We are due on the same day! I'm also 10wks, 2 days. I don't even have my first appointment until 11 weeks. I heard have an ultrasound so early is not really worth it. It gets good around 18 weeks when there's acutally something bigger to see. Though, I can't wait to see it so I can believe it! Just ask your doc for an u/s and see what they say. Good luck!
