im totally excited that were having a girl, because i thought for sure it was a boy bec/ im all out in front and have only gained 9 lbs as of jan 14th 2008. I get my second u/s on feb 6th and i can't wait bec i love seeing the baby its the neatest thing ever!!

YAY!!! back to work on monday I didn `t like being off since I was fine to work but couldn `t be there because of the fifth disease going around but to make sure doctor is going to send me for more bloodwork on thurs. but thats ok i `d rather know my baby is safe than worrySaturday, 9 Feb
i had my 25 week and 3 day u/s on feb 6th and it was definitley confirmed for sure that i `m having a lil girl! which made me happy bec me and my fiance picked out her name and really took to loving it. i can `t wait to meet her in 99 days!!Monday, 18 Feb
third u/s on feb 29th woo hoo1 get to my lil angel again. but im more excited that i have 3 mths left before i get to hold her in my arms. i also have my rh immune globulin injections coming up. yay i get more bloodwork and needles bec of my blood type. just be thankful if you don `t have the rh factor like me. but its worth it to see my baby healthy!Wednesday, 27 Feb
woo hoo! 2 more days til my first o.b appt and getting to know how much weight i `ve gained in last couple of weeks lol, and in three days i get my third u/s and im soo excited to see her again!Sunday, 2 Mar
ultrasound went really good on friday. the tech said she `s growing really well, but i didn `t get another picture :( but 77 more days til i see her and hold her and i just can `t wait!Sunday, 9 Mar
30 weeks! yay im so happy to get to see my lil girl in just 10 more or so weeks. everything has been going good so far, and she `s really active during the afternoon and late at night. one of my showers is next weekend, im really happy to be going home to see my family i miss them.Sunday, 23 Mar
well i `m 32 weeks today and i have gained 28 lbs so far. i was upset about the weight i put on but its actually not that bad now that i think of it. i had my cousin tell me she gained 90 lbs with her daughter! i was like holy wow, im 8 weeks away from my due date and i hope i don `t put on that much weigt in a short time. getting really excited to meet my daughter!.Comments on firstmaybaby`s Profile

omg my pelvic is killing me , they say cause it being 5 my ligaments are worna nd uterus is just inda hangin on pelvic bone, oh man, i cannot even ealk i sware i am dialting, it feels like the head is gonna fall out, and i cant even drink or i am peeing every 2 min, b 4 it waas bad I had to pee the last monthj so much, but since sat sunnday, its every 2 min even without a drink eerrrrrr, itacually getting frustrating cause i get ther and there is seriously no pee, its like a bladder infection with the infection ya knwo lol!
I feel this burning sensation like hot almpost on the inside of my pelvic bone more on right siode, ahve u felt that yet?

oh man- well maybe inducing is not meant to be or something and you will naturally go into labor! wouldnt that be nice? great on your strep b! mine was negative too. i was so glad because its just one less thing to think about!

and also- a lot of people who do it naturally end up needing pitocin to speed up labor. so, dont let others scare you off of it if its what you want! =) let me know if they let you induce! good luck!

I went natural with my first and was induced with Pitocin and them breaking my water with the 2nd and having had both of them done I would say that being induced sucks!!! Keep in mind that everyone is different but I do feel that the contractions with the meds are a lot stronger. Not to scare you or anything...it wasn't unbearable but it did hurt worse. I think with it being your first if you call her as soon as they give you the "yep your staying" at the hospital, I'm sure your mom will be able to make it on time. The first time moms labor is typically around 14-16 hours on average. On average that is but I would say that she will have time to get to you!! Good luck.

That seems like your doctor should allow it for that reason, so you can make sure your mom is there. I was surprised my doctor was so open to it. I will of course report how it goes wednesday. ya know what makes me nervous is people say with being induced it can take much longer- the whole process. oh well. its worth it! have you heard that?

I have talked to my hubby about it and i have decided it will be his decision so I think we will be going through with the procedure...i am going to try an make an appointment with the doc before hand though and then we will be getting it done in the first week baby is born..thanks for the messages though!

I hope you have some progress at your app tomorrow. ya know a lot of people say their doctor doesnt check them all the time. mine has since 35 weeks. if i were you, just ask- cause it only takes about 30 seconds, then i have my clothes back on and everything. any little checks mean so much to us at this point. but in my case, i was disappointed to hear her say, nothing is going on so far!hahah! its a conundrum!

Hi! Im great today. I actually slept well last night which was a surprise! Let me just say that walking has done absolutely nothing in terms of progress, however i am feeling less winded and hopefully all that will still help when im pushing, ya know? my last app i had no progress but i asked my doctor how she felt about inducing at 39 weeks, and she is all for it! She said its no big deal, my body will be ready! so guess what, i check in next wednesday night! ahhhh! im so excited and nervous!
