Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Sunday, 29 June the tightness is just a kind of braxton hicks contraction i think. I get them too when i'm on my feet all day or really tired. Make sure you're drinking extra water because the onset can be dehydration and make sure you're elevating your feet 5 or 6 times a day! good luck :) gr8scottswife -

Saturday, 14 June I also started out a bit big, so now after already gaining 20lbs, I look...you guessed it, really big! Sometimes I just lie when people ask when I'm due and that shuts them up right away

Saturday, 14 June Hi hun, make sure you dont over stretch though as all your tendons are looser and you might feel like you can stretch out more. also i have just joined an aquanatal class which is a riot. 15 big bumped women all jumping around in a pool trying to copy the enthusiastic, fit as hell instructor. we dont stop laughing, you get to meet other bumps and make friends and it supports your body while you exercise. how you doing anyway with your pregnancy? do you know what your having? x lea -
Wednesday, 11 June Hey yes i have had hip problems too. its the tendons and ligaments stretching out and making the muscles weak. i have started doing pilates for pregnancy dvd from APPI. one of the exercises is a clam here is a link to show you http://www.activefitnessworld.com/articles/pilates/clam.php
you are then strengthening the muscles again. also lie on back with knees bent and rock them from left side to right side. I had an accident on a boat last year, ended up with 3 prolapsed discs, one exploded on my spinal column paralysing me waist down, everything has come back slowly after a year other than my right calf & below so i have become something of a back expert during my recovery. take care xxx Laura Ward -
