Caden Christopher Veal

Was born June 11th my water broke at 12:36 a.m. got to the hospital at 1:00 and had an epidural around 2 he was born at 7:03 a.m. He was 7 lbs. and 20 inches long he was due June 29th so it was a little bit of suprise when he was born kind of not ready but glad he is here

~June 13th he got to come home from the hospital so excited

~June 21st his umbilical cord fell off today and his first doctors appointment in on monday. I just gave him his first bath and all he did was cry i dont think he liked it well we will try again tommorrow and wee if its any better

~June 23rd went to his first doctors appoinmtnt today he weighs 8 pounds so he gained a whole pound in 12 days what a fat by lol. He has thrush so he got medicine for that but otherwise he is good

Awww no he doesn't! Hahaha. My daughter looked foreign too. She had coal black hair, very dark skin and dark eyes. Now she has blue eyes, light brown hair and olive skin! LOL

My baby is 3 weeks old and wants to eat every hour and a half to 2 hours and 4 oz at a time and then sometimes between the feeding he wants more! im so scared im going to overfeed him, but when hes crying because hes hungry i have to feed him!

Hi again, I know how you feel because that was my concern also. I thought that when my son would be at an age where he would be sexually active, it would be noticible. Well, alot of that has to do with how a persons skin heals. Luckily for my son he heals pretty good and all you can see (and you have to really look) is a very thin line. He is now going through puberty and it was hard for me to asks him if he goes through normal erections specially in the mornings when usually all men have and erection and he was open minded enough to tell me yes and that he is doing just fine, Now, about the clamping, I have no idea on that. My son did not go through that but maybe it's a new practice they are using now. As you know, medicine goes through changes everyday. My advise to you is to ask as many question as you can, write them down. Also, write any new info you get on this from the doctor sort of like keep a journal. I did that and it came in handy because I would compare what was told to me with what ever new information I was getting. Once again, don't worry too much it might not be that bad. My son had the worse of hypospadius and he's doing very well. Keep in touch!

Hi, First of all congratulations on your baby boy. He's adorable! Well, I'm from the 5 months forum and I saw that you were asking if anyone had a child with hypospadius. My son (who is now 13yrs old) was born with first degree hypospadius. That the degree where his urethra (peepee hole) was by his testicles. Because of that he ended up having 6 surgery to correct that problem. First of all you need to find out to what degree he has it. Some kids only have one surgery to re-construct others have to have more like my son. My son is doing great today and great while he was going through that. It's not life threating or anything so don't worry too much. It's only something they need to repair and that's it. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or anything and most of all keep me posted. I would love to hear about his progress. Plus, that's why we all here to support one another.
