Yeah, and my hubby is commuting an hour both ways every day, so I really feel like since he's putting in a 10+ hour day every day when you add in drive time, I really need to help out. I just wish I didn't have to! Like you said, why aren't we independently wealthy?

Thanks so much!!! Alexa is breastfed so her gassiness is due to what i eat, but the no poop thing is odd lol. Its not like her. She gets gripe water and i just started the mylicon drops so we will see today if she goes!!! My only issue about meeting is i dont drive on the highyway lol. Im odd. I have this anxiety about it but i drive on all the back roads. So if ican find a way to go on back roads and meet somewhere Iwould love to do that! That means a lot. Hope everything is going better with you as well. We had a chat last night as i was falling asleep. But it seems like the more women who reply to my posts are having teh same exact issues with their husbands. I think its just a huge transistion for everyone and we are all bound to fight especially being so sleep deprived lol!!!

I actually found an add on Craigslist where guy sells Nestle at a wholesale price $15/big can, $10 cheaper than in stores, I do not know where he gets it, so I think it will be cheaper than with coupons, but hold on on those, if it does not work with him, I will give you my info, so you can send me. I'm in Indiana. I've priced daycare. For daycare in a daycare facility, it's roughly $200 per week. I could get at-home care for as low as $75 per week from a friend of a friend, but I don't want to be away from my baby. I only wanted to work in a daycare to be close to my baby. I like babies, but I really don't want to work with other people's if I can't be with my own!

Alyvia actually slept in her bassinet for the majority of the night last night. Except when she woke up I think around 4 or 5 to eat, then she just stayed in our bed.

So today was an adventure... Kamil had to help hold the baby while she was given the shots. But at least it was only 3!! Two in her left leg, one in her right. And she had to be given some oral medicine, too. I'm not too sure what that was for. She SCREAMED when they poked her the first time, then started to cry so hard she couldn't breath, and she was making this.. horrific noise that I've never heard her make before. I had my eyes full of tears. I just wanted to shove the needles into the nurse's arm and take my baby away! I had to stand on the other side of the room, and look at the papers they had given me. I didnt want to see it! Well, I started off at the other side of the room, but then I started to feel sick to my stomach, and the nurse asked me if I was alright, and Kamil told me to sit down hahahah. My face was probably white.

One of the injection sights bled A LOT. My mom's scrub top had a bunch of blood on it, and she had to get me a new band aid. Alyvia fell asleep once we got in the car. I fed her when I got home, then was able to wash her thighs with liquid dial soap and warm water, and I put a little neosporin on the spots. She hasn't been too cranky. I think she just wants to be held. So I guess all in all she did pretty well. I'm just hoping that the areas don't get too swollen, and that she doesn't develop a fever!!

She is in the 90 percentile for her weight (12lbs 13oz.. gained 5 lbs since birth!) and in the 95 percentile for her length (23.5 inches. 2.5 inches since birth) I got a big ol' baby!

They may not make belts for babies.. but you could use those big rubberbands!! hahah. Although I doubt that'd be very comfortable :P Does Joey spit?? Alyvia likes to have her lips covered in bubbles, and she spits ALL the time. It's so funny. Not only does she drool, but she'll like.. get spit at the tip of her tongue and PATOOEY! Out comes a line of drool hahahah. I don't know why she does it. I don't think I've ever seen a baby do that, either. I've been feeling her gums to see if she's teething or not, but it's all rough, not smooth like I thought it would be.. So I can't really tell!!

I'm also intimidated at the prospect of doing an at-home daycare by myself. A friend and I thought about it, but realized that there's no way that we can make enough money splitting what we earn. We would have to have way more kids than we're allowed to get by financially.

OMG I hate you havign a baby sleep so good. LOL!! You are so lucky. Mine doesnt do anything but wanna be awake lol. Well I cant complain actually she sleeps first 4 hours, then 3 hours, then 2 or more hours but still I wanna sleep through thr night! I cant wait till mine smiles at me, she is ony 4 weeks though and aside from gas smiles they say they dont smile till 7-8 weeks which proved true for my first 3 babies. I cant wait to get to the exciting parts! Congrats and good luck!

Oh. Good luck with Joey's shots!! Give him a little infant tylenol 30-45 minutes before you go in, so it won't hurt as bad. My mom is an RN and gave me 7 or 8 samples of it, so I definitely have enough for that day, and the weekend if she develops a fever or doesn't feel good because of them.

I can't wait to find out how much Alyvia has grown, either. I'm sure she's well over 11 pounds! She's a super long baby, too. There is a 3-6 month little dress that I had got from TJ Maxx that she wears now.. I'm sure by next month it'll be too small on her!

OH... hahah sorry! Didn't mean to spam ya Alyvia likes to sleep in my armpit too!! It's so funny. I try to move away as well, cuz I can't spread out like I want with her there, and as soon as she realizes that she's not right next to me, even while she's sleeping, here she comes again! Practically shoves me out of my own bed! Kamil refuses to take her to bed with him when he goes, if I'm still up. He's scared that he'll roll over on her. If he keeps her in his arms like he'll do if he falls asleep with her when I'm there, she'll be fine! So she won't snuggle up to him while we're both sleeping lol.

Alyvia has actually only taken a little catnap in her crib. I don't know why she wouldn't like her bassient. Her arm spam (from fingers to fingers) is actually pretty long, and she startles real easily, and does it a lot, so when she startles, and she's in her own bed, she'll smack the edges. So maybe that's why? I don't know. I just wish she'd like SOMETHING other than her mommy's bed!

I actually didn't try the nursing thing... hahah. I meant to, but I just get soooo tired now and can't fully wake up anymore.

Was breastfeeding hurting you? Or was it just too demanding? Or didn't it work?

My son's name is Aiden and my daughter's name is Samantha. I like the "wierd" names too but I also like the traditional names as well. I just don't want 50 of the same named kids in their kindergarten class LOL.

I got pregnant with this one when my daughter was only 4 months! you better get going to catch me LOL. I can't believe i'm 1/2 done! This pregnancy has gone by so quickly. Probably b/c I'm finally not going through the hot months 8 and 9 months like i did with my other 2 so I'm not uncomfortable. My son is playing baseball and soccer so it's hectic as far as games and practices which keeps us going going going LOL.

I lost my baby weight pretty quick as well with both my kids. I've only gained 10 pounds so far which is GREAT. I was about 10 pounds heavier then I wanted to be when I got pregnant. I'm going to go crazy with dieting when this little one shows her face. We are going to try again probably rather quickly for our other boy. My son is not my hubby's so he wants a boy to have his last name. I told him one more try but if it winds up being another girl we are DONE and i'm getting my tubes double knotted and BURNED LOL ! So glad things are going smoothly for you and the hubby!! Makes you want to have 50 more huh?

Pregnancy is going great. Found out last week i'm having another girlie! Was kind of upset at first but now i'm good with it b/c they are going to be 13 months apart and i have nothing to buy but a double stroller and a crib. Glad your little guy is sleeping good for you!

BAH! I just typed THEE LONGEST comment to you, and I x'ed out of the page!!

Ugh. So here goes again!!

I really wish Alyvia would sleep as long as Joey! But she sleeps about 4 hours, will wake up to be fed, and fall asleep eating. It's kind of my fault on that part, cuz I no longer sit up in bed to nurse her. I'll just pull my boob out while she's laying down facing me, and she'll latch on and suck away. It's so much easier lol. But I think the reason she won't sleep any longer, is because of how I feed her in the middle of the night - she's not getting enough cuz she won't entirely wake up to nurse. I think if I started to wake up entirely, and actually sit up and put her on the nursing pillow to eat, she'll sleep longer! I gotta give that a try tonight.

She sleeps with us as well, cuz the minute I put her down in her bassinet, even if she's been passed out on my chest for the last half hour, she'll wake right up and start to cry. She is SUCH a cuddle bug, it's crazy. So I let her snuggle up to me at night. She's gotta be right up next to me too, otherwise she thinks she's alone and gets scared. So she'll smush her face into the bed and throw her hips towards me, and kind of slither across the bed until she rolls back into me!! It's so funny to watch!

I love spending time with Alyvia as well. I feel sorry for my husband, cuz he's at work almost all day, and he misses a lot of this!! The first times she rolled over from back to belly though, I caught it on the recorder on my digital camera, so at least he was able to see that! I'm hoping he'll be home when she first starts to crawl, walk, and talk. I don't want him to miss those, and it would suck having to watch it recorded!

I can't wait for Christmas when she's a year and a half. That's when it'll get real exciting, cuz she'll actually be able to participate, and she'll get excited about everything!! But I know this Christmas my mom will go CRAZY. I'm sure she'll get all kinds of stuffed animals, dolls, and barbies!

Alyvia eats GREAT! I'm breastfeeding, so she eats about every 2-3 hours. Sometimes I can get her to go to 4 hours. She is DEFINITELY getting enough, that's for sure! Last time she was weighed, I think in the beginning of July, she weighed 10 lbs 10 oz already.. She's got her 2 month check up on Friday, so I'll know then. She has to get a bunch of shots then, too I told my husband that he needed to be there with us, because there's no way I'll be able to stay in the room as they're poking my baby girl. I know for sure I'll cry.

I wish my daughter slept at night like Joey does!! The longest she'll sleep is about 4-5 hours. She refuses to sleep in her bassinet, and will wake up every 20 minutes screaming if I don't pick her up. So she sleeps with us. She actually sleeps longer if she's next to me though, so I don't complain. Although we have a regular size bed, so it's not exactly big enough for the 3 of us! She has to be RIGHT next to me, too. And if she's not, she'll smush her face into the bed and throw her hips towards me, and kinda slither on over; like a snake! It's so funny to watch. But with her moving around so much, and my husband hogging half of the bed, I'm not very comfortable, and can't stay asleep for too long. It sucks, and I've been trying to get her into her bed. Hopefully she'll start to sleep through the night soon, and I'll be able to stick her in the bassinet and she won't wake up to notice!

By the way, I seen the pictures, and he's absolutely ADORABLE!!

Hello! Mommyhood is treating me GREAT! Alyvia is accomplishing SO MUCH now!! She's already rolled over from her belly to her back, and her back to her belly. She's finally found her voice, and she talks non-stop. And she's been trying to sit up the past couple days, and can pull herself into a sitting position if she's got a hold of my fingers. I LOVE IT!! How is mommyhood going for you?! How's your son coming along??
