Ultrasound today, and it's a GIRL!! We are thrilled! Cerclage is holding! Everything looks great. Best of luck to all of you!

Doctor's appointment today, all went well. Heartbeat was 150's. I have an ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow. Of course I want to find out the sex but they'll probably say it's too early. Back to work in 1 week! Yeah.

Hi! Thanks for visiting my page! I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. I am on bedrest due to an incompendent cervix. I was diagnosed after losing my first child at 14 weeks. With my second pregnancy my cervix began to open again and I was given cerclage. My daughter was full term and healthy! This pregnancy I was given the cerclage again at 14 weeks. So far so good! Bed rest will only be for 2 weeks as long as the cervix stays shut. I am so exicted for this baby, but still nervous! I haven't bought anything just yet.

Just checking in to see how things are with you. I hope everything is still great. My little drama queen is still keeping me on my toes. Most recent run to ER because of dehydration and a bladder infection because of the way she is laying on my bladder. Anyways, have you and hubby picked out any names yet? We are painting the baby's room Yellow & Green with a Froggy Tales border. The picture of the wall is on my photo page. How are you feeling? I'm feeling pretty good. I go for my u/s on Friday. I can't wait to see the baby!!! Team green here, so we won't be finding out the sex.

Congrats on having a girl!!!! I'm glad your cerclage is behaving it self. I'm doing good. I go for my u/s next Friday, but we aren't finding out the sex. We want it to be a surprise. We started painting the baby's room.

All is ok with my cerclage now but it was the most horrible experience ever. Long story short, my spinal block wore off just 10 mins into surgery, and the nurses did not beleive me until the precedure was almost done. The anistesialogist (sp?) went to high on my spine and froze me from my stomach to me mouth. I am glad that you are doing well, I get better every day. Well gotta go for now. Please keep in touch.

How did your appt go? My child will be going to Catholic school. I will have to ask at my next appt about the every two weeks. My cervix, last time started to open about 20 weeks. So maybe they will start to monitor me closer than. Have a good night. Tina

I'm glad to hear you are doing good. What school do you teach at? I went to Kenny's concert last year too. It was awesome. I don't go to the doctors every two weeks. I still go every four weeks. My next appt. is Jan. 31. Am I suppose to go every two weeks? I was suppose to ask my doctor at my last visit when do I start going to a high risk doctor & I forgot. I will definitely ask at my next appt. I hope you have a great night. Tina

I hope you are doing good. I know how bedrest feels too. I was going stir crazy myself. I was on bedrest from 12/17 - 1/4/08. It was over the holidays, which REALLY sucked. I've been off for a week & a half now & loving it. I was bad on bedrest too. I vacuumed a couple of times, but only on my first floor. I didn't lift anything. Well it so hard to not be bad. I hope time passes by fast for you. Oh by the way, Kenny Chesney is coming to the Link on July 19. Talk to you soon. Tina

Well I had my cerclage yesturday, and it all went well. They did 2 stitches and yes, I have to be on bedrest for a week, then light duties for the rest of my pregnancy. And no sex either. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that your cerclage also goes well =)

I'm sorry for your loss. I was surprised that they were wanting to do my cerclage at only 12 weeks, but also a little excited that I might be able to actually relax a little and enjoy this pregnancy. I hope your cerclage goes well on the 9th and we both have success stories to share. Good luck I'll be thinking of you as well. 2 more days for me..eeeekkk

I just saw your post from yesterday. I too have been diagnosed with i/c. Unfortuanatly they let four of my angels die first. I delivered around 18 weeks. This time I will be stitched up Jan 7. Good luck, and let me know how everything turns out.
