Hi, Everyone! I just fell upon this site one day, and really enjoyed knowing that you aren't the only person going through these things with a pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy, and we are having a baby girl! Her name will be Isabelle Wynn Harris! My boyfriend of almost 4yrs and I are extremely excited about welcoming the new arrival. He is completely supportive and really takes care of me! I would love to meet other mom's on here, and if anyone wants to leave advice, feel free!! Good luck to everyone!

Saturday, 3 May oh that really sucks about your car especially since its fairly new!!! Spring time in oklahoma oh so much fun!!! I was hoping for alot of rain this spring/summer again like last year that way maybe it want be so hot but then that means July/Aug would be so freakin humid so I guess I just need to tough it out till Aug. Are you going to deliver your baby at MWC hospital? kathy24 -

Friday, 2 May Hiiii! I just read your comment. You are too sweet. As much as i have been complaining i do have to say my husband really is a wonderful man. He is a great father and he is trying. I just feel that some days his mind is elsewhere. The video game thing i think is just getting in my nerves because of my hormones. The foot rub thing will be happening. hahaha Thanks again for your nice comment. Good luck! MommyXs3 -

Monday, 21 April I have been feeling overly emotional as well. I get REALLY upset when I can't be with my husband. I have to be with him ALL THE TIME! It's crazy! Yesterday I had my hubby all to myself and we had such a great day! I kissed his neck and whispered to him "wouldn't it be awsome if we could spend every second together?" He looked at me like I was crazy and he said "um honey, I think we would both get really sick of each other". Oh well! I wasn't like this before I was pregnant. We were always sitting at opposite ends of get togethers and constantly hanging out seperate places! Weird! I just feel soooo over whelmed with love and affection towards him latley! So yes... I feel the same way! mumofsix -
Monday, 21 April My emotions have been playing up also. My last blog was about this so you are not alone. You can read my blog if you want on my VIP page. JennNichols -
Thursday, 17 April I used an electric, this way you can pump both breast at the same time and it won't take up so much time. Also I recommend Playtex One Step with Playtex Liners. If you go to playtex.com it will explain how it all works, its easier to pump and transfer to the bottle easier, without spilling and making a mess. Although Playtex sells there own pump to I tried that one before I bought a Medela pump and did not like it, but the rest of the Playtex product are awesome! suziewin -
Thursday, 17 April Thanks for your message. I slept like a log last night - I think sheer exhaustion finally caught up with me....lol JennNichols -
Thursday, 17 April I used the Medela with my first child and loved it!! I plan to use it again! MommyXs3 -
Wednesday, 16 April Noone tells you any of the important day to day stuff! haha. Oh sure, they scare the crap outta ya with the LABOR IS WRETCHED talk but do they talk about the 3 months you can't sleep for no reason at all, hemoroids (TMI..I know.lol), aches, pains, backaches, what I like to call "brain drain" (can't think straight), nausea that doesn't always go away, the 2 months you can't sleep because you're so uncomfortable, the stretch marks, the looks from people around you, the crazy psycho emotional changes...nooooooo. It seems they forget all of that!! hahahah! I guess thats because if we focus on the icky pregnancy stuff we'd have less children. In fact, most of us would only have one. But, it is true what they say you know, that the pain is instantly gone and forgotten once you see the precious miracle you gave birth to. It is simply amazing and I'm glad to be a woman for that reason. :) MommyXs3 -
Wednesday, 16 April I"m starting to feel like a stalker. LOL. I really just want to answer your posts! haha. Anyway, don't be concerned with waking up on your back or trying to hard to be on your left side. Somewhere around 30 weeks or so, you're body will kind of force you to be there. My Dr. said that sleeping on my back was fine as long as I was sleeping. If I were to continue to wake up, change positions. I tend to be a right side sleeper or a belly sleeper. Both of which I still do. I also sleep on my back quite a bit. I think the numbness and dizziness is from the weight on your major artery. Thats why your body wakes you up. It's causing the blood flow to slow down thus making your blood pressure low. All of this is normal but it does help if you sleep another way. Try a pillow behind your back at night to keep you from laying flat when you roll over in your sleep. :) MommyXs3 -
Wednesday, 16 April Haha..yeah stuff. I know about that!! The wall clings are good. I used them for my son. They are great until they get old enough to stand up in the crib and pick them off the walls!LOL! They didn't start peeling or anything until he started pulling them off. Dont work to hard and enjoy!! :) MommyXs3 -
Tuesday, 15 April Wallpaper is not easier to remove! lol. Try wall clings or they have these things that are complete murals, made of plastic (kinda like a table cloth), that just hang on the wall. If put up correctly you can't tell it's just a plastic sheet. :) The wall clings I've seen even at Walmart. They stick to the walls like those clings stick to windows. They don't peel paint and they stay up. :) I'm not sure of your theme but I also rent and have to be creative sometimes. LOL! The baby's room already had wallpaper in it when we moved in and it's perfect for a girl so I guess I'm just glad that it is a girl! :) LOL! prittigrl01 -
Tuesday, 15 April I needed to increase my water intake as well. I had some unwanted proteins in my urine the past 2 times. My nurse said skim milk and tea. Good luck! I put those packets of crystal light in my water as well. MommyXs3 -
Tuesday, 15 April Hi again..lol. Unfortunately, water is water. I think you can flavor it with lemons/limes or something like that but thats it. I get tired of water and drink juice sometimes but I do notice myself start to swell from the lack of water and the increase in sugar. I also don't feel as good. I just stopped bringing anything to drink to work and I'm forced to drink water all day. It helps me get the intake I need and not be tempted by other things. I also will buy the propel fitness water, it's not quite the same but it has flavor and I don't notice as much of the swelling then. You'll notice the difference. Good luck!! :) MommyXs3 -
Tuesday, 15 April Hi! Congrats!! I...like you have done very little to set up the nursery. LOL. I did want to suggest that if you will be painting..it's best to do that by 28 weeks so the paint has enough time to dry and the fumes to air out before baby arrives. Just a suggestion the Dr. gave me. I'm not painting..(we have wallpaper in there already) but figured I'd make that suggestion. Hope everything goes GREAT!! :) noodle79 -
Monday, 14 April I am going through the same thing with my friends. No one has kids yet, so they think I am being overlydramatic when I need to go home and rest. Just ignore them. Wait until they have to go through it... then maybe they will understand! :-) nayster01 -
Monday, 14 April Hi,
I understand how you feel. I am a lot older than you and this is my first baby but you do get really knackered!
Next time, try not so hard to be with the crowd as you need as much rest as possible at the mo as soon you wont have any! If they are good friends, they will understand. Good luck and let me know how it goes x us-n-kenzie -
Monday, 7 April Hi! The cat collars I bought are made by a company called Petsafe. If you google them, you can find a ton of companies that sell their products (they also make outdoor invisible fences for dogs and cats). I bought mine from here: http://www.petcontainandtrain.com/petsafe_indoor_cat_fence . They were kind of expensive since I had to buy a separate collar for the 2nd cat, but they are well worth it as I noticed a change immediately. Good luck!!
