We have a PRINCESS!!!! Jordan Elizabeth was born on June 24, 2008 at 9:32am, weighing 8 pounds, 11 ounces and measuring 19 inches long! We are doing fabulously! I'll post pics as soon as I can...time for a feeding so I need to go, but wanted you to know how we were!! Hugs! Catch up with you soon!

Yeah, I know. I used to have to drive from Melton to Mulgrave to get to work. I loved my job, but once I had my third child, it was just impossible to be travelling so far and in those horrible tunnels during peak hour! I had a bout of gastro on the weekend, which freaked me out, as that can start labour, but all is good now. And I'm glad it didn't start labour because that's the last thing that I would have wanted to face while so sick! 2 weeks now....

What a small world! Sunshine would have been my next option if I wasn't delivering at Bacchus Marsh. But I like the small country feel of Bacchus Marsh. I had my other 3 kids there. I don't blame you for feeling lazy - everything is a real effort at this point! :)

I go the 24th (Tuesday) for the c-sec, and I should stay for about 2-3 days. The doc said probably 3 (which means I come home Friday the 27th!)

I am SO GLAD now that I am not having to wait 'til my due date...I am exhausted and in pain...don't know how much more I would have to endure! LOL! Plus, my doctor is going out of town, and I REALLY want her to do the surgery. I just hope I am going to make it...cramping and contractions going crazy tonight, but I wasn't even dilated yesterday...no mucous plug or any other tale-tell signs except for the pelvic pressure and pain! Augh! LOL!

Bath helped relieve it a little...but the baby is wiggling so much, he/she is adding to the pain and pressure...but I would rather him/her move than scare me with no movement! Poor little thing must be feeling awfully cramped in there! I'll keep you posted! :)

It could be that your uterus isn't measuring up with the dates. I gained 22lbs and had a 7lb baby so I wouldn't worry about the weight gain part. Good luck and let me know how the ultrasound goes!

I've gained back one pound sadly... And my baby weighs exactly 7 pounds... Thats huge! I am also one cm dilated but i don't know if that matters much right now

I absolutely love my doctor he gives us ultrasounds every visit. He's the only one around that does but also he will give you one to two of the high def 4 d ultrasounds even if your insurance doesn't cover it. I know mine wouldn't cause i just have the state insurance. My fiance's work wouldn't cover me since we aren't married yet. But i'm about to get ready to go to the doctors hopefully i haven't put back on any weight! Lol

Well the best way to tell you is i sit on the toliet and insert my middle finger beings it's the longest until i feel what feels like honestly a set of lips and i can easily get my middle finger tip in and move it from side to side about an inch..... That's the best way i can say to do it.... When you feel your cervix you'll know that's what it is it feels like your lips just not as wide i guess you would say.....

(Sad face)...so sorry about the cat! My mom and dad had to recently give away their cat as hubby and I are allergic to her (they were moving to a new house and rather than traumatizing her by moving her AND giving her away, they opted to do it beforehand). They are also worried the baby may be allergic to the cat later, too. It was so sad...I could have cried even though there was no love lost between me and that cat! Haha! The cat hated me for some reason! I am more of a dog person...maybe that's why she didn't like me too much!

I would go with Zarah...that spelling just looks so cool, and I thing it's a pretty name! Never heard of it, but I really, really like it! I assume it's pronounced like Sarah? Don't worry about whether someone likes the name or not...everyone has his/her opinion and believe me, we've caught crap on some of our names, too! Especially, from my MIL, who HATES the name Jordan for a girl. Oh, well...she named hers, we'll name ours! I think the fact that we didn't find out what we are having has added fuel to the fire! LOL!

How are you feeling today? I feel good and lousy at the same time...kind of crampy, but like I said, no dilating going on. I think the baby is just settling more and more into my pelvic area and squashing me! LOL!

Well, I'll try to keep you posted as I can. If you don't hear from me by NEXT Thursday, you can assume I had the baby and will be home on Friday (my anticipated date to arrive home from the hospital). Then I'll get to introduce you to either Justin or Jordan! Take care girl! I'll try to post before I go in this Tuesday!

good luck..cause in week 37 i had gained 11 pounds and i had my 39 week check up yesterday and ive gainen 19 pounds in 2 weeks wow!...hey at my 38 week check up my doc did a membrane sweep that caused me to cramp and spot a lot i thought i was going into labor wich was a false alarm...just that she didnt tell me until yesterday that it was a sweep she did it yesterday too...well if they do it just dont freak out when u get home! it doesnt really hurt its just uncomfortable.

I don't really know how to use this but you were asking about the weight thing... Yeah i'm still at negative ten pounds. I've lost ten and i keep loosing to stay at the weight i'm at because my little girl is measuring large. Three weeks ago at my ultra sound she was 5 and a half pounds. And i can't wait to find out what she weighs today at my ultra sound! You don't technically have to gain weight to be healthy in pregnancy. All you really need to eat extra is a banana and yogurt or a king size candy bar you'll get the calories you need!

Hey, girl...I am up. Hoping to catch you online, but apparently, I just missed you. Got indigestion, so I need to sit up for awhile.

Okay, so went to the doc's today, and I am not even dilated! LOL! Good thing I have the c-sec on Tuesday. Otherwise, I am not sure how long I would go, and this baby is already supposed to be a good size! And he/she is still breech, and apparently, going no where! He/she just loves kicking me in the cervix (can't believe there's no dilation with all that kicking!) and keeping his/her head in my ribs! Oh, it hurts!

You don't have much longer either! I am dying to see who you have and what she looks like! You have to be going crazy, too! Have you decided a name yet?

Well, I'll keep you posted, and you do the same. Maybe we'll catch one another on Messenger soon! Hang in there girl! Hugs!

Yep, week 54. That's because I was at the Dr's today and apparently I'm locked up like Fort Knox.
