4.6 hours ago Well the part that latches onto the crib is too short..it needs to be a bit taller. I was thinking about taping it on! ha ha. I'll think of something. shortncrazy2 -

Sunday, 11 May Thanks a lot for the link. I am going to look it now. It seems like that website has a lot of information! Cute baby by the way :) JenO -
Tuesday, 6 May Sweet pic of Mack in his carseat. He looks really old sitting up like that!! lisar -
Thursday, 1 May Thanks for your response. How long did it take for the poop to go back to normal. I've been doing the block feeding now for about 5 days, and the color is going back to yellow from green, but the mucs is still there. karenc -
Wednesday, 23 April that's a really good idea -- thanks!! karenc -
Monday, 21 April well, I don't think the head @ the opposite end of the bassinet/crib worked -- when I checked on him, he was turned toward the wall, haha! so I guess my little beastie is stubborn, too. hope you get some good tips @ the pediatrician! karenc -
Monday, 21 April hi there! i'm trying something new to address (my neuroses about) the flat head situation. I read online somewhere to try putting your baby to bed with their head at the opposite end of the crib/bassinet. generally, the babies want to face out to the room, rather than in to the wall, so switching the side that the room is on makes them turn their heads. i'm trying it tonight & we'll see how it goes. not sure if you've already tried this, but thought i'd throw it out there! darci -
Saturday, 19 April I got them at the Childrens Place. Two pair for 5$. He likes them. He is actually able to keep his eyes open when we go for walks now...: )
Something about your baby reminds me of my son. I can't pin point what it is! moniquetahisha -
Friday, 18 April at 7 weeks he was 11 pounds but only 21".... he was also 4 weeks early.... his weight is actually average (50th percentile) but since his height was only in the 25th the pediatrician was concerned... i agree with you though, the chubby ones are much cuter!!! darci -
Friday, 18 April Greyson has been doing the SAME thing! For the last week he has been up or stirring every 1 to 2 hours throughout the night! I am getting less sleep than I did when he first came home! They go through a growth spurt around three months and that can throw things out of wack, hopefully that is all it is!!! malachi456 -
Friday, 18 April hey i would put milk in her eye at least 2 or 3 times a day and i would put like 5 or 6 drops in. i would use milk that i had pumped, let cool in the fridge and then put in a dropper. i think tat the cold milk felt good in her eye cuz she would just sit still and let me do it lol! let me know if it works for you too!! chefmcdonald -
Thursday, 17 April hey...I did it 2/3 times a day....I did it while feeding...I would just aim for the eye :) but u could also put some in an eye dropper and do it that way....I also kept up the massaging....hope it works for ya' jennyoaces -
Wednesday, 16 April my baby had snotty looking poop before, but she also had a bit of a cold, and the health nurse told me that because babies are so tiny the mucus she swallows from her sniffles goes through her digestive system and will still be mucousy when it comes out in her poop. she said it was TOTALLY normal and not to worry about. sonya75 -
Wednesday, 16 April Does he have reflux? Reflux babies do better eating less more frequently. Lainey has reflux, and probably only takes a couple ounces every 2 1/2 hours. I tend to feed her from the same breast 2 feedings in a row. Of course when I pump, I only get about 4 oz total (between the 2). So I know she's not eating a lot. See if you have a lactaction consultant at your local hospital. They are very helpful with figuring this stuff out. And they can probably tell you whether the green really is from lack of hind milk or not. 421honeymoonbaby -
Wednesday, 16 April sounds normal, my baby girl has the same sometimes the color can be alittle off depending on what you eat as long as its still more yellow then anything. the slime sounds normal..she had that a few times. should also have little seed like things too. sonya75 -
Wednesday, 16 April Hey, Lainey's breastfed also. And her poop is also a gooey consistency. I kind of think of it as watered down honey. Sounds a bit better than snotty! Though, I agree with you totally. I think it's pretty normal. Although I've heard that if it's green, then the baby isn't getting enough of the hindmilk. Try to make sure he nurses a full 15 minutes from the breast in order to get all the hindmilk out. If he doesn't nurse that long from one breast during a feeding, start with that same breast for the next feeding. Hope this helps. llivory79 -
Thursday, 10 April My little girl goes to bed at about 11pm and sleeps only until about 4am or 5am sometimes. We try to give her a bath at night around 8:30pm and keep her awake as much as possible at night. Feeding her is the last thing we do and then she just usually falls asleep. Sometimes we read to her too....I dont know if that will help for your little boy or not??? jesslf -
Sunday, 6 April Exactly . Sometimes a pacifer won't cut it if he's really hungry. I know when Tanner wants to eat he won't keep sucking on his pacifer and wants to be fed and then when he doesn't want to be fed, he wouldn't drink anymore. I know every Dr is different, but when my sister was a baby the Dr told her to feed her rice cereal. At least you know he's a healthy baby! darci -
Saturday, 5 April The moby wrap is so neat! Does your little guy like it? My son is so dang picky, I have come to find out. It seems like it would be hard to get tight and secure, is it? darci -
Saturday, 5 April You mentioned that you got a "moby" wrap. What exactly is that? I am looking for something for my son. Everything we have tried, he isn't too interested in. Thanks jenmarie82 -
Saturday, 5 April How would i do that with the phone books? My crib is the kind that turns into a toddler bed so it's quite big. jesslf -
Thursday, 3 April Wow! 12 pds! At least you know he's a healthy baby! I don't know how much Tanner weighs, he goes to the Dr on the 8th. I can tell he's getting bigger cause he's getting heavier, physically I can't besides him getting taller. When he was 2 wks he actually gained a whole pound and plus the 2 oz he lost at the hospital, and grew an inch. I thought he would be a chunky monkey, but no. I want to say around 10 pds now and maybe 23 or 24 inch tall. He has a skinny waist, legs, arms and a small tush! LOL He loves to kick and has alot of kicking power! His oldest sister was the same way, hardly any rolls and is still thin today and she's 4, my 2 yr old was a little chubby as a baby and now she thinned out but is bigger boned. Is the Dr concerned about him gaining that much weight? jesslf -
Thursday, 3 April Hey I know loong time. I was just reading your comment about keeping track. I do in his baby book. Anything that you want to write down. I try to write down all the 1st's that they do and I'm such a saver too! I also save stuff and put it in a keep sake box. Your little guy is soo cute!
