huge deal to me because it is super hard for me to gain weight! Im so proud! LOL! I was also lucky cause i got to meet with my favorite nurse! She did an ultrasound even though she was not supposed to. My little CJ was going to town in there and then flipped over face down and laid there...and then started kicking like crazy again!! It was so funny! The heartbeat was a strong 152. I have 3 weeks till i found out whether CJ is a girl or boy...cant wait! I had AFP testing done today so i should get the results in about a week...

Well, i am 18.2 weeks preggo, and somehow i completely forgot to write for week 17 for some reason??? I was on here EVERYDAY! Im slow! Anyway, i have been feeling great and although not regular yet i have been feeling kicks here and there and they are so reassuring. I have a doc appt tomorrow to do my AFP testing and then i have the BIG u/s on March 19th...cant wait. Nothing much to report, so maybe i will have an update tomorrow after my doc appt...hopefully i have a growth spurt in the next couple weeks, preferably this week, lol!

I WAS SITTING IN ANATOMY CLASS BORED AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I FEEL POP!.......POP! I WAS LIKE WHAT THE HELL, I LOOKED AROUND AS IF ONE OF MY CLASSMATES FELT IT TOO! LOL! THEN I JUST SAT IN AWE AND QUICKLY REALIZED THAT MY CJ HAD KICKED ME! I WAS SOOOOO EXCITED! I WAS WAITING FOR MY NEXT CLASS TO BEGIN AND I CALLED MY SISTER WHO IS 5 MONTHS PREGGO WITH HER SECOND TO MAKE SURE I WASNT TRIPPIN AND AS I WAS DESCRIBING HOW IT FELT IT HAPPENED AGAIN! I KNEW IT WAS CJ BECAUSE HE/SHE KEPT MOVING AFTER THAT KICK! IM SO IN LOVE!!!!!

I am 16+5 weeks today. I love how fast time is flying. My belly did a growth spurt over the past week! Other people are actually asking me how far along i am and i love that feeling! I want time to keep flying until about 22 weeks and then slow down til about 30 weeks so that i can really enjoy being pregnant and have others notice. I am looking forward to dressing in cute maternity clothes this spring and summer. After 30 weeks time can fly again cause i wanna meet this mystery person causing all this comotion in mommies body! LADIES if you have not gotten a prenatal massage, please do so...ITS AMAZING!! Im telling you, i went today and she covered every inch of my body from my toes to my scalp for an hour! It was 75 dollars, but trust me it was money well spent. My hubby got me a diamond necklace and got my name tattoed over his heart! I love em! ...I had a beautiful week and my CJ (what we call the baby now) was very active. I dont think CJ has kicked me just yet, but im sure its coming cuz the movement is increasing. I also just had to take a moment for myself because my unborn (m/c in June 07) was due on Valentines Day. I just wondered like wow, I wonder what i would be doing right now?! But thats ok, My baby is in Gods arms and i will see him or her one day...And soon this baby will be in my arms.

I am 15+2 weeks today, and i feel great. Although i do have to admit this past week any and everything has made me cry! I had my WIC appointment today and they were concerned because i had only gained 2 and a half pounds since my last visit. I was talking to the lady about it, and i broke down crying. I felt so bad b/c i just let weeks worth of stress out on her, poor lady. But i love WIC, they are so comforting and helpful in so many ways! I have been feeling a lot of movement these past couple days, and im looking forward to that first kick! We began painting our baby's nursery this past Saturday, and once we find out what we are having we can finish the painting b/c it going to be gender specific. Lets see...what else...Oh, my hubby is being deprived of sex because i just dont have the desire. Not to mention that i am a full time student and i just started a new job as a field manager for the local hospital coordinating prenatal classes, yoga classes, and karate classes SO i definitely have my hands full! Basically by the time i get home at night i just wanna eat, take a shower and go to sleep! I sound like an old married woman...I AM! oh well. Maybe i will stay home tonight from school and cook him a nice dinner and give him an early v-day gift,lol! Well thats all for now, i think im gonna nap!

I am 13 weeks and 3 days preggo today. In June 0f 2007, I began a journal for my baby and wrote to him/her every night until the night before I m/c. I was only 7 weeks. It was very devastating to lose my baby, even though we were not trying to get pregnant, I was already in love. After our wedding in Sept, we started trying. I got pregnant in November. I had a strong feeling i was pregnant bc everything made me cry and and anything thing that would have normally irritated me made me furious at that point!! I got the news 11/20/07. I thanked God and just cried...promised i would to anything to have a happy healthy baby. I didnt want to start another journal bc i was afraid of being disappointed. So this is a big step for me. Honestly i just had to realize that the only thing that got me through that tough time was faith. So if i have a girl, that will be her name, Faith. We have gotten 3 ultrasounds so far, the first one was at 4 wks so it was just a lil dot! The second one he/she was all over the place. I laughed and cried tears of joy. i could believe it! Its real! I got the third u/s on 1/21 bc i was rear ended and i wanted to make sure he/she was ok, cuz i was in pain!! He/she was just bouncin around like nothing happend, which of course was a relief! I got to hear the heartbeat too, it was 160 bpm. Im so in love! Me and my hubby cant wait..
