Just when I was glad I am not getting morning sickness right away, I get a stomach virus. Resting and trying to drink liquids. Still hoping for twins. Will find out 3/28 at my ultrasound.

Thursday, 20 Mar

Feeling much better. Virus is out of my system but I am soooooo tired and hungry all the time. Think the morning sickness is starting too but just waves of nausea so far. Can `t wait until my ultrasound next week.

Saturday, 29 Mar

Just found out we are having just one baby. My DH and I saw and heard the heartbeat today. No twins this time and baby looks good. Dr says I have a couple cysts on my ovaries that are actually pushing my uterus up causing me to appear farther along. So happy but cautious at same time. Going to take it easy. Next appt is in 6 weeks. Dr. don `t anticipate another m/c.

Thank you for your information. I go to the doctor in two days, I am just worried that he is a little too relaxed, which is good because then I dont worry, but I am worried now he is too relaxed. I will feel happier if I get a scan soon and then again at 20 weeks. Can I please ask you, when you had your scan to check your cervix was it just like a normal scan, do they just put the "wand thing" on your lower abdoman or do they go lower?

Yeah, I mc at Christmas and my husband and I were going to try and wait until 12 weeks but I just couldnt do it. I tried- It lasted about 2 weeks lol.

I have definately been feeling nauseous lately...especially when I am driving my car lol. Everything is going well with me...I am just so nervous I wish I was 12 weeks now.

Thanks for the message. My ultrasound went well on Monday. It was still a bit early to see much but they saw the yolk sac and said next wednesday they should see the fetus. They didn't say anything about twins but are still saying that my numbers are still real high! So, that is a good thing. Sorry to hear you have the virus. I had that for about 2 weeks at the beginning of the pregnancy and that was not fun. The only good thing is it keep me laying down. Take it easy and definately keep drinking the water. Keep me posted on your test next week and I will as well. Still hoping for the twins! Best of luck!!

Looking forward to hearing how your appt goes on the 28th - definately keep me posted. I found out I am going for an ultrasound already on Monday because my HCG level is high for this early (5 weeks) at 3079. My progesterone level is high too but that is with taking the progesterone capsules. I will keep you up to date. Best of luck to you!!

Congrats!! How are your HCG numbers looking? I am so wishing also that maybe I will be getting twins. I had 2 miscarriages last year so figure I should be able to be blessed with 2 babies. My HCG level was pretty high on Thurs and Saturday and they take it again tomorrow. Hope we both get the twins. I was on clomid too and follistim the month before. Keep me posted. Best of luck.
