hey, I read your question about stretch marks...here are some tips: stay really hydrated, drinking a lot of water. ALSO, try the product called Mama Bee, made by Burts Bee's. It's specifically for stretch marks. I use vitamin E oil and this coco butter oil made by Vaseline. It's all been working so far, and Palmers of course, I got it all!! Good luck!! we are due almost the same time, Congrats!!

hi, i read ur comment on stretch marks, unfortunately they are genetics. even i dont understand that cuz my mom barely got them at all, but she got very few. i had them covering my belly. i asked my dermatologist how i could get rid of them and he explained to me that stretch marks is little rips in the skin and there is no way to make them go away otehr than a tummy tuck... :(, mine faded not long after giving birth and the more weight i lost the less i could see them. they will fade at leasst. dont worry. its all in the beauty of child bearing hehe.

I would def switch to the better hospital/doctor if ur insurance will cover it. You want to feel totally comfortable and content during such a special moment in ur life.

All the ones that I have been to besides the naval hospital were pretty small rooms but maybe it will be worth it if the staff is good. That would be the main thing. I am sure everyone won't mind crowding around to see the new lil baby. Good luck.

Hey I just read your small room dilemma. Is there any other hospitals near by you can go to? Is it a naval hospital? They don't buddy you up with someone else do they?

I love the chocolates and pinks, I bought all the fabric to make some of it myself, then lost the motovation. I thought about using it when she gets moved into her own room in summer though. Thanks for the advice:)

Hahah iknow what you mean about being stuck in the house! I'm in your boat, I have nothing to do, and even if i wanted to watch tv, the satellite keeps going out here. And evrything is clean.

its big, but what i did was i got a big ole purse, like a huge one, or a big diaper bag and stuck it in there. i used it for a month because my baby was early, and i just switched over to the medela in style pump, and id give up the ease of this pump for the hospital grade pump anyday. it just worked amazingly. but no im not on medicade. since im still in cosmetology school i still get my dads insurance and she is on my boyfriends insurance. but i hope everything is going well with your pregnancy! i used to get UTIs CONSTANTLY when i was pregnant and even before, so i really hope you are feeling better!

actually i'm not sure how that works..i was kind of wondering that too because my babys father is in the AirForce and he has pretty good insurance but i think i'm just going to keep him on the medicaid because then i know for a fact that he'll be taken care of..you might have to ask your case worker about it

My nurse said that they can cause premature labor and I guess if its gets really bad you can bleed...they are bad news.

Hi, I was reading your questions about UTI, Yesterday I was having painful cramps and TMI discharge, So I called my midwife and went in to be looked at. Everything turned out to be fine but I do have a UTI and was dehydrated. I am not really sure about your questions but I would have to say no. Sure felt like I was yesterday. The Thought never even crossed my mind since I am so prone to them but it felt different then when you have one and you aren't pregnant.

That must have been a really hard 15 months for you. That is exactly how I was when it was my end of active duty I was like woohoo the day has finally come! Now look at me I want back in but I think I better think hard b4 I sign my life away again. lol Its def hard especially with a family but the money is secure. If yall have any questions about separating let me know because that was my specialty. lol

Its nice to meet ppl who actually know how it is. Are you also in the guard? Is your hubby still deployed? I got out of the Marine Corps about 2 years ago. It was to hard with my kids but I am dying to reenlist but my hubby keeps saying no. ugh!
