I am so ready for this baby to be born!!! A few more weeks only. She will be here no later than Oct. 17th (scheduled c-section due to SUA, Complete Breech Position and Large Size).

At first I was totally freaked out about a section, to the point that the word "c-section" brought me to tears. I didnt want to see it as an option earlier on. Now it is a very real thing for me. I am pretty much guaranteed to be having one whether it is on the scheduled date or I go into labour on my own.

At 36 weeks she was already measuring about 7.5lbs and although I dont know what week her head was measuring at, when I saw the OB/GYN about a possible c-section she said her head is very large which is why she has gone breech again, and it is highly unlikely she will turn, because her head will not fit comfortably where it is supposed to fit. If she turns on her own I will be able to attempt a natural birth but even that may not work as they are unsure if she will even fit through my pelvis. Now THAT IS A BIG HEAD LOL. I have accepted the fact that it may be a section, and just want her to get here healthy.

Nothing in my life has ever been easy, so I dont expect this to be any different! LOL. I am doing this alone, well not really alone but the father and I are not together and actually not even speaking. Don't feel bad for me, its better this way! I have a ton of loving and supportive family and friends, and dont know what I would have done without them thus far.

My daughters name is going to be Journey. I am already so in love with this little girl. I have SUA, which is single umbillical artery, the umbillical cord is missing an entire piece. It is rare but everything looks great with her and she is healthy, big and right on track.

Good luck to everyone whether you are just starting out or at the end of your pregnancy; here is to the next stage of life!

OMG 7.5 lbs, what big girl! That's what I figured that she will be too crammed in there...she is also in the breeched position & I just read your profile about her having a large head & she is more comfortable in that positon & it scares me b/c I joke my boyfriend about having a big head & I always joke around sayin she's gonna have this HUGE noggin... I'm probaley gonna eat my words now! Thanks for the comment & good luck, your in the home stretch!

LOL I wish the same thing. I feel the baby stretching real hard and hope that if he just pushes himself off my ribs one good hard time then it will pop. LOL

Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Good luck on your c-section, my bubba is already measuring 4lb 7oz and we've got just over 7 weeks left. Kinda scared as to what his final weight will be. Hope all goes well, look forward to your birth story. xx

Just got over being sick myself - I drank Emergen-C every 4 hours along with lots of fluids, you can also take Tylenol for your sore throat, and Benedryl as a decongestant if you need it... Mostly I stuck with the Emergen-C since it's vitamin-c and won't have an effect on the baby... I only took the other two if I was feeling REALLY lousy. Hope you feel better

Since the dad isnt in the picture are your family and friends helping you?

stefani007 - Tuesday, 30 September
Yeah I totally agree. haha I keep dreaming that i'm having a boy,I get a little paranoid about that. One of my co-workers thought she was having a girl and bam she had a boy sooo ya never know. hahaha

stefani007 - Tuesday, 30 September
haha I know how you feel,I found out I was pregnant at 8 weeks,it's been dragging a bit. I'm having a girl, which i'm so glad about. I mean either way I would have been happy but i'm way excited to be having a girl.

stefani007 - Tuesday, 30 September
hahah oh wow that would be terrible. Atleast you know your baby is a healthy size :)

stefani007 - Tuesday, 30 September
Maybe i'm crazy here but I think your lucky i'd love to have a c-section. I'm terrified of pushing a baby out. No c-section for me though, when I went to the doctor yesterday he said she was resting low and is already head down and in birthing position so it looks like a c-section won't happen for me. lol

stefani007 - Tuesday, 30 September
Well atleast everything is going good. Are you getting a c-section? My pregnancy is going pretty good besides the sleepless nights I feel pretty good and I haven't gotten too big. I'm so over being pregnant though. haha

stefani007 - Tuesday, 30 September
Well thank you. Wow were so close to having to our due date,i'm sooo scared. How is your pregnancy going?
