I'm a mother of one amazing little boy, Deegan who was born May 26, 2006. I'm married to my bestfriend since November 14, 2006! I'm a stay at home Mama and wouldn't have it any other way!!!! I love my life and couldn't be happier to share all these moments with the ones I love. We're having a little *GIRL* due November 4, 2008 and we're naming her Laken McKay Carr. We're so excited to add another little runt to the family!!

yes i have the pain under my breast. Very painful causes lack of sleep, i also have extremely sore hips, one of my hips is out of place entirely and it causes my toe to slip off my sandle, the only shoes i can wear. I hear ya, the pain is sometimes unbearable.Tylenol tends to help sometimes, it was recommended for me from my doctor.

i was induced with my 2nd so my hubby could be there with me. he's in the navy and he had to report to his next duty station just 3 weeks before i was induced. i was lucky and had a awesome doctor!! i'd hope your OB would do the same for you if you explained your situation. good luck!

HI! I just wanted to say that I have been feeling nauseated too. It just came on all of a sudden this week. I also am dealing with a little bit of acid reflux and heartburn. I am sure that it is all do to pregnancy...joy, joy P.S ;) You have an adorable little boy!

I'm with you on the heartburn,,my midwife prescribed ranitidine because I got heartburn from WATER!!!! Hang in there not too long to go! Congrats!

I was a wek ahead since the ultrasound at 18 weeks, And just at my last visit, I was 2 weeks bigger, so my doc put me at Nov 2 instead of Nov 9. But who knows if that means anything. I am positive on the conception day. I still feel he will come before the end of October. My oldest's born the 23 of OCt, and I really hope he doesn't come on Halloween!! Take care...

We put the crib, dresser, and changing table together over this past week. We've also organized our little bean's closet, so we're doing okay, I think. My sis just had her first, so we're getting a lot from her (he'll be about 7 months older than our little bean) that he's already grown out of. It just goes SOOO fast, doesn't it?!?!

I see it the same way! I just felt as though I would be WAY too stressed out if I waited until after all the showers were done to see what we'd get, then had to go buy all that was missing! I guess I'm just a huge worrier

I went to Babies 'R Us to pick out our furniture, and I put it on our registry. When it started to look like we weren't going to get it off the registry, we decided to buy it ourselves. We bought a crib, dresser, and changing table. We thought to call before going to the store to pick it up, and we were so glad we did because it took 10-14 days for it to be ready for pick-up. The furniture at Babies 'R Us, even when in stock, has to be ordered from the warehouse to the store. We pretty much could have done it by phone and not even bothered going to the store!

Thanks for the encouragement! I really do not know what I would do without this site, it's nice to know you aren't the only one feeling certain ways. I was a bit worried about it being listeria because last week when my hubby made dinner for the first time in awhile he put the cooked meat on the same plate that held it when it was raw, without washing it! But I will definitely bring my concerns up tomorrow. Best of luck with all your gross feelings, hope you feel great... and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the song on your page!!

We went and got something to eat and he came home and turned on xbox so I just went and crawled in our bed and watched tv and cried. About a half hour later he came in and checked on me and I think he felt bad because he gave me a big hug and put in a movie for us to both watch. He kissed my stomach too which he NEVER does so I think he sensed something was wrong because I was not even going to begin to explain it to him. I just wish guys acted the way they do in the movies. I have a feeling pregnant women wouldn't be labled as emotional if they were!

I totally understand how you feel. Luckily my guy goes to the gym before work but I'm starting to resent him. I feel like he is not excited over the baby and doesn't even bring it up unless I do first. I've seen him be more excited over a damn baseball/basketball game. I love him to death but for some reason today I'm just really pissy at him.

are you going to have them deliver the furniture? Shipping is pretty expensive on some of the stuff--so it would depend on how much that is vs. the gas prices. We purchased our crib/changer combo from there about 3 weeks ago. We went into the store and bought it, but we had to go back about a week later to pick it up b/c they really don't keep any of it in stock. It all comes from their warehouse. If you know what you want, it would probaby be okay to call them up and order on the phone and then go pick it up.
