Friday, 11 July Yup, I've done the same, OJ, grape juice, eating, ice cold water, laying on my left side. Did it all too. I was so worried. Now she's moving a little, not too much though. mommy32 -
Friday, 11 July I'm having the same problems. Everyone says less movement is normal around this stage. Good to know you're going through it too. It started for the past two or three days. mariah-mommy -
Wednesday, 9 July That means your baby size is right in the middle the way my doctor put it for me is that if she was to line my baby up from 1 to 100 babies mine would be ranked out 27 meaning that she is small. But your at 50 so your baby size is just right. mommy83 -
Saturday, 21 June The doctor may have thought you wanted an ultra sound when you asked if you needed one at the last appt. I have had 3 miscarriages and with each one the doctor did an ultra sound the first day he had a concern about my pregnancy and he then ordered me back for follow ups within 3 days. If your doctor had concern they would not wait 2 weeks for an ultra sound. You really should have nothing to worry about, plus the doctor would not tell you everything was okay if they feared it was not. Kirsten322 -
Saturday, 21 June I aked my doc the same thing,I was told that I was goin to be billed for another ultrasound so I wanted to know when I was going to get it. He said they dont do it normally unless they think something is wrong. He asked if I had concerns about baby's weight and I told him no I didnt...She's going to come out one way or the other. So I think just to humor me...I get one in two weeks. I would ask though beforehand if you are concerned...ur body..you have a right to know and docs are so impersonal now that you feel uncomfortable asking...Im that way with my Doc now :( arcanejane -
Saturday, 21 June My doctor told me the exact same thing with my first and told me I would be getting an ultrasound for the same reason again with my current one. It is no big deal, usually it's because you are measuring small to be 32 weeks, but that doesn't mean anything is wrong with the baby. My first born is healthy as a lark and a busy bee and I have had a normal pregnancy this time around too. Really it means we both have great doctors who are staying on top of our pregnancies. God bless and don't worry! Snugglebug -
Saturday, 21 June Yeah, I saw your post. I probably wouldn't worry. It could just be that they want to check baby's position and all that, just to be sure all is well. ;) Snugglebug -
Saturday, 21 June You haven't had any ultrasounds up until now? I think it's routine, with most doctors anyway, to have an ultrasound at 20 weeks, which checks the heart, skull, abdomen size, basically everything to make sure baby is on track and healthy. JaydenMatthews mommy -
Friday, 30 May Oh yes of course.... They feel exactly like menstrual cramps. I dont know if you get cramps during your period but they start feeling the same way. With my first child that's what my friends will tell me when you start feeling cramps like your getting your period those are contractions. I hope this helps. Neesha-K-G -
