I'm happily married to my husband Danny. We have a 5 year old daughter. I'm pregnant about 16 weeks now. We are sooo excited about this and so is our daughter. I'm a stay at home mom. I just donated my hair to locks of love so this is the most recent picture of me. Now my daugther wants to donate her hair. Daddy loves her long hair so we will see about cutting it. Well, we cut my daughters hair and she loves it short. We donated 12inches to locks of love. Well, good luck to all of you and God Bless. It is such a blessing to have a baby. (OCT 5th)WELL I had my OB appointment on OCT 3rd. It was awesome!!! I heard the baby's heartbeat and I really like my new OB. He's great!! Anyway, I'm finally out of the first TRIMESTER!! YEAH!! WOOHOO. I'm feeling really good with no nausea. Hope all of you mommies are doing great : )

OCT 17th Well, I had my blood work done today and It came back normal. I heard the HB 154 bpm. Im sooooooo happy. I cant believe im 15 weeks already. I find out the sex of the baby on Oct 30th.

OCT 23th I was supposed to find out the sex of the baby on Oct 30th but my husband is away for work. I asked the nurse if I can come in earlier. I called everyday last week. They told me no. On Monday I called at 9 am then at 2:30pm. The nurse told me to hold on and then came back and said to come in at 10:30 she said that the U/S tech could sqeeze me in on Thursday so my husband could come. I was so happy. I am sooooooo excited and cant wait to find out. : )

OCT 25th(I find out the sex of the baby YEAHHHHHHHH) WE ARE HAVING A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YEAHHHHHHHa>

Hi,
I teach at the middle school level 6-8, It's the most difficult age to teach, but I am firm, fair and consistent. You have to be with that age group. I don't want my baby to be at that age LOL - just skip right through and go to college LOL, just kidding. FYI, those are the tough years, kids think they know it all at that age. On a positive note, I have 5 excellent groups this year. I can't complain, but next year I will probably be there for only half of the year. It's too bad your daughter gets lots of HW at such a young age, but I don't know how it works in the elementary level.
I hope you have a great time in Boca, I have a cousin who lives in West Palm, I like it there, but family is here. I will be here with my mother and family.

Sorry if you feel that I have mislead you but I am not a teacher! It was just something that was sent to me via an email and I just thought everyone on this site would enjoy it (like I did.)
I am sorry that your daughter's teacher forgot? about her picture. Teachers can end up so busy or maybe she is just 'burnt out'??? My kids' teachers have been either one way or the other over the years and I have just learnt to go with the flow. I do know that my kids have always 'performed' better when thay have lucked out with a 'new' younger teacher who is just so full of enthusiasm (I guess it passes onto the kids.) Good luck for next year?
It would be like me (but maybe not like you) to actually comment to the teacher maybe in an offhand and gentle sort of way, that they are not totally 'there' for the my child. Sometimes they are just not fully aware that they are coming across like that and it could be enough to inspire them to get some of that enthusiasm back. If they do decide to change they then find that that THEY enoy their job more, THE KIDS learn more and enjoy their day and YOU are happy because your kids are happy and learning and enjoying themselves. Win, win, win.

Hi, how are you? having a long distance relationship is not easy, but he is planning on looking for a job and moving here to CT, although he has not started looking for a job. We see each other when we can, I try to go during my vacation times and summer break. it's nice being a teacher and having the time to spend with him now I will have the time to spend with my little one:-)
thanks for informing me of the fetal doppler, but no thanks, sorry:( I can feel this little one all the time and that gives me so much happiness and assurance:-)

I love FL!! my BF lives in miramar, that's close to miami. He is planning on moving here. I don't like the cold, it's actually nice today - 78 tomorrow it will only be about 60. I will have the summer off, but this year I can't spend the summer in FL like I did yesterday. it would be nice to have a pool, but not here - we only get a few months of hot weather. how did your baby girl like the pool?

I haven't been exercising either LOL, that makes two of us. I have to watch my weight. I want a jogger stroller to exercise. by the way, I can feel my little boy kicking - what a wonderful feeling. The only time I hate it is when I have to go to the bathroom and he kicks my bladder, uggg.

Hi, my little boy is very active, I'm going to have to go back to aerobics to keep up with him later on LOL. Are you getting any sleep with your little one? I can't sleep with my stuffy nose. I still haven't picked out a name, my bf doesnt like any of my choices (Jaysen, Jayden) I don't know any other J names I like.

Thank us so much for the sleep advice LOL. I have trouble sleeping already due to allergies and sinuses (having trouble breathing). Next week is mother's day, I already feel like a mom. This year feels so different in a good way, every decision I make I think about my little boy. Don't u feel that way about ur little girls?

Hello, I had a fever and chills andI was also cramping quite a bit. I felt tired and achey and bled the whole 7 weeks, some days were a little more than others but I knew something was not right. I had to keep bothering my drs until they finally gave me an ultrasound and found that I still had placenta. If you feel that something is wrong please bother them until you find out what is wrong. Keep me up to date on everything and if you have any more questions feel fee to ask me. I hope you feel better soon.

Yup, I had a c-section. It was scheduled because of the size of the baby. I don't regret it, the only the bad thing is the recovery time.
