Thursday, 4 September LOL I know what you mean about the whining hehe...Yeah no more bleeding. I am so glad you are no longer bleeding too. That is crazy your in your 3rd trimester! It will go by fast. I think mine is breech too, but I am still early enough for him to turn. I have not yet seen a peri. I am getting frustrated with them, but when I go on monday I am going to talk to them about it and get something going. I just don't want to take a chance ya know...I am glad you are doing good. It is so nice that your cervix has not changed!!! That is one worry of mine all the time.

Thursday, 4 September Hey you! Where have you been lol...? How are things going with you? We found out that we are having a BOY!! We are so excited to have one of each. Now we can't wait to meet him. My cervix is doing really well. I find out more when I go back to the Dr on Monday to go over my u/s. I hope you are doing good... bunnyintheoven -

Monday, 4 August Well, the fight with my job is over and they won. As of last week h/r had dropped everything but this Sat my boss told me that I had to report to a meeting on Today, so when I arrived my boss was there along with h/r and the company supervisor. Anyhow, I was forced to sign the excessive absence paper or I was going to be terminated ( even though I had drs excuses and also they counted the approved time 2 days I had in June against me) they said that It is all considered excessive absences to the company whether it was approved or not. Also, I was slammed with a insubordination paper, which will remain on my file forever. If I get 1 more insubordination I will be fired immediately. I received that for refusal to initially sign the paper. Anyhow, they got me and thats it. I felt like I was attacked and they had an excuse for everything that I said. I was so strong before but I broke down and started to cry and told them how I was good to the company for 8 years with a clean h/r file and I was being treated unfairly. Anyway, today I fell low and taken advantage of. They allso made me submit my maternity leave letter , which I plan on leaving the last week of Sept now if I last that long now. The whole thing sickens me; I just can't wait till my new baby comes and I will forget about that job forever. I guess I will stay till next month until I am either harrassed by my boss until I resign or they find a reason to terminate me. I know you all are probably sick of this story as I am also, but I wanted to thank everyone who has supported me and given me advice. I am just really upset.
I feel even worse that I broke down today and the supervisor said that If I was not pregnant I would have already been fired because of my attitute and disrespect to my boss, but that she is cutting me slack because I am emotional. Anyway, maybe one of you can learn something from my rotten experience. I just don't know anymore! They even suuggested I take a leave earlier. Oh well, I guess there is nothing more to say. christina08baby -
Tuesday, 29 July Heres the work update: Alot of you are asking and it is so I thought I'd give a big update on it. Anyway, I reported to work on Sat and my boss was already there and the lady from human resources came shortly after. I was then called into the office for a meeting and I of course had a copy of the work handbook with me.haha. So, I once again stated my case and why I was refusing to sign the dicipline and h/r broke down the days that my boss was trying to count against me. The 2 Saturdays in June were thrown out by h/r becuase they were preapproved days off and not call offs( my boss tried to say that they were not pre approved) but I told her she better tell the truth because there is documentation to prove that they were( I filled out a personal leave paper 2 weeks in advance), so she admitted to h/r that they were indeed pre approved. That left 3 days in July 2, which were pregnancy related and 1, which was due to babysitter having an emergency. 1 ofm the drs excuse days was also thrown out but I am being held responsible for the (babysitter day). Anyway, h/r told my boss to hold off on the dicipline until I submit the zoo trip excuse, which I did yesterday, so we'll see what happens. I did point out that policy states that FMLA excuses cannot be held against an employee along with the fact that a dicipline cannot be issued unless the excessive absences are 2 consecutive months in a row, which does not apply to me since the June days were thrown out. H/R is supposed to be mailing me FMLA paperwork to fill out if I have any future pregnancy related call offs, which would count against my 12 weeks. Honestly I think they were both floored that I had a copy of the handbook and brought it with me to state my case. I guess I'll see what happens next. I think that evil boss of mine will try to find another way to get me out. I told them that I planned to stay until Oct 1st and my boss made a comment saying If you last that long, which I replied what do you mean by that? She said well... you don't know what can happen with your pergnancy and all. Whatever! That woman is NASTY! I ahve had problems with her ever since she became manager back in Oct. I can't wait to leave that place and never go back! I will soon have my new little boy. I am not going to let that crappy job bring me down. It is what it is. Thank you all for your concerns and I will give another update when I find out whats next.
