My little girl doesnt really understand its her b-day lol. My family is calling to tell her Happy Birthday and she tells them back lol. I cant believe she's 3 already. I remember when she was just so little like Gabriel.. aww I miss my kids being babies lol.

Yes, Makenna does a really good job too like Taylor...the other day she was really tired and did inform me that she doesn't want to have patiences anymore...can't really say I blame her..but we did have to have a talk about it. hey girlie, sorr I am so bad about getting on here. It has been one thing after another, with taking mak back and forth to school, and taking care of Kolby and the house, it seems as though I never find any time for myself. I am sure you know how this goes. I love your profile pic...Luca is getting so big. How is he? Has he been a good baby? Are you feeling better? How is Taylor doing with it all? We are pretty good here, I go back to work the last week in October, I am ready, I do get kind of bored at home, I am not one for being a house wife, I really do miss my work and adult conversation. Well so far Gabriel is doing okay with the soy. Its only been like half a day so we'll see. He doesnt seem to have diarrhea any more so it must've been the other formula causing it. The little one did keep me up for 2 hours last night grrr lol. Its okay I actually enjoyed keeping him company last night. So how was your night? Well I hope things are well with you. TTYL

Same here. She had a temperature last night since she got her first shots. I spended all night waching her making sure she was fine. how's your little pumpkin doing?

yeah we're not taking Presley out either, i wanted to but then i figured it wouldnt be too smart to take her out at night. so we're just gonna dress her up to hand out candy.
as of yesterday we started having problems with feeding again. i mean nothing major, i can still get her to eat, but she latches on, then lets go then immediately tries to re-attach again. and she does it all through the feeding. when i DO get her to stay latched she does it wrong and it hurts so i have to pull her off then start all over.
this morning we were BOTH sobbing. she was getting frusterated bc she wouldnt stay on and i'd take her off if it was wrong, then IIIIII started crying bc IIIII was frusterated.
Steven came and took her and made her relax and she fell asleep. i dont know what's going on....
he's really good with her. she already has him wrapped around her finger.

You ask why you are tired????? 12am, 330am and 6am??? HELLO I would be insanely tired. Oh yah I AM totally that tired today, cause Riley had similar hours last night , but she only needed a binky for one of the times so I was up for 2 seconds. Sorry Luca is sick, I also didn't sleep too well when I was worried about Riley being sick. So maybe you just aren't getting decent sleep (ya know the whole 3 hours at a time )due to a bit of worry too. Gosh I can't wait to see Luca again and see how he is changing. I am hoping to be down at least one time before the Xmas party the week before XMAS.
We are getting on track here at home. I feel sometimes like I got it all together and other times, not so much. It really depends on if I am tired or not. It really makes a huge difference for everything. Hope your enjoying your maternity leave... I miss being home with Riley. But I just had a 4 day weekend with her, so it was nice. Get some rest.

I was just down last night. No particular reason why. I guess I just wanted some sleep and I knew that wasnt going to happen. Well I broke down crying last night when going to bed because Gabriel kept crying and it seemed like he was hungry but it was like every 30mins and when he ate he would cry like his belly hurt. Plus he has the diarrhea and rash so it was overwhelming to me. Everytime I would start changing him, he would poop again while changing him. I was just so tired and sleepy and I guess that was it. Im doing much better today lol. Ive been using this diaper cream called calendula cream from weleda and it works so well. If you ever need some diaper cream.. I recommend it. His little toosh isnt so red anymore. I also have this burts bees which is all natural and I hear it works well to but I havent really gave it a good try. Im trying out this wedela first.

Hey! How are you doing today? How are the kids? I hope they are feeling and doing better than yesterday. Today I have to go to the wic and get my babys milk changed to soy. I was giving this Similac Advance a try and it looks like hes not settling with it. He throws up all the time and he now has diarrhea and I believe its the milk. Hopefully this soy works out well. Oh and he has a diaper rash. Ive been using some diaper cream and it looks like its getting better.. I hope. Well talk to you later

thanks so much! your little "pumpkin" is so cute too! i love that pic of him! i havent decided what i want Presley to be yet.
well we're doing really well. i did have PPD, although maybe it wasnt exactly PPD i think it was more of just the "Baby Blues". during the second week, i just could not stop crying. i would cry at the drop of a hat and i had no idea why. then when it came close to my mom leaving i was an emotional wreck! i'm doing alot better though.
ugh the first week we had SUCH a hard time breastfeeding! i was so sore.

I was still a bit emotional right around this time as well. I felt that I wasn't doing a good enough job with the kids and that my house was never clean enough. I think that I had a good cry about once a day. I remember feeling overwhelmed with the sheer responsibility of having TWO kids to raise and how the hell I was going to do that! Charlie got really good at reading the signs that I was about to lose it...LOL! Do you guys get out of the house to run some errands now and then? Even if it's just to Target or Wal-Mart for a couple of things? Sometimes it just made me feel better to go to a store and talk with the other Moms that were shopping! They were probably trying to do the same thing I was... Anyways - cheer up - Luca will be sleeping through the night before you know it...this is only temporary and you can do anything for a few months, right?
