Hello everyone!
My name is Sarah. I am a stay at home mother of one, a little boy named Christopher. I am pregnant w/ my second child which I will have one month early due to pre-eclampsia w/ the first one. This pregnancy was not planned. We were planning on waiting until the spring to start trying again, but well, God decided to let us have one a bit early. I am very happy about it though. I love being pregnant and feeling the baby growing in me. I don't have much morning sickness. A little queasy feelings here and there, but nothing like my first one. I was sick for the first four months straight. I could do hardly nothing but lay down and lose my stomach. So I am thanking God for letting it be easier with this one. My husband an son light up my life. God has been very good to me. My son will be a year old in July. His birthday is July 24, so these siblings will be very close in age. Being a mother is great! It has it's up and downs for sure, but I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. I haven't have any check ups yet, but I am going to call in today and see when I should schedule my first one. And then we shall go from there. Sarah --- 6 weeks 1 day
By the way, it says I am due in August, but like I said I will go one month early, so I shall be due in July. Sorry, it's kinda confusing.

Just wanted to say that I have scheduled my first appoinment! Yes!!! It's January 29.08 Tuesday morning. It seems so far away, but hopefully time will pass quickly. I just want to hear it's little heart beat and know it's really growing inside of me. Even being my second baby it still seems so unreal. Maybe because I've had 3 m/c. Well have a great day! Sarah

I got a pregnancy test done yesterday at the doctor's office. It came out + of course, but there's just something about seeing it officially at the doc's. Well just wanted to share that. Have a great day! Sarah

January 16. 2008 Wednesday AM
Good morning girls! Ah my! Life seems to want to drag... I still have 13 days until my appointment,lol! I'm going to talk to the doctor about going natrual. I don't think she will let me, but who knows. I can't wait to find out if it's a boy or girl. I have to wait until I'm 20 weeks before she'll do an u/s. If it's a boy it will be no problem. I won't have to buy a thing, but if it's a girl I will get to go out and buy cute little girl things. I want my little girl to be really girly, but not to the extent of prissy. Ah well! We shall have to wait and see. (We have a girl name picked out, but not a boys name yet.) Well have a great name everyone! Sarah

Good Morning! February 1.2008 Friday

Well I had my appointment on Tuesday and the doctor couldn't find a heartbeat. She thinks I am just not as far along as we thought. I was nursing my son so that throws your ovulation timing off. So I get to go in for an u/s on February 7th:-) That will be nice to see the baby! Until then there's not a whole lot going on. I hope everyone has a great day! Sarah

Hello February 9.08 Saturday afternoon
Well Thursday didn't go very well. They couldn't find anything in the ges. sac and so I have one more u/s next week, but the doctor, and myself, thinks that it was a bloated ovum(sp?). It's where the egg attaches but doesn't grow at all. I had this happen with my second m/c. So I have to have an d&c done after the u/s next Friday if they don't see anything again. Lovely. I hate d&c's. Oh well. I hope everyone's pregnancy's go well. God bless! Sarah

Hello February 16.2008 Saturday morning.
I had the 2nd u/s done yesterday. They couldn't find the baby, so I will have a d&c done next week since my body isn't getting rid of it. I am looking forward to being pregnant again, but I think I shall wait a bit and let my body heal. I hope all of your pregnancies go well. May God bless you all! Sarah

I had a blighted ovum, I then concieved my baby i have now about 5 months later. I did not want the d/c because of the risk. my doctor monitored my hcg levels and i miscarried at 9 weeks. it was hard. but i am happy i have a healthy baby girl now born 7/25/07!! my thoughts are with you during this ruff time. all the best.

Hi, I understand how stressful and frightening this may be for you. The 'not knowing' is the worst part because you have no idea what's going on inside. Please stay positive, trust me, I know it's harder said than done. Everything has a purpose and meaning and many times we don't understand why but we have to accept it anyway. I will keep you in my prayers and I'm here if you'd like to talk.

Congrats on your pregnancy! I had pre-eclampsia with my son. It is kinda nerve racking for my husband and me since we haven't been to the doctor yet. Are you nervous that you could have pre-eclampsia again?

Hi. Congrats on the pregnancy!! My first baby's due Aug. 25th. You are in your 7th week but all the sites will say 6 until you reach you last day of the 7th week. That's just how it works. When anyone asks how far along I am I tell them 7 weeks.

I am extremely excited and yes time is going by very slow. It is strange how you compare dates and events in weeks now. My first appointment is Jan 21. I think this will all seem a little more real after that first visit. Good luck with everything!
