HI EVERYONE AND CONGRATS TO ALL. THIS IS MY FIRST AND I AM SO EXCITED. STILL FEELING SICK BUT HOPING IT WILL PASS IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS SO I CAN GET MY APPETITE BACK..THINK I HAVE LOST ABOUT A STONE SINCE I GOT PREGNANT LOL. I HAD MY FIRST MIDWIFES APPT ON MONDAY 28TH..ME AND MY BOYFRIEND HAD TO ANS ALOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT FAMILY HISTORY AND ALL THAT BUT IT WENT REALLY WELL..SHE WUZ REALI NICE ASWELL WHICH HELPED..FINALLY GOT A DATE FOR MY FIRST SCAN WHICH IS 23RD MAY =D..FEELS LIKE AGES AWAY BUT I AM REALI LOOKIN FORWARD TO IT..
I THINK AM HAVING A BOY FOR SOME REASON AND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE SAID THE SAME ASWELL LOL..SO IT WILL PROB TAKE ME TO THE TIME THE BABY IS BORN TO PICK A NAME LOL WELL THATS IF IT IS A BOY..CANT WAIT TO FIND OUT WAT IT IS :D

was it planned- def not planned lol but happy
what was your reaction- ohh crap!! lol
who was with you- was by myself ..wuz so scared lol

how did parents react- really shocked but didn't take them long to come round
how far gone are u- 13 weeks 3 days (on 6th may)
do u know the sex- no, but want to find out
have you got names- have 2 many + i keep changin my mind lol
have you seen your baby- yes..wuz so amazing
do u have stretch marks- not yet
has u felt u baby move- i think i felt a wee flutter but am not sure
have you heard the heartbeat- no not yet but i have jus bought a doppler so waitin for it to come so i can listen to it when i want lol

not sure what ligament pains are??!! lol been getting cramps quite a bit like when im on my period but was told its just everything stretching and widening so i assume thats them! feels weird coz makes me thing my period is gona come! having a huge day today, dont know what it is but i have sprouted a bit! probably be back to normal again tomorrow...its so weird!
havent bought anything yet, for mixture of reasons! Chris's sister in law has a box full of stuff which is lush and so kind of her...did make me smile when i saw it all so cant wait to start! :o) not sure if i will have anything anything with Newcastle Utd on coz they are so shite at the mo!! lol x

Glad your feeling better :) Can't say I know how you feel coz havent been sick at all! With my luck I will probably get worse as everyone is getting better though!! lol Before I had my scan I sort of wished I was ill coz I didnt have any symptoms apart from really sore boobs so I didnt really believe I was pregnant! Even now I sometimes think what if its not a baby bump starting to grow and Im just getting fat off the all food Im eating!! lol Think Im just a worrier... Cant wait for 30th June for my 20 week scan, mayb then I'll relax and might even start buying stuff!! :D You bought anything yet? x

Hi... congrats... If you are lucky you can find out the sex early. I found out mine on week 13 :) It's easier to find out if your baby is a boy rather than girl.

I went last week for my monthly appointment, and my ob just checked the heartbeat she did not do the ultra sound. She is making me have one between 18 and 20 weeks. So I made my appointment on exactly 18 weeks. lol And also at this ultrasound appt. they are doing an anatomical scan just to check the baby's body and make sure everything is normal. I can't wait. I think that if she does a ultrasound that yes they should be able to tell the sex at 16 weeks. but they may make you wait. I hope not for your sake but you never know. Good luck.. It will be great! And it is really nice to calm down some. There's never a 100% guarantee, but at least now I know that our little bean has as good a chance as anyone :) The same will happen for you, have faith!!

Awesome! The little bleed that I had is healed, and I guess I had a little fluid build-up near my cervix in an earlier U/S, but she said that was cleared up, as well. She said the baby weighs 2 oz, and his/her heart rate was 162. It's as good as it can possibly get, so time to celebrate and start enjoying it more and worrying less :)

Thanks! I can't believe you have to wait until the 23rd! I've already had 3. I have a tiny placental bleed, though, so that's why. Anyway, I'll keep you posted ~ I'm always so excited and so nervous at the same time :)

I cant believe you were in a car accident, have to be very carefull... i havnt had my first scan yet thats this thursday OMG im so excited... we're only getting it done just to see if everythings ok, cos the doctor was a bit worried with how sick i have been... xox
