just got back from my 20 week scan all measurements are fine! it was a real jiffle bum so a pain for the sonographer to get all the measurements but was great as it too so long we got to see it moving around for so much longer!!!

ITS A GIRL

well i'm now 17 weeks and 2 days!! still no bump!! but a wriggle baby is def in there!!!

Well had my scan on the 14th!! i am still due on the 6th of november as i predicted!! baby was very lazy on the scan hardly moved!!! it had its back to my belly so couldn't see much..but was great seeing the little heart ticking away!! will endevour to post pic's soon!!!

YIPEE!!!! 13 weeks now!! all confirmed by my midwife!! just awating a scan appointment!! cant wait!!

hi guys well im now nearly 10 weeks pregnant and getting well excited still concerned after mymiscarage last year! cn not wait till i get my scan that will put my mind at rest no end!! all is going well so far!

i am 29 and got married in cyprus last nov! i have a son of 11 and a stepdaughter of 12 so think i'm gonna get lots of help when the baby in born!!

i am undecided on if we should find out the sex of the baby? what is your views and experiences with this???

I would say if you think you can wait until the birth and have it be a surprise it is incredible. My husband and I have chosen not to find out the sex of the baby and are due in 7 weeks and we are so excited about everything. At first it was a little hard to not find out but all in all we are so glad we chose to wait. There are so few true surprises left in the world and this is definitely one of them.

Hi, my ultrasound is scheduled for June 18. I've never had an ultrasound before. I was wondering if they poke babies during the ultrasound.

Hmm, I'm guessing little girl ;) . My little one was very lazy during my first scan. Instead of seeing the back, baby was staring straight out, lol.

Hi again :) I havent heard anything about the hospital doing them.....they certainly havent offered me one!! (Im getting a bit frustrated at the lack of appointments!) There is a private agency based in Huntingdon, Norwich and Ipswich that do them. At the moment they are offering 30% off when booking the scan for a friday! So that makes a 15 minute scan with dvd �69! (https://www.a4dbaby.com)

So i guess your little one will be born at the QEH? Im trying to decide between the N&N and a home birth. I was hoping for a water birth but the N&N only have one pool.....:s

Hello, I am 15 weeks too, and my baby just laid there the whole time during our sonogram. We don't know what we're having yet, since our nurse wouldn't bother to look for us. BUt we hopefully we will find out the 17th.
Let me know when you know, I'd love to know if its a girl or boy trait to be so relaxed, or just coincidence. Hopefully they will be nice and relaxed after they are born! wouldn't that be great?!

Hi there just to let you know, I have been feeling my baby move! When I went for my ultrasound at 12w + 5d, the baby was wiggling around and kept moving on the u/s. The technician said to me 'can you feel that?' and I could! Everytime I saw the baby move onthe monitor, I could feel it! Seeing the movement at the same time kind of helped me to realise what it felt like. Since then I don't feel the baby moving all the time, but I definately feel it sometimes! It feels weird! Even though it's my second, everything seems so new to me again! xx

She had a good shot in between the legs. There were no boy parts so she said she would say it was a girl but I need to find out when I am farther along but she thinks girl.
The pictures were very good I cant believe how formed the babe is and moving around everywhere.
I also have a 13 year old and he is a big help with my 2 year old so Im sure your son and stepdaughter will be a huge help! Congrats!!!!! Michele

Hi! I just had a scan today and I am 14 weeks and 5 days. I was told that this is probably a girl. Have you heard anything about the accuracy on the sex this early on??

i know that's why i would like my scan asap as i am a worrier and until i actually see the baby in there i will continue stressing about it. by the time my scan comes around i will be nearly 15 weeks.

do you have a date for your scan yet? i feel a bit better about it now i have an actual date but still angry its so far away. i was told by my midwife that they like to see you between 12 and 13 weeks but i'm not getting seen until i am nearly 15 weeks x
