Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

thanks for reply, it's so confusing when you've not been through this before and you keep thinking (or hoping) that everything is a sign of labour! I'm due today so i'm ready whenever baby is.....

BUT since i have stopped it the baby hasnt been that active - was really active during the aspirin. i was told to take it for 5 weeks in which when i stop i would be 33 weeks - i was wondering if 5 weeks was the limit incase the baby wasnt active and i may have to be induced please help i dont know what to do....

Do a search for Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction, see if the pain related to that is similiar to what you are experiencing. I have severe pain between my legs, and in my SI joints. I have always had loose SI joints and the pregnancy has made them looser, causing the pelvis to be instable. If the pain you are experiencing is the same as what you read, be sure to talk to your doctor. Most doctors in the US don't know too much about this though, they just write it off as being a normal pregnancy pain.

I am having horrilbe pains in my groin/pelvic floor/Pubic bone area. I have been keeping a heating pad down there, that seems to help for awhile. I ge up and walk around, 20 mins later I am in pain again. Makes life hard, when you can't even run errands. I heard it could be a pinched nerve or the baby is sitting an a bad spot/nerve. I go to the doctor this week and I will be asking what is up. I can't take it, We still have 3-4 months left.
What is your pain like and where? Is it deep or on the surface? left or right side?

lpnh125 - Sunday, 13 April
clairelb - I also have pain there. Walked around NYC in heels and haven't been the same since. It feels like a groin pull. Going to the doctor for my regular visit on Tues and will discuss it then. Also, my feet and ankles are swelling up like balloons! Hope you're feeling better soon!!

ericka28 - Saturday, 12 April
Hey girl congrats!! You where asking if anyone else has that pain is it like a bad pulling pain from right btwn the legs and comes a little ways around the front? I get that lots and I can barely walk cause of it! I asked my doc yesterday about it and he checked me for some sort of hernia. All is ok right now and is probably a muscle he said but we are keepin an eye on it so it doesnt get worse. Mabye it is baby 3 lol Take care girl! Hope I could help

There really was no difference between carrying my girls and boys. Some of my girls I carried different from each other. There was no obvious high or low carrying for boy or girl.

donnamarie - Thursday, 20 Mar
see they need to offer you a different angle pic. :(

chefjess - Thursday, 20 Mar
I had many miscarriages, but they were all too soon to tell gender, the longest of those pregnancies lasted 9 weeks.

chefjess - Thursday, 20 Mar
I found out today that it is another boy..I am devastated. This pregnancy is nothing like my last one so I was sure it was the little girl I want so badly. Maybe next time!! I am very happy that the baby is healthy and that everything looks good. I think I just need a day or two to process and then I will be fine. I am having moments of disappointment, but others of joy. I was a little upset when I found out my last pregnancy was a boy also and now I couldn't imagine life any differently.

mumofsix - Thursday, 20 Mar
My placenta is high and anterior. It's my sixth baby and the first time my placenta has been in this position. I definitely popped out earlier and I'm sure it must have an impact on how your belly looks. I am guessing it will make us look like we are carrying higher.

This photo doesnt really show much, my boy pic looks exactly like this, do you have any other shots? i have 5 pics from the U/S

babybarbados - Wednesday, 19 Mar
That bracelet thing makes sense for sleep deprived minds! Thanks for filling me in.

mommy2anangel14 - Wednesday, 19 Mar
You're welcome!! Is that what you wanted??

alyssajay - Tuesday, 18 Mar
Hi.. Yes I will ask the sex of the baby. My appt is at 9am. Im pretty sure i won't be able to sleep 2nite.

babygirl08 - Tuesday, 18 Mar
I'm sorry but how can u tell I don't even think the sex parts are even showing on here. I just had mine on last week I will be 19weeks Thursday and it was another girl. Even though I wanted a boy when I saw my baby up there looking healthy with her hand up as if she was saying hi to me that boy stuff went out the window. As long as your baby is healthy it shouldn't matter what God gives you. I'm just taking this as a blessing some women can't have and I was blessed to be a chosen one. Good luck with what every you want. GOOD LUCK.
