Hi ladies, so recently my friend asked me a question that I didn't know how to answer.. She thinks she may be pregnant, if she is then shed be about 3-4 weeks along and I guess she heard somewhere that a change in ones exercise habit can affect the baby and her lacrosse season has just started. Is it okay for her to continue lacrosse until she finds out? And if she is..how soon should she stop lacrosse? Thanks Ladies!!
