We decided to start TTC again in January 2008. Thinking it would take us a few months to succeed since with our first it took us over a year and a half with 2 miscarriages. I am guessing I know my body real well because without BBT Charting I was able to tell DH when I was ovulating and ever since then I KNEW I was pregnant. It didnt take long for my symptoms to appear and I constantly took tests till the day I finally got a BFP!! I conldnt beleive how fast it was to get pregnant this time, it only took one cycle! The day I got my first BFP it was just Lucas (DS) and I. Robert (DH) was at work and I thought that I should take a test. I took the test looked at it, thought nothing of the 2 lines and i threw it out. 5 minutes later I was like, WAIT A MINUTE, looked at it again and started tearing up telling Lucas he was going to be a big brother. DH didnt call me from work till late so I was already over the emotions and told him seriously, "I got a faint positive but I think its a definate" The next day after work he came home and bought a digital HPT test so he would know for sure. Sure enough, they both said I was pregnant! So here we are, Im due October 13th and couldnt be happier!

Well I guess this is where I tell you a bit about myself. My name is Danielle, people actually call me Dani. I am 22 years old and I am of course about to have my 2nd child. DH and I got married September 23rd 2006 where I was 4 month pregnant with DS. We were TTC for over a year and a half and after 2 losses we finaly have a child we call our own. Lucas Alexander was born March 15th 2007 by c-section due to a complicated labour which sent Lucas' heart rate to 69 and my b/p HIGH! I am currently a SAHM who is just starting school once again. I am doing it at home so I have time to spend with my son before our little one arrives.

.We had our "gender determanation" on May 21st 2008. We couldnt be happier in what we are having, DS is going to be such a good big brother to his little sister! Lets just hope she stays being a girl and doesnt grow a hot dog. Either way I would be happy, just we determined its a girl so I have many things in PINK now hehe. It's a GIRL

That is so funny! I kinda miss being that passionate, now I am just married with kids :) It reminded me of one time I threw a beer at his head and he moved and it left a beer mark on the wall that you could only see in certain lighting but every once in a while I would see and think it was kinda funny. Kids just really put a dent in the late night fighting...not to mention the going out AT ALL. I barely got to go out with two kids I can pretty much assume it's over with three!

That story makes me laugh so hard! I could totally see myself doing something like that at some point. My husband and I laugh sometimes about the really good fights we used to get into. They mostly came after we got home from a night of drinking. I would want to talk about something and he would usually be ready to go to bed. One time he fell asleep on my while I was still talking so I poured a bucket of water all over him IN OUR BED!!! You should have seen his face!!! Another time he cooked me something to eat late night and I didn�t like what he was saying so I threw the whole dish at his head! Thank goodness he ducked in time and all my noodles ended up smashed all over the wall with a broken glass bowl shattered on the ground. Now that we are older we don�t really get in fights as good as those anymore�I guess we�re kinda settled, but every once in awhile they were kinda funny.

I told my husband about the boy and testosterone theory. He said, �now you know how hard it is sometimes for us to keep our cool.� Today hasn�t been that bad, I just decided I need to make sure I still get more sleep than usual and I should be ok.

Thanks, I was wondering about whether it mattered if it was a boy or girl. I have two girls and I NEVER got this testy with either one. This time I have a boy and I can't believe how quick my trigger is. It scares me a little bit. Yesterday I was giving my littlest one a bath and she rolled over in the water when I was trying to rinse her hair so she coughed and got a little scared. I thought she wouldn't do it again so I tried to rinse the rest of her hair and she did it again, got scared and started to scream. I got so angry (not with her just at the situation) that I screamed, "god damn it!" I felt like such a jerk because she was already scared and then I screamed and scared her even worse. It really bugged me for the rest of the night. Even today I can't seem to get over it, yet some guy cut me off on the road and I screamed in my car again. Ugh!

I can't eat very much meat now either. When I was pregnant with my boy that's all I wanted. Every gender predictor quiz I took with him said boy and now it's saying girl. If I had felt this way with my first pregnancy I wouldn't have anymore. I have so many boy clothes left too so if it's a boy, we'll be just as happy. It will be our last though! It's kind of funny last night I was reading your past blogs and its amazing how much our pregnancies are the same this time! I hope you get your girl! :)

I've taken so many gender quizzes and each one points to a girl according to Old Wives Tales. I know they say each pregnancy is different but I really do feel like this is a girl. My husband is convinced it's a girl since I was the sweetest when I was pregnant with my boy. I'm not so pleasant this time! What about you?

I have just joined this site and it is so nice to see someone who is about the same size belly-wise as me! The only refrence I have is my husband's super slender cousin who is barely showing but 3 weeks farther along than me which is not very comforting. Since I have a slightly different body type, I don't quite mirror her :O) This is my first one so I'm learning as I go. And FYI, your due date is my 1st wedding anniversary (I've been a busy girl ;O)
