I have not written anything in a long time.. I now am 30 weeks along. I have been diagnosed with Gestational Diabeties and they say that I will probably have diabeties after the pregnancy. I now have to inject my self with insulin 4 times a day. Its not that bad really. When I had my scan at 28 weeks I was told that the baby was measuring 32 weeks which would be because of the Gestational Diabeties.

To top it all I have a really bad head cold. :< Oh my god I have had enough of that today.. I feel so tired. I should not complain as really I have had a great pregnancy up until now.

Anyway I am not sure what is happening with the birth now I may end up having a c section. I am happy with that if that is what is best. I really should be thinking of names.. Nathan has already picked Alana for a girl and Kane for a boy. Not sold on Kane. But at least he has given it some thought.

I am 11 weeks pregnant. I have had 1 m/c in 2005. I have POCs and tried clomid to no success to get pregnant. I found out 2 weeks after I got engaged that I was pregnant.. did it without the drugs. Just kept in practice incase my ovaries desided to give me an egg. :} Oh well.. roll me down the isle.

Heart the heartbeat on Tuesday made my day. All day sickness gets me down sometimes.. seabands seem to help me... oh and eating.

11 April.

Heard the heartbeat on Tuesday at the specialist. Really happy. My hubby says I won't be happy till I hold the baby in my hands. I have an ultra sound next tuesday and can get a dvd at the same time. I hope that this scan is better than the last as they were really bad. I am going to a different place this time because I could get in for the scan quicker. I am letting my mum come to the scans so she feels a part of my pregnancy. I have yet to feel movement, I hope I will not be one of those people that do not feel movement of baby at all through there pregnancy.

well he realy slowed down in growing that is great! James was 5lb 10 oz the last time like 21/2 weeks ago I'm going for another scan on the 1st of August I'm really hoping to here that he has slowed down......so I,m pretty much down to what i should be in my morning readings harey thank god........well I hope to have him in week 37 that would be great all the crazy busy stuff will be gone by and it will be time to relax i'm holidays for the month of august and then rite into mat leave 13 months oh my good i cant wait lol
wellhave to go my darling princess is not felling so hot she is sleeping on my lap here at work

Hi hope you had a good weekend! The winters are great here I could never be without a white winter as far as I can remember we have had about 3 green ones. My husband loves it he thinks its great his sister on the other hand say her winter on the beach in Acapulco is good for her LOL. I here you about eating the same things over and over and the readings being so different from one day to the other what a pain in the butt.....I can't wait for this little guy to get here to I look forward to his arrival but I think his sister is more wanting him here then anybody ha ha she tell him everyday hi can't wait to see you she knows that he will be here shortly after her birthday so she is getting very exited as her birthday is this weekend coming god love her she is a real ham! Do you think you will have him early?????? I think I will have him by mid August I can fell him pushing so much I would think is my cervix I fell like he’s coming out some night so bad that I need to lay flat in bed to stop the pain. It really hurts when he stars.LOL what a brat his already testing me . Well have to go. Took to you soon

Good Morning, This morning was great I when down to 5.8 but let's see if the reading after breakfast also gose down. Tonight I will start at 10 units. Do you find it hard to wake up at 3am for me it would be fine that would be one of many pee breaks LOL. Yes I now there are some lady that are alot worse them me. We had a really bad storm last night it was so that it woke us all up I don't think I have ever heard thunder so loud, and we are going to continue with this heavy heat wave, This is baby #2 in the summer but for me i think it's much easier then winter with all the extra clothing here we go from one extrem to the other. The winter that just past was crazy we had 7 feet snow piles the cars had a hard time getting out of the driveways it was just in sane. My poor husband is from Mexico City so for him it was his worse winter as far as snow he sent pictures to his family and they were just in aw LOL. Well off to a weeding proposal party tomorrow and a Bday party on Sunday another weekend gone hope you have a good one and glad to here you are well.

Hi Deb,
I relate to the working all day by the time I get home am burnt. It doest always help that I have other children but that ok. My 4 year old she keeps me on my feet and going thank god she in daycare all day. So I had 2 app yesterday the first was with the GD doc they had to put me on the insulin once a day it at night before bed because I’m doing great as far as the day goes but she told me that my placenta and liver our just making to many sugar at night when I’m sleeping so this well help bring them down. Then later that day I spoke to my regular doc and I lost 6 lb woo hoo he says that is fine as long as the baby is doing well. He told me I was now ahead of the game with a grin LOL. I also asked him if we could bring the baby early as I was felling pretty crappy yesterday and had really had enough he told me that when you have GD it's important for the baby to stay in a little longer being 37 to 38 weeks, but then looked at me and said with my track record it would more then likely come around that time anyway as all my baby’s were early. Well I hope your doing great, and I hope your having nice weather I'm in Canada and the weather is going to be great for the rest of the week and weekend. Keep me posted as will I.

I have been lucky enought to keep my sugar level down by diet so far. My husband has been great he walks with me aftre dinner for at least 1 hour and or little girl. I walk about 1 hour at lunch every day as well. the only time I find hard is when I eat breakfast at work I can't go walking after that so I try to walk to work before I eat. Are they looking at doing a C- Section on you or just bringing the baby early??????? If I know my doctor he will briing him early and let me have him oh naturel, As for doctors app I think it's my second home now LOL I go once a week to both doctors the specialist for the DG and the doctor to deliver the baby . Im lucky that they have not asked me to inject insulin yet but I will find out Wed. I think this baby is ready to go anyway the ultrasound has shown that the baby is head down and in possition to go and he makes it very clear to me that he is there at 5lb 10oz LOL. I don't now but my doctor for my first told me that I could never give birth to biggar then 7lb as my internal body would never allow biggar that i would go into labour first so with that said all my kids were early and #1 and #3 were 7lb 1oz and #2 was 6lb 13oz. Well I hope all works out for you and your little man and I hope you get the birht you were lookig foward to. keep intouch.

Hey about your post on 30 weeks...If your jaw is clicking, it could be a sign of TMJ, which may have nothing to do with your pregnancy. I'd mention it to your doc though, cause maybe it is something pregnancy related. I had TMJ when I was a teen. My jaw would lock up on me and be very painful. I'd say get it checked out! :) Good Luck!

Hey hun how r u, yeah I have spoke toa few ppl that havnt like there shots that much im not sure about everyone else but mine have been off this tiny ultrasound machine where the screens like 34cm in my doctors office and they have been pretty clear it makes me wander if it how much the babys move when they take the shot or if its the machine quality?I hope u get some good ones soon tale care

Hi Deb. Come to think of it, I think they did measure things like head to rump, I just wasnt paying attention to the details / was to overwhelmed looking at his face / how he was moving his little fists. I have the DVD so can probably see his measurements from that, but not sure if they calculated weight. Re weight, I don't really mind what he weighs as long as he is happy and safe and healthy (He was a gorgeous smiley boy at the scan). My doc has already told me from when he feels the bump that the little guy is a big one. When is your scan?
