Hey!! I'm Emma,

Been with Scott since Sep 2006,
met him when we worked together nearly 4 years ago and were best buddies since!
We bought our first place together June 07.

I came off the pill in September 2007 and gave my cycle 2 months to get into a rhythm. and in march and april we had a 'ttc break' to avoid an xmas bub.

So this is our 6th month of trying.

My cycles have been up the creak some what:

Jan - Af on 26th (cycle length 28 days)
Feb - Af on 29th (cycle length 34 days)
March - Af on 30th (cycle length 30 days)
April -
May - Af on 3rd (cycle length 34 days)
June - Af on 1st (cycle length 29 days)
July - Af on 4th (cycle length 33 days)

July 4th - cd 1.....again....

Thanks for the congratulations, I am very very happy and excited and nervous as I think it is natural when you find out this early, as with my other pregnancies I found out about 6 weeks. But I won't stress as what is meant to be is meant to be. I'm also suprised it worked on the first cycle of clomid too - I am blessed - Take care and ttys - sending babydust your way.

I had a bunch of brown spotting today that got me really scared. Everyone says not to worry if it's brown, but I couldn't help getting a little upset. I called the doc who said if I start noticing bright red blood to call back and they will check me out. That was this morning and nothing since, so I am hoping it was just old blood coming out from before. Anyway, scared me none the less. Eeek.

Hi there how are you today? Just answering back from the message you last left, my gyno has advised me that I should have a 28 - 35 day cycle so I still have quite a wait hopefully it will be worth it as this is our 9th month of trying! Take care and ttys!

Hey, honey, just checking in on you. Probably whenever you were experiencing the most EWCM is when you ovulated. You probably ovulated a bit later in your cycle than you thought and used up your OPKs before you hit your ovulation date. Either way, BDing every couple of days is a good strategy! Wishing you lots of luck and baby dust. Maybe this will be the month!!!

I know exactly what you mean in regards to the bd - it sometimes becomes a chore having to bd every day my gyno advised us to b/d c/d 10-21 and boy it is so hard the last 2 nights we haven't but i think i ovulated anytime from days 14-17 so we covered all of those days except last night and tonight as hubby is already in bed zzzzzz. lol

Hi there thanks for the compliments on my photo! I found out that I had pcos roughly when I was 20 - although i had been getting cysts on my ovaries since about the age of 14 and have had surgery twice to remove a cyst the size of an orange. For me I saw a gyno he did an internal ultrasound and discovered that I had pcos - as on the ulstasound it shows up looks like around the edges of your ovary there are small cysts right around the edge - like a string of pearls. So my treatment is to be on birth control pills to regulate my hormones - giving me regular periods to stop any further cysts (hope all this is making sense to you lol). But now as you probably have read my page we are trying and are on clomid the first cycle. How long have you been tring is it since September last year? Good luck to you and sending you baby dust on this sometimes long hard frustrating journey - although hopefully it won't take us long. Take care and talk soon x

I'm doing well!.... just making my way through the two week wait! Darn waiting... it's rough isn't it?
I was reading your update regarding the opk sticks.... a friend of mine tried them twice and they didn't work for her both months... so I'm not sure but I think it's possible that they don't work for everyone. I would definitely pay close attention to your body... if you have ewcm- I would def. consider that fertile time, esp. if you're in your fertile window on the calendar.
BD like crazy!!!... and put your hips up in the air afterwards!
I don't know what to say about the opk's because I haven't ever used them.... but I'm sorry that's happening to you... it stinks to not know exactly when ov time is. That's why my hubbie & I just started bd'ing everyday....

How are things? When will you start putting your o predictors to good use? Does the box recommend a certain cycle day?

I'm certainly going to purchase some next month if this month doesn't produce a healthy little one.... but we'll see. I'm hoping that isn't the case.

I have a feeling we'll both be pregnant this month... and I hope it's right!
