My sweetie and I met sometime in July or August 2004.I came to the US to help my cousin with her new baby and the other little one while she was planning on going back to work; I started to go to a nearby church and there I met the soul mate, well at the moment it was just a good looking guy to stare at, ha, ha. But something told me in my heart that he was the one I suppose to love for the rest of my life! So we had an unique relationship if I can call it that. We never date while I was around here, but when I when back to my country we kept in touch by email, then we started to chat on the messenger and we just felt in love! He came to see me in July 05 and we got married. We didn't know well how the legal process to get the right visa work so I had to stay there for six months, then after getting the visa I came to live with my sweetheart! Those six months were very hard for the two of us! but we made it!
We decided to wait a while before trying to conceive. We want it to get to know each other well (I think we'll keep getting to know more about the other over time) and enjoy ourselves with a little less responsibility.But eventually on the way we decided it was time for us to bring a baby to this world!

We didn't have to try much. I left the birth control pills in December and by February I was pregnant! In January I was hoping to be pregnant, so after my first day being late I was getting ready for a preg test but the next day my period came. It made me sad for a couple of days, but then I was ready to just keep trying. So the next month I wait more than one day before taking the pregnancy test, but I almost knew for sure I was, because I was feeling different, like going to the bathroom more often, ha,ha. So on a Saturday (Feb 16) morning I woke up and took the preg test and it came positive but it was very blurry. I didn't know if it was true or not, but I told sweetie anyway; he was still laying in bed, and he look at me happily surprise!
It took me a while to realize it was really happening. I call the doc the next Monday and made an appointment. So I went and the nurse did another preg test and of course it was + ! Then she took some blood, and she explained it was routine blood test and that the next appointment the doct was going to check me. So the app after that I had my first ultrasound, that was at 8 weeks. I was so lucky that she didn't have to do it vaginal but just over my belly.We got to hear the heart beating, it was so exciting that it made me cry! but just a little bit I think nobody noticed it though, ha,ha.

My next app is on May 6 and after that on May 27 and in that one we will found out the sex of the baby, yay! I can't wait to know!
