Life ain't always beautiful, but it's a beautiful ride

My Story:

Hello All......I am a 31 year old mother of three! I have been blessed with a beautiful 11 year old (biological) daughter from a previous marriage as well as two step-children from my current marriage (a 6 year old boy and a 7 year old girl)....and now expecting our first together. Needless to say...we are always busy, busy, busy.

Thank you to all who have left me the positive messages!!! It really helps to know other ladies have gone through similar situations and can share advice and well wishes!!! Baby dust to all of you TTC'ers and congrats to those who have conceived and are sharing their nine month journeys and beyond!

Thanks for the comment on my 3D picture. I love it, too! My friend who is 35 weeks pregnant is having her 3D/4D ultrasound today. She's going to one of the places where they record the baby on a CD for 20 minutes. I'll see her this weekend - she's going to bring in the CD - I can't wait to see it. Have you decided when you are going? Some of the packages have discounts if you go in the second trimester and the third trimester.
How have you been doing? Lots of kicking going on??

Yeah, I get them every so often. I think I sent you something a few weeks back about them because I ended up going to my Doctor to make sure they were normal. They are, and as long as they aren't shortening your cervix, they are OK. They did an ultrasound for me to make sure. (remember, I have those annoying fibroids!!) I think I'm feeling the round ligament pain everyone talks about. Ouch. Is your girl moving like crazy? Rob felt the baby kick last Tuesday and it was so amazing. I used the ultrasound at work last night to see him kicking and I loved that I felt it, too. Oh, and he has really strong hiccups. It's crazy.

I'm not having braxton hicks but I have read in lot of places its normal at this stage as well and nothing to worry about but if your concerned ask your midwife. Piece of mind is so important

Yeah, it was a little expensive...but it was sooooo worth it!!! This will be my last baby...so I wanted to do this..I don't think they had this technology 9 years ago with my daughter! You can bring family too...it's huge room with couches!

Thanks for the info, yeah the breathing is driving me crazy I feel like I have gained so much weight because I cant breathe but I havn't so I geuss I just cant breathe lol. I hope you feel better and your breathing gets better to. Good luck to you and the baby!!!
