We had our first sonogram today. Heartbeat was good and strong at 176. My 16 month old was there and when they turned on the sound to hear the heartbeat she looked at my husband and then was in aahh trying to figure out what the sound was. It was so cute. I have to stay on the progesterone until I am 13 weeks, so only 5 weeks left of that..I can't wait. Hope everyone one else is doing well.

I have to go on progesterone pills. My levels were above 15, which is where my dr wants it, when I had my first appt March 5th and when they tested them again this week they were at 12.5. She said most dr's are ok if its above 11 but they prefer 15 so would put me on them to be safe. I have no problem with that better safe then sorry.

Good News!!! Hcg is going up like it should. I was on progestorone with my first so they are going to check those levels again and if they are low I will go on them with this pregnancy.

On Friday I started bleeding a little with mostly brown discharge. I called the dr and they said it could be nothing since I didn't have any cramping but had me go in yesterday to draw some blood to check my hcg levels. I call today in the afternoon for my results. I am worried since I didn't have this with my first child but so many people are telling me that it is normal. I can't help but worry and I don't want to get my hopes up that everything is ok. I have been so nauseas the past few days, I am hoping that is a good sign. I will post tonight on what the dr's office tells me.

March 5th 2008

I had my first dr's appt today to confirm pregnancy and give blood. As predicted my due date is Nov 4th. I go for my first sonogram March 25th. I can't wait to see and hear out little ones heartbeat. I am hoping my husband can go to this one, he wasn't able to go to the first sonogram with our 15 month old. If our daughter isn't grumpy that day I'm hoping she can go so she can see her baby brother or sister. Hope everyone is feeling great!
