Once you test positive for it they are going to treat you during delivery no matter what remedies you try. You need antibiotics during delivery to reduce the risk of passing it to the baby. It's not harmful to us, but it can be harmful to a baby passing through the birth canal. 20 - 30% of all women have it, and it's nothing bad. Just a normal bacteria that can be found on the body.

Gypsymama - Thursday, 1 May
I hope you find one!

Where are you located? I bet the is a national Doula website with links to some in your area. I had a hard time finding one too. The first 3 were already booked.

Okay I went to the Dr on Wednesday and my belly was measuring small so she ordered an ultrasound. I got the ultrasound and found out what that little wiggle is. My little girl must be a gymnasts in training because she is head down with her foot next to her head. I know that has to be comfortable for her.

If I find out I will def tell you what it is. It feels weird but cool. I'm only worried because it's a little lower than I think it should be. I go to the dr on Wednesday and I'm def asking her about it.

So exciting! Which ones are you ordering? I'd love to hear the results. I hear Bum Genius are good too. Good luck and please let me know which are your faves!

Hey. I was having morning coughing up phlegm (fun fun fun!) until this week when I caught a cold. Now I have a dry cough all day instead. Weird. I hate the morning cough, sometimes it was so bad it made me throw up. And the phlegm really put me off my breakfast. I had my first ever nosebleed yesterday at the grocery store. I think it's a combination of being pregnant and having a cold though. I had asked the phlegmy cough question a couple of weeks ago I think and about three or four people said they had it too.

terra-michelle - Friday, 7 Mar
Hi! I am also experanceing nose bleeds as well. I ask the same question as you and got no answers on the matter. Mine just started about a week ago and like you its when I wake up in the morning. I called my OB office and they said it was normal. So at least I know I am not Aalone on the matter I was beginning to wonder. Have a wonderful night!!!

Hey girl...sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you...extremely busy around here getting ready for Amylia's arrival. I am doing alright...I was actually devastated to find out last Tuesday that I have gestational diabetes. It was a complete shock, seems how I did not have it with my other two and it is not like I sit around and eat spoonfuls of sugar all day! Anyways, I have to go and see a nutritionist on Friday and they will give me a blood sugar testing monitor deal at that time. I will have to test my blood sugar 4 times a day...hopefully I will not have to have insulin shots and I can keep on top of it...I will find out for sure on the 18th. I have been an emotional basket case since I found out, because of course doctors are not the most positive and they tell you things like the baby can get so big that they will have to deliver c-section...or...if I can't keep my blood sugar down it is a danger to her and they might have to take her early. However, I am not accepting any of it and we are working on thinking positive thoughts!!! So how are you and baby doing? Doing you know what you are having yet? If not are you going to find out? Let me know.

Due on the same day, nice! June is a great month, not too hot but feels like summer.

I'm trying to down the veg. but I still struggle with morning sickness from time to time and salad's & things are pretty low down on the list of things that settle my tummy! Fruit, thankfully is not a problem unless I eat it in the morning.

MeganAkers - Wednesday, 27 Feb
Thank you so much for giving me the web site info on the cloth diapers...after my husband and I were looking through it, I think that we have definately decided on going that route. So how are things going with you and baby?

lolabean08 - Wednesday, 27 Feb
thank you...and good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!!

lolabean08 - Wednesday, 27 Feb
oh and dont worry about the ?s i was a first time mom too...lol and now i am on my third and still have lots of ?s...lol

lolabean08 - Wednesday, 27 Feb
lol...no problem you have to lift them out...there is a nice wedge between you and baby insuring you wont roll on to them!!!

lolabean08 - Wednesday, 27 Feb
i agree...do i tell my mom (who needs to loose a little weight) well your looking a little big then you should....i bought the snuggle nest at the end of cobedding my son and only had it for a month but wish i would have had it the whole time...it is great for breastfeeding because it has a tiny little dim light that wont blind you!!! and i bought the more expensive one with a incline wedge to help keep their lungs clear and to keep the from spitting up...

lolabean08 - Wednesday, 27 Feb
thank you for your imput on my pic...i was really happy with my size i thought it was cute but still managable...why do beople have to tell us they think we are too small or too big???

Christelle - Monday, 25 Feb
Hi. Thanks for your comment on my VIP. I'm glad too that I'm not the only one! I'd never heard of the coughing as a pregnancy symptom before and the phlegm is awful. I do find a humidifier helps and thank God it only happens in the morning!

mommy2boys - Thursday, 21 Feb
Thanks for the prayers!

Thanks for replying and answering my question. I couldn't log in my personal page for awhile so I am a bit late.
I will ask the pharmasist about the one you told me.
Again thanks and take care.

oh it took a looong time to adjust. I got here and couldn't speak a word of hebrew, had to rely on my husband to do everything for me, had no friends, only had his family here (who I didn't have a good relationship with initially). It was hard! how long have you been in the states? I've now been here just about 3 years and its now long enough to feel comfortable, and to also really hate the place sometimes :)

susofia - Monday, 18 Feb
I serve in a restaurant and a woman with a newborn told me about greenmountaindiapers.com. she said it was great, but I havn't really looked into it.

hey
I read you should buy between 15 and 20 cloth diapers, because that way you only do laundry every second day. The ones which have the waterproof bit sewn in - like the fuzzibunz - are obviously more convenient, but they do take longer to dry apparently, and they will apparently not last for longer than one child, because the waterproof part perishes because it gets washed each time. when you do the separate diaper and then waterproof cover, apparently you don't need to wash the cover each time, so you buy only about 3 or 4 covers. This is what I've read though - not personal experience. Here is a page, which has reviews on all the different types: http://www.diaperpin.com/diapers/diaperpages.asp
I don't know if it is all the kinds available to you but just google cloth diaper reviews and you should find what you need. I'm going to be getting my sister to bring me ones from south africa, because they are so expensive here.
also what I heard which I think is good advice is not to buy all the same kind - buy a few of each kind that you have read a good review on, because you may find your baby doesn't do well with a particular kind, so you don't want to have bought all that kind only.

I ended up in Israel because I met my husband in Cape Town, and then we both wanted to leave South Africa, and he is Israeli and has family there, so off we went.
