More....

I am so excited...I don't know what to do. I'm anxious, I'm emotional, I'm everything. It's my first so everything is so new...to my body. I'm a nanny so I'm pretty familiar with the basics you know. I'm just looking forward to the experience and to meeting my miracle.

6/25/2007 Well, I woke up today with really bad back pain. I don't know if it's the way I'm sleeping or if it's the baby. I may just need a really good massage. We all need a really good massage right? Other than that I'm good...my pregnancy hasn't gotten like to the point where I'm like OMG. I was tired in the beginning but I have my energy back so I'm getting the chance to enjoy it...every bit. My hubby...not so much. I'm really emotional. I don't know what to do.lol Poor baby...he doesn't know what to do. N' I'm hot all the time so it's freezing in the house. I'll feel great and he'll have a nosebleed because it's so cold...lol. It's not funny but it so is. I'm like I have to go through labor so a little nosebleed will do you fine. You'll be aight, trust me.But he loves me so...I'm blessed and happy.

6/26/2007 Today is a good day. I find that if you say that before you actually start your day it has an impact on her your day goes. Anyway, today I'm having this weird feeling in my lower left pelvic region. It's not so much a cramp as it is soreness ya know. So I know that pregos have sex during pregnancy n' yes I do. So I'm wondering is it that...maybe that's why I'm sore or something...position I haven't done in a while. Or I'm thinking maybe a bladder infection. I so hope not!!! But your bladder is down there. So I'm gonna see if it goes away. Oh and a question to those who might know...The baby doesn't move everyday right, especially this early? I'm asking because he/she doesn't. But when he/she does it feels like someones flicking inside my tummy. So cute!!!!

6/28/2007 I feel pretty good today...it's weird, but I'm feeling a little nausea. My next doctors appt. is 07/17/2007 and my next sono is 07/19/2007. Hopefully I'll find out the sex of the baby...I should be far enough by then.

6/29/2007 Guys...I'm cramping today. What's that about? It hurts. Like I didn't get cramps during my cycle so this is new to me. Their not unbearable,but they're not pretty.

6/30/2007 Well, I went to the emergency room this morning because my pelvic region was hurting really bad. I'm guessing that's what cramps feel like. I did lab tests and urinalysis and all that stuff,but they said that nothing was wrong which is hard to believe so I'm going to do a follow up with my ob/gyn. The ER says that my uterus may be stretching and something else but it feels like it's urinary to me. I just hope everythings okay. They did an US and I saw the baby and he/she is fine. I think he/she was asleep and we were irritating him/her. But I got the heartbeat and a pic so I'm so relieved and so happy that the baby is okay. They couldn't get the sex at the ER because of the position that the baby was in, but that's okay I'll get it next month....has anyone else felt this kind of pain? If so, I'd like to know to ease my mind cuz it hurts.

7/3/2007 I'm not really sure what I was going through this weekend all I know is...it hurt!!!! It's still hurting a little but definitely not as bad as it was before. I am so glad that is subsided a little bit. I don't know if it was growing pains or not, but it caused back pain too. I'm feeling better now but it comes and goes. Hope everyone had a good weekend and HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!!!!

7/10/2007 Today I feel great! I haven't had alot pain or anything. Maybe if I move the wrong way or something. The baby has been moving alot lately and I'm ecstatic about that. I guess this is the comfortable stage of pregnancy. I'm showing, well I've been showing for awhile now so that's not anything new. My hubby is starting to play with my belly alot now. He would do it before but now he lays and blows on my belly and tries to talk to the baby. He's so silly! But I'm happy and blessed. I have an OB appt. Friday...I have to do the glucose tolerance test to make sure that I don't develop gestational diabetes. I pray everything is okay. The doc may want to do a blood test to test for defects. I don't want an amniocentesis. They didn't have that back in the day so I figure me and my baby will be fine.

7/13/2007 So I had my OB appt. today and everything was great...just waiting for the doc to let me know that I don't have gestational diabetes. I'm gaining like alot of weight...to me. I'm excercising and I so don't eat alot. It's driving me crazy!!! The doc said not to worry because I'm excericising so...what can you do? It's in my belly and unfortuantely my arms(runs in the family), but mostly my belly. I'm not gonna stress,just swim. But my US is next week so...wish me luck!!! Hope everyones doing well and the babies are healthy!

7/20/2007 IT'S A GIRL....IT'S A GIRL!!!!!! I found out yesterday that I was having a baby girl. I so thought it was a boy...I had a dream that I had a baby boy. I didn't care, I just wanted a healthy baby and they said she looks great. I've already started shopping for her clothes. Hopefully I'll get the big stuff from my baby showers. But I'm so excited and her dad is going crazy! She is going to be a daddy's girl for sure. I'm so blessed...Oh, and I found out that I'm actually a week ahead of what they thought I was based on the baby's measurements. She's 11 ounces...I think thats a lil' chunky but who knows...lol. She's long like her daddy too. I can't contain myself right now...I'm having my baby girl!

11/15/15/2007 I haven't updated or commented on my page in a while...so sorry! Everything is great..me and the baby girl. I'm 36 weeks n' 3 days pregnant. I'm excited, but my husband is ecstatic. Ridiculously!!! I think it's because he doesn't have to push her out. But I am glad that he is so excited about her. His first baby and his first baby girl. I'm still trying to get the room ready. I had to wait till the babyshower to buy things. I didn't want to have two of ne thing. She has such cute clothes got her crib and playyard/bassinet. It's cute. She has her bouncer...the thing that you sit them in and it vibrates. Just need to find someone to help me clean and get everything ready. Just the things that I should'nt do like baseboards and cleaning the blinds and window seals. I really wanna do it myself but my back starts killin' me!!! But ne ways I'm gonna start packing my hospital bag because it is getting close and I'm sooooo......excited. Can't wait to see her face. A little nervous about getting her here through the peanut sized canal but I know I can do this. Hope everyone's doing great!!!!
