Thanks for the swollen feet advice. I actually have two pairs of the toe-less support socks. My sister works in a hospital and she brought some home for me. They just happened to be the toe-less kind. I can't wait to put on the summer shoes! Now I just wish I could wear them with shorts!!

Thanks for the comment. I have all the receipts, just because you never know,so I will be able to exchange/return all the clothes. I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly and fast!

Hi! I do have some advice for swelling---I have been wearing the support hose (knee-socks) for about one week now. I can feel a significant difference in my feet and shoes (though I am definitely still swollen, my feet just don't hurt as much). They are tighter around the feet and ankle, so they force the blood circulation back up your legs (so the blood doesn't pool in the feet). I wear them from morning until night. My sister got them for me from the hospital she works in, but I have seen other versions of them in maternity and baby stores.
They aren't very fashionable (and I have no idea what I will do when I start wearing shorts--I guess I'll wear flip-flops), but they are helping for now!

Hi! I just read your posting on my page about tingling/numb arms and cramping legs. I get both, but I also have REALLY swollen feet and ankles. It's scary to think what is going to happen when I am even further along!
I was just wondering if you have swelling in the feet, too, and if it could be related to the numb arms somehow. Someone said their doctor suggested cutting back on salt, so I am going to try that! Good luck with your pregnancy. I am happy I'm not the only one keeping the gender a surprise! It seems rare nowadays!

Hi, Christy! Everything is okay. . .I had a not-so-good day yesterday, but I'm alright now. Just a little stressed being over here alone and pregnant. I've only got a couple more months, though. Thanks for all the great advice about the strollers. I'll definitely follow it and see what I can find!

keez1979 - Friday, 14 Mar
Thanks for the response! The Bugaboos are some of the only European strollers that they sell in the states, so I wanted to get one in case of recalls, product defects, etc. I'll live in Germany for another couple of months and I LOVE the prams and buggies over here. Definitely not cheap plastic like the ones in the US. How do you like the Chameleon so far? I heard that it rolls like a dream and is ultra stylish! I have my heart set on it, so I think that I am just going to just take the plunge and get it.

Hi there, thanks for the note and for voting on the name list. Madeline is at the top right now as we both like it. My hubby doesn't like all of those names... Good luck on your u/s - it is so fun to finally find out!!!!

Hello, I am new to this site! I am 14w 4d along. Last night I had super strong cramps in the right hand side of my lower stomach. Has anyone else experienced severe cramps?
