-March 15, 2008- (6w 1d)

Blaaaaaaaah. Nausea, nausea, nausea!!!! I can't keep anything down. At least I know that I'm pregnant!

Went in for my first appointment on Thursday to basically just meet my new doctor. She's very nice. I have to schedule an u/s sometime within the next few weeks. I'm SO overly anxious to see that everything is okay...was really thinking that I was gonna get the u/s this visit, but that turned out to not be the case. I go back to see the doctor for my full exam next month. :)

-March 18, 2008- (6w 5d)

I go in for my ultrasound in two days and I'm just kinda nervous.. I'm not sure why.. I am just really reallllllllly ready to see the baby and know that things are the way they should be. I think my husband is getting off of work and my mom is gonna come with me too. Wish it was today so that I wouldn't have to wait anymore!

ps) still nauseous quite often.

-March 21, 2008- (7w)

Sigh. So STILL no ultrasound. We tried a new doctor, but the u/s was a ridiculously expensive price, so we're just gonna go back to my old doc. I'm sure it will all work out the way it should, but my GOSH.. I'm getting annoyed!! I just want someone to tell me that it's okay!! Called the new doc to get urine sample results (bc someone can at least verify that I'm pregnant, right?? well NO, they are CLOSED today. go figure). Hopefully Monday I can get the appt made back with my old doc and I know she will do an u/s. :) She is about an hour away from our new house, but oh well.. I'll get over it.. I just wanna be seen. Plus, she did a great job with my first c-section. I know I will be in good hands.

-April 1st, 2008- (8w4d)

I'm going in for my first doc's appointment.. finally!!!!! I'm sure my doc will be surprised to see me again so soon. I'm looking forward to it. Gotta run!

-April 18, 2008- (11w) i took the home gender test and it says very clearly that i'm having a boy! hehe. it was fun and exciting to take that test. we'll see in about two months if it's accurate or not. it says it's 90% accurate and i've had two friends take it and it worked for them. lee is so happy to have a sidekick.. he said we need another boy in the family. ;) anyway, that was just kinda neat.. thought i'd share.

-June 29, 2008- (21w 2d) well i found out two weeks ago that the home gender test was right! we're having a boy! i'm super excited to have one of each and i'm having so much fun picking his nursery theme out and such. we've picked a nautical theme and it's really cute! it's all different shades of blue, which is so different for me since i've been buying pink stuff for almost a year now (maryemma is my girly girl). if i can remember, i'll have to post a picture of his room when we finish it. :) also, we've decided to name him andrew. we like it's simplicity and how it's classic. it's a strong name and manly.. just how we expect our boy to be. so anyway, besides that, nothing new has really happened in the pregnancy. i've been feeling pretty good so far, although i have been able to start feeling the presence of andrew. i can feel weight on my back a lot now and i feel him moving around a lot in the evenings. i had started to worry for a while there about not feeling him because this is my second pregnancy and i always heard that you feel the second one earlier. well it turns out that i have another anterior placenta, just like i did with maryemma, so it's that much more for him to have to kick through for me to feel it. i wasn't all too surprised to hear that though. i still feel him daily now. it just took a while before we was big enough to have enough umph to enable me to feel him. when i went last week for the anatomy u/s, he was almost a pound! i cannot BELIEVE how fast this pregnancy has gone by. we're so overly excited about him coming into our lives and for maryemma to have a baby brother. yay! 4 more months to go.

Deegans very independent as well. I just cant wait to have someone I can paint my toes with! My Husband is always doing boy stuff with our son and I'm just sittin here, so it should be fun! We're lucky gettin one of each!! I def think I'll have her in Oct too. I had my son 3 weeks and 5days early so I'm sure Miss Laken will be early too! I like the name Andrew by the way =)

omg! you have the cutiest page! i love it! I am currently in debate with my boyfriend about the name of our daughter and i'm sure it will be an ongoing battle until the end of october! :-)
but i like the name Myleigh (my middle name is leigh) and i think its cute to say she is MY-leigh...i dont know but i love it...
then i like the name celeste because my name is heaven and it just goes together, i think.

but Patrick wont budge on Mariah. he loves that name and I'm willing to compromise on Mariah Celeste but we havent made it final yet.

Thanks for your advice! I guess I'm just gonna have to shop around til I find something right! Not sure how many people are going but it's a church wedding, then reception and it's my cousin who's getting married, so all my family are going to be there and I don't see them that often and I guess they'll be suprised to a bump and be asking loads of questions, so I want to look really nice if I'm going to get talked about!! xx

I find out Friday. I've been keeping myself busy so Friday will come faster but I think I'm wearing myself out =(
I just planted 2 plants, mowed, and trimmed a tree and only an hour went by..ugh!! I'll def let you know as soon as I get home!
