don't think i'm going to have any will power when my times comes to find out my baby sex at 18 weeks. I am so anxious now and my friend who is 6 months preggo did this trick on me to see whether I am having a boy or girl. It was this trick with a chain and if it rocks up and down its a boy and if it turns in a circle you are having a girl. It was really silly but it made me even more anxious. And I got a girl when she did the trick so I am so anxious because that is what I have been dreaming that i am having and we have already picked a name.....Aubria Ja'Nae Prophet. I have like 5 weeks to go

(Feb 26, 2007) i woke up to not only feeling so confident about this pregnancy but with mii face in the toilet this morning. i haven't felt this good in a long time....mii doctors ppt. is tomorrow and though i am abit nervous, im going to walk in there with mii head held high. maybe i have that boost of energy that everyone has been talking about......if that si teh case then i am loving it. mii breast is still a bit sensitive but i can handle that. i still can't believe sometiems that this pregnancy is real.......i'm loving it

(Feb 27, 2007) i don't ahve much of a update but mii appt was today and i was able to hear the heartbeat which was 160 bpm @ 11 weeks, 4 days and 134 bpm @ 6 weeks, 4 days. i am sooo happii right now. i'm actually really happii about mii next appt. because that is when i will be getting mii u/s to find out the sex of mii babii. mii babii father came 2 mii appt 2day and it made me smile 2 know that he happii :) now i'm about 2 look and see is a 160 bpm closer 2 a boy or a girl?

everything is going well for me. i haven't been doing much but obsessing with mii doppler other than that i have just been resting and staying hydrated. as you may have known i had a really big issue with drinking water but i found some alternatives and everything is alright. i've been drinking powerade and loving it. no sodas/juice or kool-aid in the last week. i am in love with grape soda so it has been extremely hard for me but i am doing fine. on the flip side i had to change mii ob-gyn which i am really excited about because i am going to a ob who is located in the hospital and also delivers out of the hospital i plan on having mii babii at. he has delievered a few of mii cousins children and i have got nothing but good remarks from them regarding him.

i am sooo excited to have hit this 12 week mark........2 weeks i will be in the 2nd trimester. i have never felt so good in mii life to be carrying such a wonderful babii. mii next appt. should tell me what the gender is and i am sooo excited. i can't wait to see mii boyfriends face when he finds out its a girl lol well atleast that waht i believe mii babii is. we shall see.........well this is mii update..........

15 Weekz 2dayyyyyyyyy

i had a good appt. I got to hear the heartbeat and that was great. i had a quick u/s in which ofcourse i didn't get to find out the gender. But i did get to see the babii and he/she was beautiful. the head was soo big lol and seen the little arm moving. mii little alien babii was just moving around but not enough to see it's body parts. i have another appt. scheduled for the 16 and i will find out what the gender is then. i can't wait but i am happii that everything is well. oh yea i do have a bladder infection but i have some medicine and hopefully that will clear up in the seven days. and then i got a new prescription for some chewable vitamins. other than that all is well..........yayyyyyyyyyyyyy

I was sooo excited to find out 2day at mii doctorz appt...but he just scheduled me for a u/s on friday @ 11:30. i did get to hear mii babii moving around and hear the hb once more. the babii was moving so much that we kept having to move the doppler as the babii moved....it was very cute. i am just so anxious. the babii has been kicking me alot lately.....especially in the middle of the night. i think this is going to be his/her routine. the kicks are getting stronger as we speak. well i did find out that i gained 4 lbs in 4 weeks.....

hey ladiez.....

well i found out last friday that i am having a beautiful little girl....aww a mini me! i got to see mii little girl waving a nd boucing all around. i am starting to feel mii babii kicks more frequently now so that is a good reasurance. i haven't used mii doppler in about a week and i am thinking about sending it back. i think i may let it stick around for a little while longer. mii cousins grandmother gave me all of these babii clothes that mii little cousin can't fit or never could. she is only 3 months but the 0-3 months that alot of people bought her just didn't fit here because she is a little cute chunky babii. me and mii babii father sat up going through all the clothes and saying "aww this is so cute" lol. other than that it is HOT outside here, 85 degrees and it feels like its pushing 100 degrees for a pregnant woman. i don't know what i am going to do when the summer months start to really hit. for all you late august, sept delieveries....we are in for something this summer.

hint: tell everyone to only buy 3-6 months because the clothing last much longer and your babii will get more wear out of them.

hey ladiez....i'm back

well mii update is quite surprising and exciting all at the same time. mii doctor sprung some good newz on me after revewing the u/s and changed mii due date from september 15 to august 31 the sooner i get to meet mii little diva, the better. all mii test came back good or as mii doctor stated "spectacular" lol i was really worried about the down syndrome and it kind of scared me but all is well and i am at low low risk for that. that goes for a double mii babii shower was suppose to be on august 11 but i think we are going to chnage that until closer to the beginning of august. i am just so excited and mii doctor didn't give me the exact measurements but he said all is measuring well and fluid level is good. being that i had that dream that iw as having a 10 pound babii, i think that is almost becoming a reality lol and also i was a bit nervous after mii mother day 2 be get together with mii family because i didn't feel mii babii girl kick very often so i justw hen iw as about to address it to mii doctor, he put the doppler on mii stomach and she started kicking liek crazy. he said that the babii sleeps about thrid of the day so they really don't do much but stretch and then go back to sleep. i just forgot she is a bit of a night hawk. well that is mii update......109 dayz left

third trimester (27 weeks) i am just soooo freakin' happii right now, i am officially a waddle women and believe me when i say i fit in perfectly. i can't believe i made it this farrrrrr

Labor & Delivery

oh mii goodness.....mii first visit to labor and delivery was not a good one. i spent the whole day with iv in mii arm and drinking fluids and cranberry juice. mii doctor prescribed a medication to me that had sulfa drug in it, in which i am highly allergic to. mii temperture went to 103 and i was throwing up. it took literally from 9 am - 5pm for mii headache to ease up and for mii temperture to go down. i was so miserable. mii eyes was hurting aNd i could barely walk. i took two of the sulfa pills he prescribed me for mii bladder infection and it messed me up so bad. i thought mii first visit would be good but no it wasn't. he gave me two benedryls(sp) and two tylenol and another prescription for the bladder infection in which i have to take 4 pills a day for 7 days. good news is that i had a emergency u/s and the babii was bousing all around and it is guessed that mii babii girl weighs 3 lbs 11 ounces.. other than that...i am feeling a little faint but im going to go back and rest now. mii doctor wants me to stay off mii feet and just lay down so I'M GONE:-)

have a doctorz appt. in about 20 minutes so i don't have an update as of yet. then following the appt., i have a u/s that i am just sooo excited about because i get to see how much dis lil diva has grown. i am getting so unconfortable lately with bending over, that i have to do tricks with mii legs to even pick something off the floor.a nd putting mii shoes on. i have to lay the shoe on the floor and just hopes mii feet finds the opening lately i just been wearing the nurse shoes because they are confortable. and easii to slide mii big pig feet into. i had mii glucose test on saturdaya nd i am just dying to hear thsoe results. that nasty juice just tasted liek a flat orange soda with more sugar than fizz. i was hungry and thirsty so it took me less than 5 minutes to gulp it down lol and a little TMI ladies.....have anyone started to get this milky type discharge, itz not clear liek amniotic fluid but it looks liek regular discharge and is a little thin. i will ask mii doctor about it. secondly does anyone feel liek they will have their babii before 40 weekz? i feel liek in the next two weekz mii babii will be here. she just feels so heavy like she has already begin to drop. but i willl update u after mii appt. is done......

well i passed the glucose test(yayyyyyyy), i just knew i wuz headed for the 2 hour test.

mii babii is measuring good, well actually lil mama is measuring big :eek: her questimated weight is already 6.5 pounds and i still have a little less than 6 weekz left. so i am definitely looking at a 8 pound or up babii girl. her heart rate wuz 140 bpm so that wuz good. she wuz kicking me like crazy during mii last u/s. i wuz happii to know that she is head down but lil missie hasn't even begin to drop yet.

i thought i wuz headed for the delivery room earlii but i itz may be looking like aug 31st is the definite.

don't tell anyone but i am getting really nervous about having mii babii girl lol

Babii shower was absolutely wonderful. we got go so many thingz for aubria. look at mii picz.....

i had mii babii on aug 26 at 10 pm....i got induced on aug 25 @ 10pm and by they actually broke mii water and everythinga nd teh babii started to come own. mii babii girl head would not come through the birth canal. so ofcourse i had to have a c-sectiona nd yes she was 8 pounds 9.3 ounces.....such a fatty babii but so dang cute. i just got out the hospital today. mii bp kept going up and down so they would not let me go. but we are home now....everything is going well and i couldn't be more happier

mii precious babii girl was delivered via c-section on aug 26 @ 10 p.m. she was 8 lbs, 9.3 inchez long....

so on saturday aug 25th i decided that i was going to go to the hospital to get checked because i was having dis achy pain in between mii legs. the pain started that friday and just had not eased up one bit. so i went in the hospital around 1 p.m. i told mii boyfriend to just drop me off because knew i was only 1cm dialate and that they would just check mii vitals and send me packing. so afte being there for a few hours and texting mii boyfriend...the doctor came in and kept checking mii bp that kept rising...the babii was in position and her movement had slowed down. i was extremely dehydrated so i had to get a few iv's and some oxygen for mii breathing. so the doc come in and says well we are going to call ur doctor and tell them we are going to release you. i was in the midst of calling mii boyfriend when all of a sudden the damn contraction hit. they started out being five minutes apart and being that i am not use to thsi pain i was strectched out. the doc put me on the us machine and the babii heart rate was good but she wasn't moving but about two times every hour. so she called mii doctor back and said that she wanted to induce me. now let me tell you now. they switch me to the labor and delivery room and induced me about 10 p.m. and like 10:15 those contractions was dammit 3 minutes apart. but i was still only 2 cm dialated. i was tearing up and mii boyfreidn came and was trying to talk to me. i was in soo much pain that i got mii epidural right away and then i was in la la land. i must say that the epidural is teh best thing they ever created. so from that time until about 9 pm the next day i was sleeping and sucking on ice chips while mii sister, boyfriend and mom was in the room with me. that has to be the worst part...i hadn't ate for almost 12 hours and i was starving. so mii doc came off his vacation to deliver mii babii . once he got in there i started getting excited. the epidural was wearing off so and the pain was even worst. i started crying and shaking because it was so intense. but then i got a quick dose of some more and i was in la la land again. mii doc came in and checked me and said the babii was right there but she was not coming down the birth canal. he said her head wasstuck and starting to get the cone shape. i started crying again because i already knew what that meant. mii mom and boyfriend was trying to talk to me but i too upset. but as mii doctor said we both had discussed the possibilty of c-section and being that she was measuring big that it was the ending result. well they started to prep the room, got mii bf dressed because he was the only one who could come in. once i got in there everythingw as a blur. i was soo drugged up , i kept falling in and out of sleep. when the y pulled teh babii out she wasn't crying, just very wide eyed. they brought her over to me and let me hold her hand and i was just in a daze. all i kep hearing is look at those cheeks, aww she is a such a fatty. mii boyfriend kept telling me how beautiful she was. after that i went straight to sleep. the only thing i can remember is mii boyfriend giving me a kiss. i was soo happii he was there with me...

i woke up around 1am in the worst pain ever...i mean DAMN!!! mii stomach felt like it was falling out. the nurse came in and i immediately ask her for the pain meds. i called mii bf on the phone and he said he would be back first thing in the morning. they transferred me in the post pardom section and they brought her in the room and she has been with me ever since. she is sooo precious and i just love her 2 death....me and mii boyfriend just can't get enough of her. so now that we are home the first night was good...she is not a big crier unless she is hungry or need her diaper changed....so this is mii amazing birth story
