The father decided he did not want to be with me at about 28 weeks pregnant. But now that hes had time to open his eyes and get his retardedness out he now wants a family life with me and his son . Well payton officially rolled over this morning with no help what-so-ever from mommy!! It was great...brought a little tear to my eye because it just means hes getting older and hes not my little helpless baby anymore...although he will always be that!!!lol.... It was cute...picked his little but right up and just flopped over...than kinda looked at me like..huh...that was weird!!!! now you cant stop him when hes on his tummy...he always ends up on his back!!!!

Payton has mastered the whole rolling over thing...both ways!!! he finally figured out how to get from his back to his tummy..its great but yet so sad!! Time to statr baby proofing!!!

So paytons newest milestone...he sat up all by himself!!yay!! he was leaning forwadr a bit but he was up...and sat there for a good 3-4 minutes than fell back on his boppy.....Such a big boy!!!!

Payton started "scootching" today..he does the whole army crawl thing! Its cute! I actually didnt know he was that far along and I was sitting on the floor with him going through the phone book looking for garages( my car is slowly kicking the bucket) and he scooted right over to me and got ahold of the book...ruined the pages as well!!! Now im trying to get a video of him doing but apparently hes camera shy because i turn it on and he just looks!!!! lol...pretty soon he will be cruising around and ill need to buy him some knee pads!!! Well, I hope it will be that easy!!! Actually, I hope he'll just decided it's too hard and give up on his own. Kind of like he's done with everything else. I REALLY don't need whatever small amount I might get out of him for child support. I would rather he just bail completely and I think it would be better for everyone involved, ya know? Best of luck with everything. Do you have a lawyer? I'm shopping for one now...I kind of think I don't need one with his obvious issues BUT I'd hate myself if I didn't get one and things went to crap. I dont REALLY know what I'm getting in to =)

like SOME OF THE LAWS STATES that if the father dont hurt the child then nothings wrong okay if the baby has already been born u tell the courts you've tried to get him in his childs life and he doesnt want too...you tell them that one u are breastfedding not bottle feeding at all you go get a restaining order on him saying he has seen the baby(at a park or something somwhere not at ur house not a friends or family house, and grabbed your child, raised his voice around the baby,and was holding the baby as a football too rough like shaking the baby as he was talking to you and you had to talk calm to him just to get the baby back...listen though DO NOT DO NOT AT ALL GO IN THERE CRYING LIKE A MAD WOMEN U GO IN THERE AND BE CALM DONT CRY AT ALL BECAUSE THEY WILKL THINK U ARE NOT STABLED LIKE HIM... YOU TELL THEM THAT BECAUSE OF HIS WAYS U FEAR FOR THE CHILD AND ASK THAT UNTIL HE PROVES TO THE COURT THE COURT THAT IS TRYIN U SHOULD GET FULL CUSTODY THEY WILL GIVE U TEMP CUSTODY UNTILL OTHERWISE BUT U MAKE SURE U DO THAT TRUST ME IT WILL WORK

Hi, hope you don't mind me asking...I saw your comment on sunny3's profile and would you mind telling me what state you live in? I plan on seeking full custody and having my bd only get supervised visitation. IF he figures out how to put his name on the bc at all. BD also has assult charges (2 felony assaults w/ a deadly weapon) on top of the fact that he is bi-polar. I figured that alone should seal the deal but I think it's crap that you weren't able to make them do supervised visits!!! You're right, it only takes once to shake a baby and ESPECIALLY when they are that young, it's not like they can tell you if it's happening! If you are in California too, maybe I don't have as good a case as I thought... Best of luck =)

OMGoodness! What in the world was he thinking?!?! I would have totally gone berzerk on him, then called the cops. Is there any possibility with respect to reconciliation? sounds like a strange question considering what he did, but if not, then I would call bc it's your baby's safety that has to be the # 1 priority. Whether he wants to listen to crying or not is not no reason to endanger her. Maybe he really thought it was ok??? Do you think so???
At least call the mediator, so that they are aware, and then ask for advice. I hope this all works out for you.
