Hi my name is April and I stumbled across this website by accident. I am so glad that I did. I think this is a wonderful thing for women. It is great to be able to talk to other women who are going through or have been through exactly what you are. After having 3 misscarriages, I am so thankful to be in my second trimester, and I am enjoying every minute of pregnancy. I have heard so many women complain about sickness or weight when they were pregnant and said they hated the 9 month process....I just wish they knew how blessed they were. I wish everyone here a blessed pregnancy!

congrats hopw many wks were u when u had him and why did they make u stay, just curious was admitted then sent home tues 34 wks and a biot noiw 35 wks, got 2 steriod shots but having alot of pain, but i dont want him to have to stay in nicu.so stressed, i had my last one at 36 wks and was home next day!

Thanks! I'll check with my doctors office and see how much they'd charge for an extra ultrasound!! I'd really like to see him and find out how big he is:)
I know it seems like these last 10 weeks are going to drag,but with my first baby,they started to fly..I mean,look how far we've come!!

They are weird about that kind of thing. If the hose are opened they won't let you bring them back. For the next 2 weeks my boss has me working in Statesville. It sucks cause it's such a long drive and I'm using all the money that I get pain in gas. It's almost like there is no point in me working. I'm only stickin with it cause it gets me out of the house. Hope you are doing well!!

That's great that you have a little boy on the way. Congrats! I bet it is easier buying things knowing. We have done our nursery unisex, and can add either color when this little arrives! =)

Hi. I cramped last week for most of last week. My doctor scared me and I took the week off work. But others seem to be going through it too so maybe it's normal!

saw your post about cramping. i cramp everyday. have since day one. its normal 100%. something has to hurt when you stretch. also, if the baby pushes out or turns youll cramp too

i have no idea about the cramping, but i would definitely call the dr. and ask their opinion. i have had previous losses also, and it can be really stressful at times, worrying over something that might not even be a big deal. so at least if you call, you can feel better if it's nothing, and fix it if it's a problem! best wishes with your pregnancy.

I was also having really bad headaches. I don't like to take tylenol as often as i have them so I do my best to prevent them. One things that I think has worked for me was sleeping with a humidifier in my room prepared with peppermint oil. I will start it about an hour before I fall asleep and stop it in the morning. So far it's been very helpful. I'm not sure if it's mind over matter or not, but either way it works. I've also tried lavender oil on some sleepless nights. Hope it helps.
