Christopher Robert was born June 26th 2008 at 8:37 in the morning. He weighed 9 lbs. 1 oz. and was 22 1/2 inches long. I went at 10:15 the night before to be induced and they broke my bag of water at 11:00 (I was already 4 cm dilated when i got there). After about an hour or so they checked me and i was 7 cm dilated and what's funny about that is i really didn't feel the contractions lol. I decided to get the epidural at that point since i was 7 cm and once i got that i REALLY didn't feel the contractions. My labor was only 9 hours this time where as with my girls it was 18 hours so it went much better. They told me they wanted me to start pushing at 8:30 because his heart rate kept goin low and had a feeling his cord was wrapped around his neck (which it was once but very loosely). Chris also ended up with a fractured clavical from coming out the birth canal. I am doing fine myself I didn't have to have any stitches once again with this birth which is amazing seeing how he was so big lol. I had to move into my mother in laws the friday before because the road to get to and from my house was flooded from the mississippi river but i am now back at my house with my kids

Well, bad news from the doctor. She wont do it any earlier than next wednesday. I'm super bummed out!!! I was really hoping for this weekend so I could have a total of 10 days of recovery instead of 7. I don't know if I'm going to be able to get out of bed my self by that time! I hope so! I had a horrible long recovery with Haley. I don't know what I'm going to do!? So, we still have 6 days left before Madalynn gets here!! She said again this will be a big baby!! I told her that my last was 9lbs 8oz. I thought she said that this one would be bigger than that!! Holy crap!! I hope not!!! I have soooo many cute 0-3 months clothes that I want her to wear!! I don't want her being so big that she goes straight to 3-6mts.

I had a dr. appt yesterday. She said, "It looks like you have a big baby!" She guessed it already being 8lbs!!!! So she'll probably around 9lbs when she's born!! I am still scheduled for June 11th. I tried talking her into earlier and she said she would think about it. My next and last appointment is June 5th, so I'll find out for sure then if she'll take her out earlier!! I hope so!! I dread going to bed at night, knowing I'll have to get up to go to the bathroom. Because the pelvic pain is sooo.... much worse than its been!! As of now I have 12 days left, maybe less!!!!

Nope, still scheduled for June 11th. 13 days!!! My pelvic pain is even worse now!!! I can hardly stand it!!! I guess I would rather put up with this rather than c-section recovery. Your doc still hasn't scheduled a c-section for you? Alivia's last day of school is tomarrow! Yeah!! She can start helping me get the house together!! I need help cleaning my house!! So, are you all ready? Do you have everything you need? I just got a video baby monitor. I still need to buy an outfit for hospital pictures!

Hello, it's been a while since i checked in on you. So how are things going with you so far? I went for my dr. appointment monday and the dr. told me i need to slow down on gaining weight i gained 5 1/2 pounds in 2 weeks but i think a lot of that is the baby because as of the 28th of April when i had my U/S he was weighing in at 3 pounds 9 ounces and that was almost 3 weeks ago and i've put on about 8 pounds since then..... Anyway how big is your baby. I may need a c-section as well if he gets too big and the doctor told me monday it felt like he was breech so we'll see i guess. Well I just wanted to check in on you and your baby. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and I hope to hear from you soon!!!!

When do you think he'll go ahead and schedule a c-section? Will he schedule it a week early? I don't think I can wait till June 11th!!! I know time is going to fly by though!! Was your two girls big when they were born? I think the baby should be around 5.5lbs right now. Are you guys doing anything for memorial weekend? We are going to lost valley lake resort. It should be fun, we have a couple friends coming with us. We usually go to the lake of the ozarks, but thought it may be too close to my due date. I think we'll have just as much fun! Have you ever been to lost valley?

How are you doing? I've noticed you havent been online for awhile! Are you doing ok?? We just got Madalynn's name on her wall. Her room is officially done!! I can't help but to just go in there throughout the day just to look at it!! It is sooo.... cute and turned out soooo.... good!!!! As soon as we can another digital camera, I'll post pictures! How was your mothers day?? I had a wonderful day!! What a blessing it is to be a mother!
