My name is Gretchen and my husband is Auggie. We have been married for five years. We started trying to conceive for our first child in the summer of 2007. I got pregnant in November 2007. Unfortunately, I had an early miscarriage in December 2007 at five weeks. After taking one month off from trying we are back and hope our next pregnancy will be a sticky one!
May 16th: CD#14. Still getting "low fertility" on the monitor. When, oh when, will I ovulate this month? Hmph!
May 14th: CD#12 The fertility monitor is still giving me "low fertility." It is supposed to give you "high fertility" for a few days before you get your "peak fertility", but I have been getting "low fertility" since CD#6. I really hope it starts giving me my "high fertility" notice in the next couple of days. If this monitor is correct, DH and I have been BDing too early and missing my ovulation day. I hope I am doing everything correctly and it is working properly. I will keep trying!
May 9th: CD#8. The fertility monitor is fun! Auggie and I both wake up every morning excited about pressing the button. In fact, today Auggie stayed home this morning for an extra five minutes just to see the result on the monitor. As of today, I still have low fertility, which is understandable since AF only left the building two days ago. I am hoping it will start giving me high fertility results starting on CD#10 or #11. My cycle has been very regular the past two months so I am expecting to ovulate around CD#14 or #15. Incidentally, our five year wedding anniversary is May 17th, my predicted ovulation day this month. What a wonderful wedding present for us to find out two weeks later that we actually conceived on our five year anniversary. Gosh that would be so wonderful.
May 2nd: CD#1. AF here. We are going to start using the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor this month. Hopefully, that will help. This will be round four after the early M/C in December 07.
April 08: BFN
March 08: BFN
February 08: BFN
January 08: Month off from TTC after M/C

Have you tried 'fertility friend'? It is a website where you track your temps, signs etc. i found it helpful when trying to conceive and it made each day fun to work out where i was in the cycle etc. good luck with conceiving.

Thanks for your message. Hope you are well. My AF arrived this morning, 5 weeks 2 days after the procedure. I was having niggling aches last week so thought it might be on the way. I was reassured to hear that you didn't find it unusual.. I'm hoping it will be pretty standard too!

Awe yucky stupid*&^%! Im feeling really dumpy myself, had a "follow-up" ultrasound, and left there in tears, just feeling something is very wrong, the tone, the comments the time (1.5 hours long!) and I dont get results for a week.....BUT I assume if it were something really bad, I wouldknow right away-so a catch 22 of sorts.....how you feeling about the bfn.......ready for another month?

Good Luck!! I really hope you get a 'sticky' one this time too!
I'm waiting for my first AF after a D&C, it's five weeks today since I had it done... It's weird having no idea when it's going to happen.. hoping sooner rather than later though! Was your first AF any different to usual? I'm a bit apprehensive that it will be really heavy and painful, don't know why!
Anyway, good luck and fingers crossed.. you know what they say 3rd times a charm (and this is your 3rd month!) :-)

Yes, my dear, it sucks hard. Sigh... Seriously, since my last AF we've had sex almost every day (we skipped a day twice) and sometimes three times in one day. What gives???? I was reading today that there is only a 15-25% chance of conception in each ovulatory period. Those are some odds. In a way, though, I'm kind of grateful that this isn't our month because December is crazy enough without adding a birth to the mix. A January baby would be nice... How are things on your end?

Thank you... yes I am glad everything is fine too. I really freaked out. That never happened with my daughter and I didn't know what to do. So I am glad I went in and got the okay from my doctor. What a relief. I even got to see my little bean again, I cannot believe how big it is already (even though it's only an inch long haha) - it's already doubled it's size from two weeks ago when I had my first ultrasound. I can't believe it!!
How you holding up in the 2ww? I hated that waiting period -- I'm thinking about you! Please keep me posted!!!

thats why really my only hope is that i might be from 4 days ago when he left.
he will be back tomorrow, but im pretty sure by then its to late.

Love the new photos, especially the dogs! What a riot... :) How's the wait? AF is due next Tuesday or Wednesday for me. In the meantime, I've decided that I have no clue how to distinguish between PMS symptoms and pregnancy symptoms, so I'll just try my best to calmly wait. By the way, I don't know if I told you, but I've been taking Chaste Berry (sp?) capsules for the past 5 weeks or so. It's an herb that affects prolactin and, in turn, progesterone. Hell, it can't hurt. To boot, it helps with PMS symptoms, so it's WIN/WIN.
