I tell her the Dr thing all the time and she says they are stupid, ugh. I took to the drs on Monday cuz I thought he had an ear infection but they said he had lesions on his throut from a food reaction. I told her this and she said its because he puts toys in his mouth! I think I wil try the depression thing at the docs...

Ah, hate the traffic sleep! Well I just got back from the Drs. Looks like JJ has a sore throat. She says it looks like the end of it. I thought he was acting funny but last night was tough. He didnt sleep til 1am! We had to put him in the car, then he slept in a second. Weird, we tried everything to put him to sleep, nothing worked but the car. We also saw the movie Up, SO CUTE! Really funny. I will keep you in mind as a babysitter, I think I would trust him more with you than his grandma at this point lol.

Lol He's a shy boy! Mine knocked out as soon as he got into the car seat. Took 20 minutes to get home. Not too bad. I tried going straight up the hill lol don't try it, its a long curvy rd that goes to the Greek Theatre. Didnt go all the way up just a few minutes then I turned around and hit the traffic. I was fine with that though so he could sleep longer before leaving the car. I just turned on some soothing Coldplay and drove. I wish I was home everyday with him but on the other hand I feel for you cuz I am going nuts after just one day. lol. You can always just come over here, like you said it's going to be colder soon and we wont be able to park it. Oh yeah and if you and Mike ever want to go out one night I am more than happy to watch David. I would take care of him as if he was mine. Minus the BF of course lol. I would have to get him to take a bottle without screaming, lol. But maybe if he sees JJ doing it he will want to too. Or maybe a sippy cup? I dont know, we'll talk about it if you ever want me to watch him...

Lol Peter is the one who suggested it, I told him we might be moving a little fast and he laughed too. Internet mommy and me dating haha. Ok so I will see you tomorrow and we'll plan something. I think I will be taking the baby to the Burbank pound to see some doggies. Of course he won't be touching anything, but at least he can see some dogs which he LOVES!

Okay so I have to ask...I have been loosing my hair, quite a bit lately, I can run my fingers through my hair and there is hair....is anyone else's hair falling out? I am starting to get concerned....

Thanks for the comment. I'm trying the no-cry sleep solution and implementing it starting today with all of the preliminary logs. I'm going to try to keep a blog on here about all of it, so wish me luck some of the things I try might work for you and your baby too since it sounds like we are in the same sleep boat. If you hit on anything that works, let me know too. All of us will get through this mommy thing together with our own individual set of bruises.

when I was pregnant with amani i only gained 8 lbs during my whole pregnany! I think it will be very different thios time!!!im hungry last time i could not stand to eat!!! and i crave meat!!!! yestartday i ate a t-bone steak and i want another one! i think i will make one when i get home in the morning im at work!!! what do i do!! i dont want to get as big as a house!!! but i keep wanting meat and beans alot of things with protein!! could this be aboy!!! those with boys what did you crave

Amani's personality was starting to change about a week ago for the worse!!! lol she started to scream all the time she was acting very spoiled like. She always wants something in her mouth like a growup I went out to eat one day just me and her and she just kept on! she would scream and i would have to put something in her mouth and she would stop and we kept going through this , i was at mexican restuarant so finally i took a tortilla rolled it up and gave it to her because people kept looking at us and she stopped she started to act like she was really eating it! putting it in her mouth acting like she actually took a bite then she even made chewing movements!!!! very funny. well finally today i started giving her baby food in the morning and can you beleive it I think my poor baby has been starving to death... she ate the food and slept from 11am to 5pm!!!!! last week i could not get her to take one nap at all!!! she has been eating baby food but only during dinner so i guess my baby is growing up she need to eat breakfast too!!!! i feel bad!!! how long was my poor baby starving !!!! she is in love with food!!! if we are eating and she is close to food she snatches it so fast! and she wants what ever we eating the other day i had to give her a chicken drum to keep her from screaming she just sucked on it!!!! anybody elses babys trying to be grow and eat big food!! do you think she is acting like this becuase I have a baby on the way?

ps she has a tooth coming in i can feel it so maybe that is why she screams too. but i really think it is the food thing why she is a screaming baby!

Oh man I hear ya on the naps thing! JJ is starting to fight naps too by biting me as hard as he can (at least it feels that way!)... He bites the neck, shoulders, boob... anything he can. And he cries and cries. I know he is tired, he just doesnt want to sleep! Yes Polio and MMR are waiting for me too. I mean when was the last time you heard of someone getting Polio, lol. JJ has had a 100 degree and above fever all day and early this morning. If it continues tomorrow I will take him to the hospital to make sure he isnt gettig an allergic reaction to them. Such a fun but difficult age! 3:00 is great!

Miles slept wherever...his swing, bouncy chair, the car, sometimes on the sofa in a boppy pillow. I know that you're having some problems with him HATING the crib, so I hope that it will work itself out in time. It takes a while to get used to stationary sleeping. I know that you're anti-CIO (as was I), but if you totally get to wits end with no resolve, look into the Richard Ferber book. It really worked for us. We did modify it a bit to make the process gentler, which took longer, but I felt better about it. Good luck to you, your hubby and little David!

Sure prob Monday, dont know if I am off on Tuesday or not. So for now let's plan on Monday! We went to his 6 month check yesterday and last night was hell!! He wouldn't sleep and when he finally did he got a 101 fever at 4am and stayed awake until 5:30! I am sure it was the shots, poor guy. I feel so weird giving shots but I just don't want him to catch anything. He also got the seasonal flue shot. The doc said he is thin too! I think she's trippin, lol. He is not a chuky but he is tall! Anyhow see ya Monday!
