40 weeks + 2
Well i got the castor Oil (my GP ok'd it) I took it 3 days in a row and got severe upset stomach that passed quick and some Braxton Hicks but nothing substantial so stopped taking it. BUT on saturday my husband did a lovley BBQ and i over ate was uncomfortably full so thought to clear myself out i would take the castor oil. Well this time it gave me cramps and i was having strong Braxton Hicks contractions one after the other and one lasted over a minute and a half so decided to go to hospital to be checked because i was worried the baby was going to be stressed but luckily he was fine. The midwife didnt believe that castor oil worked and advised against it so wont be doing it again. Well the midwife checked my cervix told me it was still thick but im 2cms dilated which was nice to know. I lost my mucus plug on sunday so hopefully im going in the right direction and baby will be here soon. If not im booked in for my induction for monday the 19th May!

39 Weeks + 1
Well Ive decided to just wait out for the baby now. I'm done being pregnant but dont want to rush the baby out he's obviously happy in there.
I considered getting some caster oil yesterday and start using my breast pump to get things started but im terridied im going to do something to jepardise the pregnancy and couldnt forgive myself if i do. I'm going to wait until im at the drs on my due date and see if she suggests anything. I give up with the sex, i dont think it works and it just leaves me feeling uncomfortable and fed up when nothing happens.
Nearly at the finish line now, I'm hoping so much im not going to have a big baby, I want him to drop soon hes up in my ribs so bad still.

36 weeks and 3 days
Was at the drs yesterday just for 36 week check up and all seems well with the baby. Hes measuring a good size for me but ive got a sneaky suspicion he's going to come out huge lol
I've gone from thinking im going to go early to now being convinced im going to go over my due date. It would be nice to have the baby here before the 11th May so that i can have my first mothers day with the baby. Overall feeling good just very tired. My cramping i was having in the night has eased up still getting brraxton hicks but not as often as i was. I just keep telling myself that in no more than 35 days my little one will be in my arms. I cant wait to see what he/she looks like and what colour hair, I think he'll be born dark for some reason even though me and my hubby are blonde. Just have to wait and see!
35 weeks + 6
Was at the Drs last friday just for check up and the dr reckons im growing sideways hence the small fundal height because its now down to 28cm. She had a feel of the baby and reckons hes about 5-6lb already and will be around 7lb at birth. Im so pleased hes growing ok. Was getting really worried about it.
I had a crap night sleep last night, couldnt stop peeing, had bad cramps in my legs and had crampy ache in my lower belly. Think its the weight of the baby though even though im sleeping on my left side.
At the dr's thursday for my Anti-D jab and check up. I dont know if the dr will check my cervix or not...i dont think so i really dont think that labour is nearing for me.
At least i know theres only 5 weeks most left to wait it out.
35 weeks + 2
I cant believe how quick time is flying by!! Under 5 weeks to go. I had an antenatal class on saturday and it seems to have calmed my nerves towards labour now. Me and my husband are so excited and cant wait to see if we are having a little boy or girl!! Just got little bits to pick up now then we are all done.
I was told at my last check up my fundal height was 4cm smaller than it should be but im only small so maybe i am just having a little baby...maybe im wrong and im having an 8lb really lol
Still having aches and pains in my back and not getting much sleep at the minute because off getting up for pees lol. I dont think the baby has dropped yet he seems to be up In my ribs alot and im not feeling alot of pressure in my pelvis. Not long to go!!!

32 weeks
Only 8 weeks to go today. The pregnancy is actually going pretty fast for me so far. Me and my husband are so so so excited. I love my hubby keep rubbing my belly. Not long to find out if were having a little Joseph Liam or Chloe Louise!!
I'm breathing better now the baby has moved out of my ribs. Im getting more heartburn and cant stop peeing!! Im struggling to get a good night sleep because i cant sleep on my back, if i sleep on my right side i get pains in my back and i find it so uncomfortable on my left side but its the only side that doesnt cause me aches and pains and i dont seem to need the toilet on my left side as much.
I love feeling my baby moving around and feeling where he or she is. Yesterday we could cup our hands around her little bum so made me reaslise i have a real babyy in me! Roll on May :)
30 weeks and 3 days
Only 10 weeks to go! The baby has moved from out of my ribs since yesterday. He was there for about 2 weeks and i was struggling to breathe and get comfortable so now im so much comfortable and can sleep at night.
2 of my friends have recently given birth which has made me impatient because i want mine now lol...He's got a few more weeks of growing before he'll be joining us. Oh yes as you can guess me and my husband now think we are having a little boy. I was thinking girl but something tells me boy so im going to go with the instinct i had at the begining of the pregnancy and say boy.

28 weeks and 2 days
Well im feeling great at the moment. My bladder seems to be getting even smaller and im up about 5 times a night but i suppose its natures way of getting me ready for the baby!
Its hard to believe I've got just under 12 weeks to go.
I know have a feeling that I'm having a girl!!

25 weeks
Been a couple of weeks since I've wrote anything. All seems good with the baby got a checkup hopefully today just for antenatal. The baby seems to have had a growth spurt and i look very very pregnant which im loving right now because i dont just look fat now lol
The baby has his sleeping patterns so i tend to know when he will start playing and woggling.
I cant believe in just 15 weeks were going to have this baby here! Im so excited.

23 Weeks
I',m feeling the baby kicking more and more and can see his kicks through my stomach. He has a routine of when he wakes and sleeps and he always gets very active after i eat! My boobs are leaking more now and still hurt on and off. None of my clothes fit me and im so uncomfortable all the time because its so hot here. Roll on when the in-laws go home and i can lounge around in my undies lol
21 Weeks and 2 days!
We had our ultrasound Xmas Eve and our baby is growing just fine. He's measuring in at a whopping week bigger so my Due date has changed. Our baby is so beautiful, This was the best christmas present ever to see our baby know that hes ok. My husband also felt him kick christmas night which made his christmas too. He has the longest legs like his dad and a little nose like me.
Im so happy :)
20 Weeks - HALF WAY THERE!!!!!!!!!! :)
Well im half way today. Feeling good. My skin is crappy had a few break outs but that could be to do with eating a box of chocolates with my hubby lol
My belly is growing i really look pregnant now. I dont think im huge i think im growing at a good rate. Ive gained about 2-3Kilos at this point. My breast are still leaking Colostrum. Ive had no pain in them throughout the pregnancy even in the first trimester but when the fluid is actually coming out of my nipples it feels like they are going to crack it can be so painful!
Our scan is tomorrow so excited so ill be posting some pics of our little one :)
18 Weeks and a Day
Overall I'm feeling good. My stomach is swelling more and more everyday. I've still only gained 2 KG although I feel that iv gained weight on my hips and bottom more than anywhere else. I was a little concerned the past couple of days as i hadnt felt the baby move but he gave me a couple of wiggles this morning so im happy again. I'm getting a lot more ligament pain now too but nothing unbearable
17 Weeks and 4 days
The days are just flying by. I'm feeling my baby move alot now and last night i actually felt him move with my hand i got so excited started screaming to my hubby to come have a feel and i think i scared him because there were no more big movements :( He wiggles under his daddys hand but not quite hard enough for him to feel. I love feeling him move its such a reassurance. I'm having chronic pain in my lower left back. Its crippling to move sometimes. Its scary to think that its only going to get worse as the pregnancy progresses...think i may be making another trip to the drs.
Got just over 2 weeks till our scan now and im so excited. From the begining of the pregnancy me and my hubby have thought its a boy but now we both think its a little girl. Only got to wait till May to find out lol

16 weeks and a day
I woke up this morning and properly felt my baby move. Ive been feeling the odd wiggle the past week but s morning he/she was moving and it felt so amazing!! Filling up just thinking about it. He/she is so active when i have something putting the slightest bit of pressure on my stomach. Its as though im making him uncomfortable! Happy Happy Happy :) :) :)
16 Weeks
Yay im 16 weeks today and have grown a belly overnight. I FINALLY look pregnant which is making me feel more pregnant its great. Also my energy levels are up and ive been managing to stay up till 10 on the evenings!!! :)
15 Weeks and 5 days Pregnant
I'm feeling really really emotional these past couple of days. I just wish i was back home in England. I'm not happy here in Australia but then i dont want to go home because i know my Husband loves it here. I just wish i could be close to my mom..I could live without everyone else.
My Hubbys parents are still here and its driving me MAD that me and my husband get absoloutly no privacy. I want to spend as much time together on our own while we can before the baby is born. I honestley believe that if they wernt here i wouldnt be feeling this home sick and unsettled.
I'm so so exhausted at the moment im not sleeping well (This is making my moods worse im grouchy without sleep at the best of times). I dont know if this is because of the pregnancy or because im down. I'm so miserable just wish i could snap out of it. I feel so so so angry this week. I just want to smash everything and brake everything. I feel like the incredible hulk ready to turn green and just explode.
15 Weeks and 2 Days Pregnant
Well I'm in my 15th week now and feeling great. My sickness has passed and my appetite is back so i can finally eat as many veggies and fruits as i can for the baby. My exhaustion isnt half as bad as it was in my 1st tri. My belly seems to be growing day by day and i have gained about 5 lbs so far. My jeans and trousers no longer fasten and i ruined my ONLY maternity dress yesterday because i somehow covered it in bleach :(

14 Weeks and 3 Days
At this point it feels as though i can feel my belly stretching! It feels like its growing day by day. Ive started to get ligament pain down my left side when i get up too quick but other than that and peeing CONSTANTLEY im feeling really really good. I have my appetite back so i can finally eat food good fr me and the baby. My hairs getting in better condition and so is my skin so so far im enjoying my second trimester.
I had another dream about the baby the other day but this time it was a girl and she was blonde and we named her our second choice name. I love dreaming about the baby makes me so happy when i wake up.
