Hey everyone! I just wanted to do a quick update! I can't believe I'm already 24 weeks! 6 months gone! Baby boy is kicking like crazy! I love it! I have the gd test on the 22nd. Kinda nervous because everytime i eat a decent amount of sugar like ice cream etc i am completely drained and out of it. I hope I do not have gd. That would be horrible. We finally went and registered. That was long because my bf and i didn't know anything about it. It was chaotic. We finished planning my baby shower. My best friend is throwing it for me since I did hers last year. She's amazing! Other than that, everything is fantastic. No names picked out yet but hopefully soon. I hate only being able to work 3 days a week. I go crazy sitting at home. Hopefully the doctor will let me work more now that my back hasnt been hurting so much but i doubt it. Well, thats about it. I hope you are all fantastic! Baby kisses to all!

May 27th

So we had an ultrasound today and the lady said the fluid was low. it was at a 7 and its supposed to be above 10. so they put me on bedrest and said to come back ina week. work was not happy bc i had 4 shifts this week and we are already shorthanded! grr! oh well.. see what happens next week.

June 3rd

YAY!! my fluid went up! its at a 14! so im allowed to work but only 2 days a week. it's so hard to believe i'm already 32 weeks! People are starting to rsvp to the shower which is the 21st. So weird its like reality setting in that its coming and its all coming fast. the bf and I signed up for the classes this week. we are taking the basic newborn care bc neither one of us have been around a newborn in well, never. lol. then the childbirth prep class is 8 hours long!!! i'm debating on whether or not to take the breastfeeding class. I would like to try to breastfeed but i want to bottlefeed as well. i dont know.. grrr. been having braxton hicks like crazy! and it really feels like he is trying to come out. theres so much pressure down there and sharp pains that hurt so bad i have to just stop and curl over. oh man i just wish i knew what it was!!! other than that everything is pretty good. we are trying to find insurance bc neither one of our jobs offer it and we make to much for medicaid. i dont know how that works but whatever. yepp.. so we tried to d the 3d ultrasound but both times we went the baby was so low they couldnt get a good picture of his face. so we are going to try one more time and if it doesnt work then oh well. well, thats it for this blog! i will update u next week! bye bye!!!

June 29th

Wow.. I can't believe its only one month till my due date!!! we had the baby shower and we got almost everyting we needed! we still want a playyard and monitor so i think my moms going to buy it for us. we are moving into a house in the next couple weeks.. kinda nervous but excited. We went to the doctor last week and had to see the fill in doc bc mine was out of town. I couldnt even ask her questions, she clearly didnt care. she was inte room maybe 10 minutes. didn't give us the time of day. it made me so mad!!! we dont go back till the 8th but according to the doc previousy. they wont let me go to my due date. sooo my guess is around the 14th. but we will see. yeah thats about it for now! bye bye!!!

LADIES!! I have to tell ya my story! Last night I went with my family to play put-put golf. and towards the end my lower back on the right side started hurting. Didnt think anything of it but then it got really bad. My mom and I thought it was a kidney infection or a uti or something. So after about 45 minutes i called the on call doc to see if i should go to the er or l&d. she said wait another hour and then go to l&d. so we waited and it got way worse. so we went in and the lady hooked me up to the monitor, and it turned out to be contractions!!! 4 minutes apart and they were at the top of the chart lasting a lil over a minute long!!! I couldnt believe it!!! so they called my doc and said they were going to give me the shot to stop them bc they wanted to wait bc im still only 2 cm dilated. and let me tell ya, that shot was worse then the contractions bc i felt like i couldnt breath! i hated it. but after 6 hours they were stopped enough so they sent me home. I'm still having them but not as bad. The only other thing is im having the horrible sharp stabbing pains in my "down there" area. grrr. i go to the doc on tuesday. It just really put everything in perspective bc i have NOTHING ready! no bags packed, no nursery, still havent moved into our house yet, nothing lol. oh jeez.. it was crazy. I think i need to get my butt in gear and get ready for this kid, but watch nwo he wont come till like week 42. that would be my luck! haha well I will let ya know what happens on tuesday!thanks for listening!!! :)
