I get the same pressure, like the baby is just going to fall out of my virgina. I haven't asked my doctor about it but i see him on friday and I'll ask if its normal. I'll keep you posted! Good luck.

I thought every pregnant woman got up to eat in the middle of the night! Hahah! Surely we aren't the only two! Usually it's a bowl of cereal and some juice...eat typically after a bathroom run!

Went yard sale shopping today, and that was a bust. Got a maternity top and one toy, and probably spent more in gas driving around!! Oh, well.

I need to get going here in a sec...have a baby shower tomorrow, and still can't find anything to wear, well, that doesn't look like a TENT on me! Take care, and I'll catch back up with you! :)

Ahh, the joys of living on another continent! It's HOT over here...I had to laugh when you said you were having a winter baby, because I am having a summer baby!! I had to cut the air conditioner on it got so warm the other day! Our summer runs from the end of June until the end of September...the hottest months of the year for having a baby!

I LOVE your Manchester items...we don't have much of that over here...everything is so gender specific or it's yellow and green mostly if you don't know what you are having.
It's adorable and looks so cute and cozy!

Well, I am about to leave to go hit a huge subdivision yard sale my SIL just called me about, but I wanted to pop in and see who had "messaged" me! Have fun and take it easy...not much longer until our little babies are here!!!!

Girl, I am so ready to get our little baby boy or girl HERE! I am exhausted, hurting, waddling, you name it! LOL!!! Everyone can't believe I still have 9 more weeks to go...I look like I am about to POP...literally! My mom was like, "I don't know how much bigger you could possibly get!" I may have to wear a backpack with weights in it to keep from falling over...haha...just kidding.

As far as the blanket...you can look under James Giraffe by Just Born. I have seen some at Ebay, so maybe you will get lucky. It's actually a very cheap (money-wise!) 4-piece set that is extremely well-made. I got mine at Babies 'r Us here in the US. Cost me about $72 on sale, which is super, super inexpensive here! Most nursery sets START at $150 and go up just for the 4-piece. One I had looked at was going to be well over $300! Crazy for something the baby is only going to sleep in for a few years! LOL

How are you doing? Can you believe we are on the final stretch of our journey...and it's taking FOREVER! LOL Hubby is now having to help me get out of bed, get off the couch, get in the car...geez, I just need to send you a pic this week of my huge beachball! The baby weighed 3 lbs and 9 ounces my last appointment, so I think we will at least have an average size baby, mabye bigger. And it looks like a c-section for me on June 24 since the baby is STILL breech.

Well, girl, I need to go rest, but it was GREAT catching up with you. Let me know how the James Giraffe search goes for you. I might can help find you one! Hugs, hugs, hugs!

 Hi, I am also not measuring up to 28 wks. At my next appointment they may send me for a scan just depends on the outcome. I dont think i will measure up though still. I seem to be carrying really low and from your pic's it looks like you are too. I was glad to hear someone else didnt measure up! Anyway Take care let me know on your progress

Hey, my due date is the same as yours and I don't measure up either. Did they tell you too little or too big? I am now scheduled for an ultrasound on the 28th to make sure that everything is okay and my baby is growing right. At least I get to see my baby gurl again! Well good luck let me know how it goes.

i here you i stopped wheni found out i was prego and i was on a few medications as well for my adhd as well.. 10 smokes i hate to say it but see if you can try and cut it to like 3 a day, one morning, noon and night.. i only say this because my daughter has asthma and i dint smoke with her.. but i no saint her i still have a smoke every coupe weeks and a drink,,

becarful not to offened other buy not allowing other to comment it, kinda rude from this prepctive ( just fyi) and our you measuring ahead or behind .. could mean there just going to change your due date.. how far along were you when you got your 1st u/s done ..
i was 4 weeks and 4 days so i know there pretty accurate if they can tell from the begining

Do u not like the name - Scarlet. I love it but my hubby isnt so keen, i think it goes really nice being a different shade of red, ruby red, scarlet red. As for the pic of me after giving birth, it doesnt look too bad to say i couldnt stop being sick, nor have a bath or shower becoz of the epidural. With Ruby i didnt plan on any pain relief, wanted a natural birth, but becoz i was enduced my contractions went from nothing to all within 1/2 hour, and needed some help. Which ment i couldnt have a bath till the next day. this time there is no way am being enduced or having epidural, i just hope my birth plan goes how i would like. What about u - how were ur last births, are u scared or looking forward to this one ???

Hey, thanks for ur msg, I have loved the name Ruby since i was alittle girl. We are finding it hard now to find another girls name we really like, i like very old traditional names, but at the minute we can only agree on Mia Nicole which is quite modern. I think it may change !! Do u have any names yet?? Ruby was very ill with her chicken pox, she had them in her mouth an so wouldnt eat or drink, causing her to become dehydrated, but she is over it now!! Take care x

Good to hear from you...and let me say, the glucose test wasn't bad. I was told that I could eat and drink (non sugary stuff of course), but I fasted just the same (thought I was going to pass out!) The drink wasn't bad at all...tasted like a melted, thicker orange popsicle! I could have drank more to be honest...hahah! Won't know the results for a few days, and at least I didnt' get sick and had no headaches. Hope it comes back negative!

Feel pretty good, although I am having a harder and harder time getting comfortable; especially when sleeping. However, I must have slept pretty hard last night...poor hubby couldn't sleep due to his allergies (we have a HORRIBLE pollen count-2700s which is outrageous. Everything is YELLLOW!) and he rolled over to see if the baby was moving. Apparently, I was sleeping through a LOT of action, according to him.

As far as the nursery, it's just a matter of waiting for the baby showers. I washed all the clothes given to me thus far, and hung them up. I wiped down everything to make sure it was all clean and free from dust. Now it's just basic decorating and stuff like that. I have to finish registering soon, 'though, and the car seat and stroller are giving me fits! We found one we loved, but it didn't come with an extra car seat base, so we are back to square one. Finally found a mattress, but we need to go pick it up. So in other words, we are basically set! I am more stressed out with making sure our accountant gets our taxes out on time (April 15!)

Glad to hear you are doing good, and hopefully, these weeks won't take too, too long for us!

Howdy! Hope you are doing well...can you believe we are SO CLOSE!!! Time is dragging and flying. I am supposed to go tomorrow and get my glucose test done. I was going today, but it has been a hectic two weeks, and I was give out!!! Thankfully, I just go to the lab, drink the stuff, get pricked and leave. Keep your fingers crossed that I pass! So what have you been up to?

Sorry to hear about your two miscarriages. I had one at 5 weeks and then this one at 19 weeks. Of course this one was harder because we actually saw a little baby and can't help but think what she would have been like, but any miscarriage would hurt. The doctors said that we can continue trying in 6 weeks but I will have them confirm that at my appointment on Friday. We may find out Friday what went wrong, we may not.
