So today I am 15 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and have finally decided to write on my profile!
To cut a long story short, I (eventually!) married my childhood sweetheart last July. We decided to start trying for a baby when we had been married for 6 months (Jan 08) and we conceived in Febuary!! :) We feel very blessed that it happened how it did.
On 28-04-2008 we had our 12 week scan, at 12 weeks and 3 days. It was amazing!!!!!!!! We had had a scan before at 6 weeks as I had some cramping and spotting, and it was literally just a heartbeat, so it was amazing to see baby ricicles development!
We have our 16 week midwife appointment coming up next week, and our 20 week scan on 27-06-2008 at 21 weeks.
Big excitement is that we have decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a 3d scan! Yay! All booked and cant wait to go for it....25-07-2008 at 25 weeks.
Ive tired so hard not to buy baby things but now I cant resist....!!!!!!!!

When is ur due date?:November 07th
How far along r u?: 23 weeks and 4 days
Pre-pregnancy weight?: Secret! :)
Weight now?: A few pounds more, but not too many!
Have u had an unltrasound?: Yes - two!
Have u heard the heartbeat?: Yes! We have a doppler and listen to it most days!
What was the heartbeat?: 150bpm

What does the daddy want?: He thought it was a girl, but we know now!
What do u think u r having?: Boy! Always did!
Have u had ur big ultrasound yet?: Yeah - we only have 2 here, 12 weeks and 20 weeks. But having private 4d scan on 25-07

Are u happy with what u r having?: Over the moon!!!

Do u know what u r taking with u?: Yes - the usual stuff!
Who is going to be with u?: My husband! Its a special time for us to share
Are u going to videotape it?: Nope - no-one needs to see that!!
Natural or medicated?: Hoping for natural, and in water, but we'll see!
Do u think u will need a c-section?: I hope not.
Will u cry with u hold ur baby for the first time?:Probably!
Do u know what u will say to the baby when u first hold him/her?: Probably "hello baby" or something equally cheesy!
Are u scared about the labor?: No! The only thing im worried about is tearing and stitches! And if i had to have a c-section id be scared by that.

Girl names...: Would have been Ava, Sophia, Sophie, Ciara or Chloe
Boy names...: Jacob, Isaac, Ethan, Noah or Josh. Those were our five - we know now but telling no-one!
Is ur baby going to be named after someone? No, but second name will be William which is significant - my dad and grandad, neils grandad, neils middle name and my bro's middle name!

Hay sweetie, we'r doing great. Poppy has started to move up which is releasing so much of the pressure & i can actualy get around with out feeling as if she is going to fall out.
Yes too much purchasing has been happening, we well i purchased the nursery furniture last week so we well peter has been cleaning out the room & decorating... I saved us £500.00 i couldnt resist.... bad Sharon
How are you, what have you been up to???? It's your 4d scan soon isnt it??? We have our booked for the 23rd Aug so far away, but coz of all the problems we've had Pete wanted the scan to be done at a hospital rather than a clinic so they would liase with our hospital if ther was a problem & they do theirs between 26-32 weeks & that was the 1st appiontment within the time that was convenient blahh

hey, yeah im a norfolk mummy and i did indeed have her in N&N. hows your pregnancy been so far. You're about as far as long as my friend is. Everyone i know who are pregnant or have little ones live far away. You got lots around you.

Hey, there:
How is your week coming? I am sure you must be busy.
Getting busy for me....hubby to arrive this Friday and of course, I am not ready.
The girls I am babysitting mom return to America on Wednesday and all ready I miss them!
Anyway, we have done our weekly shopping and for the first time the 2 year old actually kicked me out of bed last night! So, glad I wasn't pregnant as this might not have went over too well.
Otherwise, all is well and I am so tired these days. The kids are a bit draining, but so worth it.

yeah it'll be money well spent though. I'm so lucky that i have such a talented friend who took the time to do it for me, (at no charge too so i'm especially gratefull)It took a couple of hours which was quite hard.... i got major cramp in my bum but it was well worth it!! i'm so pleased i did it, just not sure where to put it now, probably in the bedroom. I've taken lots of pics of bump too so once i pop i'm gonna make an album out of all of them.... i'm gonnna miss the bump!
