Hey all mommies to be! My name `s Angela I `m 25 years old, from Boston Ma. and this is my first pregnancy. I had my first u/s at 18 weeks and found out I `m having a little girl! Yay! My bf wanted a boy and was a little disappointed at first but he `s over it and is just as excited as I am! We `ve already picked a name for her, Danica Simone. Her dads name is Daniel so I went with something that sounded like his name. I can nickname her Danni, which is what everyone calls him so I think it `s adorable! This is his second daughter but his first is 10 so it `s still an exciting experience for him. It `s been a while since he `s been around a baby. I `ve been feeling her move since 14 weeks, it surprises my midwife because this is my first and they didn `t expect me to feel her so early. Lil fiesty! Now at 19 weeks she `s kicking up a storm! Lol. I can feel her as I `m typing this, I love it! I couldn `t wait for it and it `s finally here! She looks absolutely adorable in her u/s photo! And she was soooo cute while we were having it done! When they took a picture of her little face she put her hand up and started covering her eyes and nose, trying to be shy! It was too cute! I love her soooo much already and can `t wait to meet her! Grandma `s already buying her all kinds of blankets and bibs and hats and pacifiers so I guess I `m not the only one that can `t wait for her to get here! Lol. Well that `s my story ladies! Hey mommies! Is it just me, or does your baby already own more clothes than you? This is getting crazy! I `m already running out of room and I haven `t even had my baby shower yet! Grandma is just shoppin ` and shoppin ` non stoppin `! Lol. I `ve been contributing to it too but still not as much as my mom. I found her some onesies today, they `re so cute! I finally found one that makes reference to Daddy. Why is it so hard to find baby clothes with slogans about their dads on it!? I finally found one that says `my finger my be little but I can still wrap Daddy around it ` lol. He loved it! And I just took up knitting so God only knows what will come out of that! Especially since I `m really enjoying it. It `s addictive! I `ve got little swatches of knitted material all over the place now. My boyfriend can `t stop laughing at me because I `ve always got those needles in my hands now! I got 2 books and I `ve been learning from those, knitting for dummies (lol) and easy baby knits. Now that book is some serious motivation to learn! They have some of the cutest dresses, sweaters, blankets, hats even baby toys I `ve ever seen. I can `t wait to be able to make Danica this adorable pink and purple dress that `s in there. I `m in love! I even want one for me! Lmao. Other than the obsession, I `m doing pretty good. I `m feeling her move more and more everyday and now it `s turning into serious kicks instead of small popping sensations. Other than some sciatic pain and her kicking like a tyrant, I wouldn `t even know I was pregnant. Oh and the breast pain! Yeesh! Sometimes it seriously starts to burn! That drives me crazy! But other than that, I `m doing alright. Just getting more and more anxious to meet this little girl! Only 20 more weeks to go! Yay!
