well Dylan is here!!! I woke up at 1am on the 15th having minor contractions about an hour apart...at 6:30am i finally woke up my husband because the contraction were about 5 min apart...we got to the hospital at 7:30 am and by then my contractions were 2.5 min apart. They checked me between 8 and 830 and i was 5cm 100% efaced. At about 9am they checked me again and i was 7-8cm. They broke my water at 9:40, and by 10:00am i was 10cm. i started pushing at 10:14am and Dylan was born at 10:20am...i litterally pushed 3 times and he was out. He weighed 8lbs 10.2oz, and was 21.5in long. labor was fast but very painful due to the fact that i didnt have an epidural or any pain meds for that matter...but thats ok it just gives me something to brag about my husband says..lol..my family took tons of pics and soon as i get them ill post them(within a couple days)...Hope your doing good. talk to you soon

I know so many women who don't feel anything and all the sudden they're in labor and they go earlier and faster than I ever do. My body teases me for days and weeks. Hang in there-it will happen. Try to cherish the time doing things you enjoy and keeping your mind busy. God is putting finishing touches on her. (like maybe longer eyelashes)

Good to hear everything is good with you. I have pain here and there nothing to serious that i cant deal with...although my hands and feet are starting to swell these days...oh the joys. lol. Im trying to get the babys room done but theres still so much to do and buy, and it seems like i dont have enough time. oh well ill make hubby get his butt in gear..hahaha.

giving birth hummm. it was an amzing expericence. not something i ready to do agian anytime soon. the contractions was the worst part when they started to get really close together. the pushing wasnt so bad after i calmed down. but those shoulders hurted like hell...lol! but once those was out i didnt even feel anything else. now whats killing me is the recovey. all the blood u loose is disgusting and scary....i hated being in the hospital but it is nice to send the baby to the nursery and rest. cause your body will be sore and tired! the first week is hard because in the whohoo area ure gonna be really sore. but the second week is so much better. especially if u drink lots of water. and ure still gonna be sore but not so bad

Actually, I lost alot of blood after I delivered her due to the fact that everything went so fast and my uterus couldn't keep up. They were going to give me a blood transfusion but things stabilized and now I'm on mega doses of Iron and stool softeners Lol!

Thank you! No, I didn't have any complications other than the fact that I wanted it to be over, and I wanted medication :). Everything went really smooth! Just painful! Good luck to you!
