45.6 hours ago Yes, I've noticed tightening when I get in a hurry or am stressed...especially, if I am late or something like that! Weird, huh? MindieSwan -
Friday, 9 May Well, if it means she will sleep thru the night..I'm in! haha.. I would rather her be a little big, then too small and not developed properly.. When is your due date?? CCQ -
Friday, 9 May DO IT! Deck them and tell them it's from all of us. I guess they expect us to be prancing around with a belly and all these aches and pains!! LOL :) radiefa -

Friday, 2 May There is no truth to the hands above the head thing. Unfortunately, as you know, the cord can kill the baby... but it just happens. BriBri1978 -
Thursday, 1 May I, of course, have heard that too. But I have been told by the Dr. there is no truth to it and not to worry... jaxwaqu -

Wednesday, 30 April You can have sex after you lose your plug...If you're really trying to get that baby out towards the end they say his stuff helps....I don't know about baths and swimming though. I've been meaning to ask that since I live in Texas. I lost mine 3 weeks before i had my son and that wouldn't be fun if I couldn't swim!!! greenrose -
Wednesday, 30 April Thank you! Glad to hear it's not just me. I was convinced that I was leaking leaking leaking today.... And I just want to make it at least a few more weeks. I hear that at 34 weeks there's an 85% chance everything will be hunky dory. We're almost there.... Here's happy thoughts for you! tto -
Saturday, 26 April Your poor coworkers! I have been in their shoes. I was PG the same time 3 other ladies were. I lost mine at 23 wks and they all had healthy babies. I never once felt jealous of them, or wanted to rain on their parade at all, ever. It's an experience you wouldn't wish on anyone. Trust me, they are sad for themselves but happy for you and want your pregnancy to be fulfilled. My coworkers were also very tactful and didn't talk about the babies in front of me. There's nothing you can do about the situation and they know that. Being a good friend and sympathetic is the best bet. Don't feel guilty- you didn't do anything. Pregnancies are suppose to end in beautiful babies. I also understand that side of it too. Out of the three of us 2nd grade teachers in my school, two of us are unexpectedly PG right after the other looses hers that she has been trying for for five years (IVF). She is such a sweet girl, she's happy for us of course, even though she wished it were her. I do too. I bet your sensitive to their feelings and that's all you can do. cinnammonngirl -
Friday, 25 April I asked my husband the other night if he's ever felt bad that things are going so well for us with this pregnancy, and we're so blessed to be having this baby, when other people have had hardships in their lives, or have had problems with their pregnancies. Sometimes it's hard
to really enjoy such a wonderful thing when this world is filled with so many un-wonderful things.
I think it takes a really vulnerable time (like being pregnant) to make us so aware of the fragility of life. happymama2b -
Tuesday, 22 April Your doctor doesn't measure your tummy with a tape measure (you know, the one for sewing, not building)? My doctor started that at about 22 weeks. Just when my belly was really starting to stick out. They say that your uterus should measure the same as the weeks you are in - so 30cm now. I was 31cm at my last appointment and I read up on it. I found out you can be within 2-4cm in either direction without concern. CCQ -
Thursday, 17 April My little girl stays in my lower tummy too. I don't think she knows she can move up some. I wish she did, though, cause I am dying with her on my bladder 24/7. :) lizamafers -
Wednesday, 16 April omg I just realized you have your room set up! It's beautiful. That exact room I looked at and though what a great job they did! I'll get pics up when our nursery is finished. lizamafers -
Wednesday, 16 April Hey! I know it's awesome eh?!?!?!? I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. I got it at Babies-R-Us, you can also order online, although they don't have the whole set online, only in store. We paid $440.00 we're waiting for the mobile to come in which is $60.00, but well worth it. The green is a velvet material, so much cuter in person. I recommend it, plus can be used for a girl. lilmomzy -
