This is my first pregnancy. As of today (2/4) I `m starting my 18th week and cannot get over how well I have been feeling (no sickness, just fatique). If pregancy continues like this I may end up having 10 children.

My name is Erica. My husband, Vinny, and I were quiet surprised when we came back from a vacation to Turks and Caicos with more than just pictures and a good time. We were vacationing with friends (it was their honeymoon), and WE came back with the `honeymoon baby. ` I interviewed 2 weeks after the vacation for a Hand Therapy Fellowship located in Philadelphia. It would be a 6 month fellowship to study under the best and most published hand therapists and doctors there are. Out of 300 applications and 10 interviews they had asked ME to move to PA to complete the fellowship starting July 3, 2008. (I didn `t know I was Prego at the time and accepted). About 1 month later I needed to call them and ask to have them postpone this oppurtunity, because I was going to be a 1st time mommy (as of July 7, 2008). God has a funny way of working sometime. I prayed very hard for this fellowhip and I did get it. I didn `t even have the word `baby ` in mind.We are very happy and look forward to all the changes that will take place in the next few months. This is a true blessing and you know what they say, `We make plans and God laughs. `

Sunday, 10 Feb

I finally felt the baby move. (Friday, Feb 8). I felt it again yesterday the same feeling. It seems to be right after I `m active and I finally sit down. I would describe the feeling like when your heart adds an extra beat. Like a Thump!

Ha ha, we are the same way. Hubby is in a huge rush to get all the house stuff done, but isn't concerned about the baby's room. I had to twist his arm to paint it, and his parents got fearful that we didn't have the crib so they bought it, and I had to twist his arm again to get it together. Other than that, he has no intentions of buying or doing anything else until after our 6/8 shower, despite the fact that we have had several pre-term labor scares. :)

yeah that definately sounds like what ive been having, must be the baby lying on a nerve then. scared me too, felt like the baby was going to come out through my bum haha! good luck to you too x x
